WHAT A GREAT HOME! We were comfortable from the time we entered the home. It is well stocked, beach towels, kitchen ware, bikes, and games. The beach is a short walk and the restaurant at the end of the street was great for breakfast. Kimberly responded quickly to any questions prior to our arrival. Because we had no issues/ concerns I never had to reach out again. We will definitely stay again.

Thank you for staying with us! I came in right after you and the pool lanai has a fresh coat of paint and I added foliage to the planters to replace what died in the freeze. This is our second year staying at this house. It is a beautiful house in the perfect location. We can walk to the beach then come back and hose off and jump in the pool. I love all the dishes, pots, pans and containers available for cooking and storage of leftovers. Thanks for another great week!

This was a fantastic rental for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. Fully fenced in yard was perfect. Pool was a little chilly, but it’s April!! Beach is an easy walk away, and we went to the beachside restaurant twice!

It was FANTASTIC! House was very Bright & Inviting. Very comfortable! Well stocked kitchen for cooking, Bathing & Beach Towels, Beach & Pool Toys all very nice & many bicycles to ride. Pool & covered porch w/ceiling fan was our Favorite place. Yard & Pool well maintained. Location is perfect for both River & Beach. Host is very easy to Talk with. Help is only a phone call away if needed! We even seen the Turtle a few times in the mornings. Pet Friendly on approval. Looking forward to returning!!! The Littles

Great place to stay

Property had everything we needed and we cooked several days. Went to the beach and collected shells while the teens learned to boogie board. Great location away from the crazy tourist area but close enough to enjoy our interests.

Comfortable, clean, and convenient

We had a great stay. The location is perfect. It's a short drive to shops and restaurants and a short walk to a peaceful, uncrowded beach.
