STOR PLATS-3 sovrum / 2 bad Enfamiljshus att hyra, perfekt för familjer med full strand charm. Första våningen har vardagsrum med 50 "tv, målade fartyg varv väggar. Köket har granit toppar, Keurig / dropp kaffebryggare, mikrovågsugn, mixer, tv och alla bekvämligheter, ... Matsal utanför köket. Den nedre våningen har också två sovrum. En med två enkelsängar och den andra med en queen size-säng, båda har 32 "TV. Full bad med promenad i kakel dusch och tvättmaskin / torktumlare. Andra våningen har ett stort sovrum med en king size-säng, takfönster och 50 "tv, badrum med dusch och badkar. Sittplats utanför mästaren har en rullande säng för barnen med två dubbla madrasser och en bakdörr som leder till ett 10 "med 10" däck och trappor som leder ner till den inhägna trädgården som har ett garage / spelrum för att lagra alla av dina strandföremål. Det inkluderar ping pong, fotboll och cornhole. Det finns en sluten utedusch, en uteplats med naturgas och kolgrillar, utemöbler och bord och stolar för din komfort. Internet, kabel och gratis WIFI. (stöder 10 enheter) ingår. Vi ligger i ett bostadsområde bara 10 hus från stranden, tvärs över gatan från parken och lekplatsen, vilket ger en öppen känsla som är svår att hitta någonstans på ön. De har också cykeluthyrning. Fantasy Island Amusement Park, shopping och restauranger är bara en kort cykeltur bort. Fyra Beach Badges tillhandahålls. Unga barn och seniorer behöver inte en badge. Den närliggande bevakade stranden städas dagligen. Vi hanterar våra egna lägenheter och personligen inspekterar och besöker vår fastighet varje lördag under hyresperioden för att försäkra renlighet och en smidig omställning. Rekommenderas för familjer! Rökning förbjuden och inga husdjur. Sänglinne inte tillhandahålls. Barnstol finns på begäran.

The house was perfect for grandkids and adults. Very beachy feel that makes you immediately relax and enjoy your vacation. Lots of room you never feel on top of each other. Game room was awesome and walk to beach is not far at all!! Great vacation!

Home Away From Home

This charming home provided the perfect vacation getaway for the week. It is close to the beach and far enough (but not too far) from the hustle/bustle of main street Beach Haven which allows for peaceful moments. The game room located in the rear of the property, along with the area for grilling and dining outside was perfect for entertaining kids.

Family beach trip

House was well equipped, clean, and as pictured. Wonderful location for small kids near beach , playground ,convenience shops, and ice cream a very short walk away. Thanks for having beach toys and cart to get it all there. Owners very helpful in answering questions. We had a great time.

Great house!

The house was great! Modern touches, but still that beachy feel! The back yard and game room was perfect for our kids to play and the family to hang out together. The house is much larger inside than it appears to be. Erica was very easy to communicate with and made the process very simple!

Perfect!

We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and wanted a place where our whole family could stay. It is even larger than it looks in the pictures. The upstairs is almost like its own apartment. The living room was a great place to gather and watch the Olympics. We also ate most meals on the patio - there was plenty of seating for everyone. Our grandchildren loved the park across the street and we spent a lot of time there. Access to the beach is very close and we appreciated the beach cart provided. Would definitely choose to stay here again!

Super Cute

Wonderful place for a family vacation. The upstairs master is spacious. This connects to a deck with access to the back yard and shower. My son and daughter-in-law stayed downstairs with their toddler daughter. The house is well equipped inside but you need your own beach equipment. We did make use of their beach cart. That was handy with everything that comes along with a 13 month old. The back garage/game room was fun and would be great for kids of all ages. Communication with the owners was great. We did not have any problems so it was basically check in and check out communications.

We loved this family-friendly house and location! It is both modern and updated and retains that Jersey shore charm. We enjoyed morning coffee at the table out front or sitting in the Adirondack chairs there while the birds chirped in the park across the street. We enjoyed reading or chatting in the shaded swing seat or sitting at the big table there and ping pong, & fuze ball in the game room out back (didn't have time for the corn hole!). This room also was very handy for storing our beach chairs and umbrella each day. We appreciated the clothes line, too! Cannot express enough how much we appreciated the roomy outside because we love the outdoors, so we also ate delicious sandwiches outside that we bought from Lenny and John's sub shop a 5 minute walk away. Boardwalk ice cream shop at the corner has the best ice cream and every flavor you can think of - including Dole whip and dairy free! The beach is SO CLOSE! This house is in a quiet residential neighborhood so it's great for walking, running (we're runners!), bicycles. Pickle ball, tennis, playground, big field, right across the street and ample parking. Sofas & beds very comfortable! Kitchen is immaculate & well equipt. Owners truly take pride in their property.

Amazing Vacation for our Family

Our family started an annual tradition of planning a Beach Vacation a few years ago. Everything about this house was perfect. It is about a 3-4 minute walk to the beach and is also across the street from a park with a playground. An added bonus was the Ping pong table room at the back of the property - got to play a bunch with our 8 year old and make awesome memories!! Overall GREAT experience and would highly recommend

Great location

Location was great. Loved having the park across the street, ice cream shop on the corner and access to the beach. The garage with games kept the kids (and adults!) busy before and after the beach!

Great Place!

We enjoyed staying at this home. It felt like a home away from home! Great location to a awesome park, pickleball courts, and, of course, the beach! :) The owners seemed to really care that their guests have a nice time at their property. We booked again for next year!

Wonderful house, great location and proximity to the beach and the park across the street was a wonderful perk when traveling with young children. Very peaceful week, and the owners were very attentive and easy to communicate with! Would definitely come back!

Awesome Stay!

Our week at William and Erica's beach house exceeded our expectations. Perfect location, quiet neighborhood., close walk to the beach and a mile and a half to Fantasy Island/town. Nice park across the street and ice cream shop at the end of the street. The house has all the amenities needed. We definitely would like to return, great week!

Sounds cliche, but it was perfection

Couldn’t have asked for a better location for a week away from home. We’ve had outstanding issues this summer besides the worldwide pandemic. Being able to go as a family to this great home was a true blessing. Playground across the street feels like your own. House and yard and garage were spacious enough you could be alone, but close enough to not be lonely. Just great.

Awesome location close to beach and a great sub shop and a store that sells or rents all you need. Super clean and cute place that met all our needs. The game room was awesome. Slept all of us comfortably. Will be back

I grew up on this street 50 yrs ago & bought this home to regain some of the LBI Magic from my childhood. I absolutely love this street! The Playground across street is where I played as a child. I really missed the sound of the ocean that I heard every day and the constant cool breeze that pervades off of it! My wife and I saved for years so we could purchase this home. She more than I was determined stay on the same street I grew up on. When she and my daughter saw this home they immediately fell in love with it and refused to entertain any other homes, they have spent countless hours making it a perfect vacation escape with all the little touches and detail beyond my comprehension. It is truly wonderful to think my family will get to experience a piece of my childhood! I've told them countless wonderful stories of LBI and how I got to live in the best part, a short walk to the beach, a short bike ride Hartmans (now fantasy island) and Bay Village. Yet quiet with very little thru traffic because the street is short and the park across the street has no houses so the guarded beach was never crowded. I was a very lucky child to have spent my summers here and I hope for my family to experience the same!

This is a beach home with charm unlike others. My children are the 5th generation of my family to now experience the place I call home. I have vast experience with beach rentals as that is part of what my family and I did growing up on this street. We have done our best to make this home as cozy and welcoming as possible.
