Very noisy
 no curtains
 bit of a climb to get to the unit we were in. Unfortunately we believed there would be another bed and we’re trying to unlock a door that was in the hallway/living room, only to find out later that there was a young lady in there on the other side of a door. Disappointed, to say the least.

Very cute suite

My family stayed here because we wanted to be close to downtown for a very short stop thru Arkansas. The unit was clean and decorated so cute. The only minor thing was I packed heavy, so i wish i would have known about the stairs leading up to the room, and i would have had a smaller over night bag to bring up to the unit. Overall, great experience.

Quirky but cute little place. Everything was nice but be advised that there are three flights of wood, irregular steps to get up to the cottage. This was not noted in the description. Must be able to navigate and haul your stuff up and down. Also not very dark for sleeping but that’s a personal choice. Otherwise appreciated the breakfast choices.

Cute and Comfortable

We had a wonderful stay, the accommodations were just as advertised. Our host had the most fabulous breakfasts for us each morning! Kitchen was fully stocked to cook our own meals. The garden was adorable!

It was very cute and clean. If you dont like old houses then this may not be for you but we loved it! If you have bad knees then the treetop cottage may challenge you getting up there but overall very happy with our stay.

Loved this place!

Highly recommend for a variety of reasons. Clean, excellent communication, comfortable rooms, easy to find
. The ONLY downside are the stairs to the Treetop Cottage are wonky. They are mentioned in the ad, but I thought they’d just be stairs. I WOULD stay there again and LOVED the Treetop Cottage, but would choose one that doesn’t require access via those stairs. My legs are too short for them lol. Thank you for the excellent atay. We enjoyed it.

Weekend in Little Rock

Stayed with another couple and had a great time. The place was nice and clean with breakfast as a nice touch. The place was at a good location and close to things we wanted to do. Would stay again and do recommend a stay here if visiting Little Rock.

First time to Little Rock

Enjoyed the cottage and stay. Liked the decor and cleanliness. It is important to note that you are staying in an urban setting. Also the cottages are connected.

Most comfortable sheets and bed I’ve ever slept in! Very clean and centrally located. Lighting in the bathrooms is very dim and made it really hard to do makeup. And the breakfast card is a bit misleading. But overall it was great and would recommend

Quaint cottage - enjoyed our stay!

The cottage was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the private patio as well! Definitely recommend this place, and would stay again. The only unexpected thing was the surrounding neighborhood wasn’t the greatest. Not knowing the area before arriving, it caught us by surprise. However, the stay was still enjoyable!

Very nice.

Very quaint place. Enjoyed it very much. My only problem was the stairs but in the description it clearly stated you needed to be able to maneuver the stairs so it wasn't a surprise. If we get to go again I will definitely get one of the ground floor cottages. But it was so calm and just lovely!

Beautiful, tastefully decorated

Beautiful accommodations with comfortable bedding. A climb up some steep stairs takes you to a private roof patio and beautiful suite with a small kitchen. Dog friendly was a huge plus

Charming and great location

The cottage was exactly as described and the owners were both delightful and very accommodating! The garden was very peaceful and wonderful to sit outside. All of Main Street that was a two block walk was filled with great restaurants and fun shopping. I will come back to stay again, without a doubt!

We had a wonderful time during our stay at the cottage. It was roomy enough to have brunch and yoga at the cottage. The garden outdoors was our first choice for a private yoga session but temps were freezing so we held it inside. Over all, we enjoyed our stay.

After a demanding career in advertising, I moved home to Little Rock from Dallas, settled in the city's incredible historic neighborhood where I grew up and began Act III of my life ... so far my favorite. I love being a cottage innkeeper, working from my own 1880s farmhouse surrounded by peace , beauty and wonderful guests who seem to enjoy my updated, vintage cottages.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Rosemont is a farmhouse built in 1880 still retaining much of the original construction. I moved here from a career in Dallas advertising with the desire to restore this lovely historic house and turn it into my home and an inn. After 18 years of traditional innkeeping, I converted the space to private cottages. I love everything about my life in the house, the neighborhood and my cottages.

Private entrance to each cottage through the common garden with off-street parking behind the garden steps away from your cottage. Each cottage has either a gated balcony or fenced & gated private garden. Privacy, seclusion and casual luxury are the hallmarks of Rosemont hospitality.
