Välkommen till Palmetto Breeze!

Varför ska du välja detta hem för dina semesterbehov? Enkelt, vi lovar att vad du ser är vad du får. Som ägare och operatör ser jag till att fastigheten är klar för incheckning före ankomst. Detta hem var nytt för vår samling av hyresbostäder under 2018 och vi renoverade det för att möta våra krav från våra gäster!

Palmetto Breeze är ett tre våningar privat hem med åtta sovrum och fem badrum; sover 24 gäster. Privat pool och täckt uteplats komplett med moderna utomhusinredning för maximal uteservering. Gästerna kommer att njuta av en skuggig breezy uteplats utomhus vardagsrum. Poolen har även ett inbyggt bord med avföring! Wrap runt decking med enastående utsikt över myr och adirondack stolar att koppla av i. Ligger bara en kort och en halv promenad direkt till havet.
Huset har ett helt nytt kök med marmorplattor. Rostfria apparater och ett fullt utrustat sortiment av prylar och porslin, så att du kan laga mat till din grupp. För maximal gästkomfort finns plattskärms-tv och takfläktar tillgängliga i alla sovrum. Badrummen har bänkskivor i marmor och antingen en kombination av dusch- eller badkardusch. Detta är en "husdjursvänlig" egendom !!

Very nice

Property is very nice and as advertised. Bedroom space is plentiful, but living space is a little small for a large group when the weather doesn’t cooperate.

We enjoyed the house and location. Pretty spacious in terms off bedrooms. Living room and kitchen on the smaller side but worked great for the 10 of us. Pool area is nice with lots of seating. Pool is sunny in the morning and early afternoon and completely shaded by mid afternoon which worked great for us coming g back from the beach

Awesome Boys Golf Trip

This place was great! We booked it for a long weekend boys golf trip. While we spent much of our time on the course, it was so nice for everyone to have their own room and it was super clean and private. Easy access to all of the courses we played.

We loved this property! Some of the beds were squeaky and one of the master bedroom doors was a little hard to keep shut on its own. Other wise, this place for us all greats and had plenty of room. We appreciated the seclusions

Had a great time at Palmetto Breeze

Blanche was very communicative and accommodating - very responsive from the initial reservation. Pool is fantastic, plenty of room indoors and outdoors for our large family.

Golf trip

We had a great time the house was very comfortable for the group. We didn't get to use the pool due to weather but the views overlooking the marsh area was great.

Palmetto breeze is a beautiful property. Owners take great care of their property, the views are wonderful and there is so much room, everyone feels so confortable. We will be back soon!

Convenient location

Walking distance to the beach and other amenities were a plus. Home is beautiful and looks just like the pictures. The beds were incredibly comfortable. We were three separate families with adult children, a total of 14 people and we had plenary of space.

Big Family House

Our family really enjoyed this house. There was plenty of room for everybody and all our beach gear. The kids really enjoyed catching crabs during low tide and swimming in the pool. The adults had everything they needed in the kitchen and enjoyed swimming in the pool as well. It’s just a short walk to the beach that everyone seemed to handle just fine. Overall, I would recommend it to friends or stay again if we are ever in North Myrtle.

Spacious Family Beach Getaway - the pool environment is a real plus!

This was a perfectly spacious place for everyone to be together but also to comfortably accommodate alone time. The views were lovely, the rooms were clean, the beds were great, the kitchen was stocked with all the appliances and tools we needed. The pool and patio was just excellent for the outdoor entertaining and relaxation. We were just a short walk from the beach and we enjoyed the quiet environment with a view of the marsh and its birds. We rented a golf cart for our more elderly family and it worked out great. I will also add that the manager/owner responded to any issue without hesitation. This was an all around great place to spend at the beach.

Beautiful home for our family girls trip!

Beautiful and clean home! I had a girl’s trip with 23 of my aunts, sister, mother and cousins. Home was clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the private pool and picturesque view of the marsh in the backyard. Blanche was helpful and easy to contact when needed. I would definitely stay again!

Perfect for our large group!

We are a group of 8 couples that rented this property for our annual long weekend reunion. It was perfect for us! The house was immaculate and fit our group perfectly! Kitchen was well appointed for our foodies/cooks. Deck and pool area was great for outdoor lounging and enjoying inlet scenery. Close to the beach and local stores, etc. We loved it and will rent again in the future! Thank you!

Corona virus trip

I'm so upset with my visit to Myrtle Beach. The trip was scheduled during the time the President issue a state of emergency for the United States 😡. I asked Blanche can we reschedule our stay at a later date or be refunded. She said no she couldn't do either that the beaches and city was packed with people. We went to Myrtle Beach hoping to enjoy ourselves because we couldn't receive a refund. The town was like a ghost town and the restaurant were closed. The home is beautiful and clean but our trip was a disaster. Our stay was March 15th Thur March 19th. I called VRBO several times requesting her to refund trip or too reschedule date. She never answered only to be rude 😡

Just a few things to be aware of...

The house overall is beautiful. The pictures are spot on. Upon arrival everything looked clean but by the end of the first night we could tell the floors had not been mopped. All of the babies had dirty knees from crawling and our socks were dirty. As far as the other reviews that have been written, I believe they are accurate. The refrigerator is a full size refrigerator but for 10 adults and three kids, it's small. If you choose the linen package, know that you are given only one washcloth and one towel per person. Each morning we looked out the kitchen window to see what kind of mess the neighbor's dogs did on their porch. We finally closed the shade after day three. We did purchase a nonstick pan which we used daily. We also had trouble with the speed of the wi-fi on the second and third floors. We saw several Palmetto Bugs but expected to after reading one of the reviews. We texted Blanche regarding a tripping hazard at the pool and she responded quickly to it. One suggestion I would make is to add more hooks to the bathrooms. Three families sharing one bathroom and there was only one (maybe two) hook. Each bathroom was like this. Again, overall, a beautiful home.

Annual Golf Werkend

We stayed at this great property for our annual golf weekend. It had everything that our group of 8 golfers needed. Each had a bedroom and the common spaces were great for our group. Blanche was responsive to all our queries and questions. All in all a great 4 days.

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay

This property is located at the end of a quiet street with ample parking. The neighbors were extremely welcoming and friendly and the beauty beach was only a short walk away. We could not have asked for a better family vacation, relaxing by the pool with the beautiful marsh backdrop. The only issue we had was the keypad was not functioning properly which delayed us entering the house, but the host was extremely attentive and helpful. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing getaway!
