My family and I had a quick trip to visit family in the area and we definitely picked the right place to stay! Everything was great. If I had to give any negative feedback, then it would be a suggestion to get the carpet shampooed along with the upholstery on the kitchen chairs. However, the house had more than enough space, the house was clean with everything we needed and the clubhouse was nice and accommodated if we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to other family and friends.

Our stay!!!! Was Amazing

Everything went smooth, No hassles or problems. The booking was easy. The access to your home was easy and the check-in was simple. My husband, kids and I had an amazing time. My whole family loved the private pool. We had so much room and space.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house accommodated our 3 families well even with the last addition of a family member. The adults used the pool at the house more than the kids did. The kids enjoyed the large pool on property along with the lazy river. The water temp was perfect to us and there was plenty of available lounging. The house was close to the attractions and grocery stores that we used.

Condition of property well below standard

Our stay at this vacation rental was a nightmare. We discovered that the dishwasher was full of mold, making it completely unusable. The smell was unbearable, and it was clear that no one had bothered to clean it in a long time.We contacted the property manager for help, but a manager would never return our calls. It was incredibly frustrating, and we felt completely ignored. Not only was the dishwasher a health concern, but the lack of response from the management made the situation even worse.I would never stay here again and highly recommend looking elsewhere unless you want to deal with unaddressed issues and poor customer service.

The Wisconsin family get away

We had a fantastic time in Florida. The house fit our needs perfectly. The kids loved the pool & had a a blast. The house was beautiful, well maintained & managed well. A few of the kitchen utensils were broken & I contacted the property manager who took care of the problem effectively!

Fantastic experience

We had a great trip. There isn’t one complaint. The house is in a safe location. The pictures and description were accurate. I had to add a guest to the reservation and reached out about adding pool heat. The property managers were extremely responsive and helpful. Great experience would definitely recommend

Beautiful new home with private pool

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Gorgeous new home with private pool. Plenty of space to relax and on suite bath rooms for almost every bedroom. The private pool even has the option for heat. The amenities of the resort were top notch and the staff was amazing. Overall great experience and I would definitely recommend/stay here again.

They had to have had a photographer that knew exactly where to take to pictures from to make everything look bigger. Other than that it was awesome, and I wish that I wouldn't have scheduled so much time in Disney so that we could have enjoyed chilling at the house more. If I ever need a photographer Id like to have that ones number.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed this so much! The house was beautiful and gave us plenty of space for everyone. Three sets of parents and five 14yr old boys all stayed comfortably. They enjoyed the game room and the pool a lot. Also, the neighborhood amenities were AMAZING. Massive community pool, lazy river, complimentary arcade, poolside bar and lounge for parents.... great fun! Location was great as well.... only 1 exit away from Disney theme parks. Would definitely stay again.
