Var en av de första att bo på vår nyligen ombyggda lägenhet i den ikoniska Pat's på Punaluu Beachfront Residence. Denna smakfullt inredda enhet har fullt utrustad med allt du kan behöva, inklusive alla nya sängkläder, handdukar och köksartiklar. Det finns fullt kök med en ugn, kylskåp och mikrovågsugn. Det finns också en tvättmaskin / torktumlare i enheten för din bekvämlighet. Var noga med att vakna tidigt på morgonen för att se soluppgången från din lanai vid havet. Lyssna på den milda surfen medan du njuter av ditt vin när du hamnar från din perfekta dag. Lägenheten ligger på 5: e våningen, det finns gott om parkeringsplatser i partiet reserverat för våra gäster. Komplexet är komplett med en gnistrande pool och ett litet rum. Om du föredrar att simma i havet finns det en vacker vit sandstrand strax bortom poolen.

Hidden Gem

We loved the property and the easy access to the beach. Turtles visit frequently, which makes for a fun experience. The only downfall to this property is the hour drive to downtown and most tourist attractions. If you plan to spend most of your time on the North Shore, this is the perfect location.

Short stay at Pats

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was good except the construction noise in the mornings and the muddy parking lot. (It had been raining a lot). We would recommend this place.

Good place on Oahu

Everything thing was good, the bed was a little soft. The location was great as we had most of our activities on the north shore. We would stay there again.

Beach front vacation

Beautiful beach front property. We watch the sea turtles and whales from the deck.Construction was going on but we were updated about it by Sandra.

Great relaxing stay

The property is secluded and very relaxing. Turtles on the beach every morning and a very relaxed vibe. We didn’t want to leave.

Great location and awesome beachfront

This property is in a great location, right on the beach and close to all kinds of great food and hikes. Sandra was very helpful and responsive, and the apartment was in great condition!

Wonderful place, perfect location!

If you’re looking to stay outside of Honolulu this is a great place to stay! We saw and heard the ocean every morning and evening from our balcony. Short drive to everything we wanted to do and see! We would recommend this place!

Great Place to Relax

Great location on the island, away from all the crowd in Honolulu, beautiful beach, beautiful view, and nice ocean side landscaping. They are repairing the building and parking can be difficult. Overall, we had a great experience.

our first retirement trip

I'm so excited to share this with you! The condo was fantastic, we slept with all the windows open, It was just awesome! The only downside was that there was no coffee or tea, and we couldn't find any nearby. (I wasn't looking for a Starbucks, just any coffee). Luckily, we stumbled upon the "Bald Guy" food truck and their amazing cold brew blew us away!

Perfect location.

We had a small glitch checking in but Sandra was amazing and immediately rectified the problem. We had a wonderful time. It was clean and very accommodating with everything that you would need for a prolonged stay. The most beautiful sunrise greeted us every morning from the lanai that overlooked the beach. Very picturesque! We loved every moment spent there and will definitely return! Easy check in and out✔️

First time north shore

We enjoyed our stay especially on being at the north shore. Place was perfect for 2-3 people. We slept on the pullout couch since we preferred ocean over traffic. Construction didn’t bother us. It got smelly with the septic system but I still go back and spend another week in a heartbeat

Relaxing and quiet

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We spent the days out and about so we were only at the condo in the mornings and evenings. The condo had everything we needed and any concerns or issues were addressed with great communication. The condo was comfortable and check in and check out for really easy. The ocean view was an added bonus to view every morning and night.

The right spot

We had an awesome stay at Sandra’s condo, the location is perfect if you want a Oahu vacation thats all about sun, surf, vistas and have it without loads of people everywhere. Sandra went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The condo itself e gives you a quiet, relaxing surroundings and the in condo laundary is a big bonus. My advice is to make your Oahu plans to include this gem of a spot

Quiet location close to the north shore.

Nice condo. All the facilities you need. Clean and well appointed. Sandra was easy to reach. Overlooks the ocean. What more do you want? Only minor issues: The lockbox was a little hard to get open. The bedroom is tiny. Would recommend and would stay there again.

Pros 1. The beach. Right outside your door, turtles to swim with, beautiful to watch from the suite. 2. The grounds, well maintained, lots of space to chill 3. We felt very safe and secure Cons 1. Beds - 7/10, tiny space, no door, thin pillows, light from outside walkway 2. No AC or fans

Amazing view!

Beautiful views from the balcony. You can watch the sunrise from the living room if you wanted. My favorite part was being able to come and go to the beach. No need to drive a few miles to the beach and feel obligated to stay. The private beach was never crowded. Usually 10-15 people out there. My husband and I enjoyed snorkeling everyday! We came in March and were able to watch whales playing in the ocean from the balcony. We loved our stay and I would stay there again!!

Right on the Ocean!

We arrived tired and weary....the condo unit was exactly as described. Checkin instructions were all as described in the email that we received from VRBO. The unit was efficient, and had everything that we needed. The maintenance crew at the building was really nice and totally mindful of our needs despite facility maintenance that was being done. We woke every morning with ocean breezes and sipped AM coffee overlooking the Pacific, just before going for a walk along the beach thereafter. I would definitely go back here again.

Beautiful beach front view

The building is very old and is not appealing from the outside. It has been under construction for 1+ yrs with at least 1 more year to go. The pool was closed the entire time due to construction! With that said, the inside has been updated and is pretty nice with an excellent view. We saw turtles every day. Note there are no BBQ's :( Sandra (prop mgr) was awesome and very helpful!
