Alpine in July

We had a wonderful stay. Location was fantastic. Kitchen was well thought out and stocked with enough utensils for the amount of people. Plenty of space and beautiful views. It did get a little warm in the afternoon/evening but they also had fans in the rooms. Highly recommend!

Any Power Sport paradise

We found you guys a few years ago when we went snowmobiling. Amazing snowmobiling by the way! This is the second time we stayed & plan to stay again in the future. Great house, we love the airport. My father is a pilot so we love the neighborhood.

Great property

We’ve stayed here several times and it’s been a great house. One minor complaint was a persistent gas smell on this stay. I reported it to the manager immediately on arrival but it was not dealt with during our stay.

Wonderful Time

This was a great location by the little airport Everyone loved watching the planes. Young adults liked the open space outdoors to run and play their games. It was very clean which was wonderful. Would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to get away and just relax.

Very nice home

Home was clean and very spacious. Had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. Beautiful location next to reservoir and mountains. Only slight downfall was the small airport next door. Could be loud if the planes took off in the night or early morning, but it didn't bother us. A few of the fans didn’t work so we had to take turns with them at night, but it was fine. We would definitely stay at this home again!

Outstanding views

This was the second time we stayed at this property. The first was with our children and grand children and this time it was just us girls surprising my daughter for a her baby shower. It was fantastic!

Who's managing the property ?

5-6 light bulbs burnt out in Kitchen. Neither microwave under light, nor fan were working. Kitchen garbage can was broken. Large Garbage can was broken. Almost every faucet in the house was sloppy loose. Need I continue ? Management company need to step up to plate and fix things.

Very nice but needs renovation

All was really good and great for our family & their kids. The master bedroom had no closet. No luggage racks or any place but the bed to take out our clothes. Dresser drawers too small to accomodate all, so we had to keep our luggage open, on the floor. Very inconvenient...... We had to buy a coffee maker. The one there worked terrible. Other issues but all in all though, a nice home and plenty of room for a couple of families.

Nice House, Hospitality Needs Improvement

While the house itself is very nice, a number of things about our stay left us with the clear impression that the owners did not really want us there and that they were doing us a favor by letting us stay. The most egregious example is lack of guaranteed trash service. Though the listing specifically lists “free trash service” other notes from the management company make very clear that you will be charged for leaving any trash in the house and if the outside bin is full (even if it is full when you arrive) you will be charged $55/bag for trash left behind. While our stay was short (2 nights) and we were able to fit our trash in the outside bin, if we had stayed longer, our trash would not have fit in the bin since it was full of landscaping trash from work that the owners had had done. Other examples of poor hospitality include multiple signs around the home reminding us not to remove the owners things, and very short notice prior to our arrival that there might be workers outside installing a driveway during our stay. While this house is nice, the yard is large (and enough was mowed for our kids to play), and the location next to the airstrip was cool because we could watch the planes come and go, we would not stay here again—it was just clear that we weren’t welcome.

Fantastic property!!

This is a comfortable, well-appointed home. It doesn't "feel" like a rental, or present like one, either. We actually invited local business associates to the home and closed a deal there. We were very comfortable and are happy we chose this property.

Was a great place to stay and be able to travel up to Grand Teton National Park, Jackson Hole, Palisades, and also did some horseback riding in Star Valley. Was an awesome property...would love to stay again.
