Detta fristående hem ligger i den idylliska miljön i den pittoreska staden Parrita på Stillahavskusten. Parrita är vad Costa Rica handlar om; vänliga engelsktalande ticos, fantastisk mat, vackra stränder och en fantastisk plats. Jaco, som är ett av de bästa surfområdet i Costa Rica, ligger bara 30 minuter bort. Quepos, bara 15 minuter bort, är hem till en av Costa Ricas mest unika nationalparker; Manuel Antonio. Njut av äventyret med att upptäcka tukaner, dovendyr, färgglada landkrabbor, apor med vitt ansikte och över 800 fåglarter och annat djurliv. Färskt och djuphavsfiske finns tillgängligt samt ridning på stranden, paddling, surfing och ziplining.
Även om detta hem har 2 sovrum hyrs det ut till priset för ett sovrum. Allt du behöver tillhandahålls åt dig från badhanddukar till ett fullt utrustat kök. Det stora sovrummet har en ny bekväm queen size-säng med gott om garderobsutrymme. Det andra sovrummet har två tvillingsängar som kan användas separat eller ihop. Det stora badrummet har en tvättmaskin för din bekvämlighet. Anläggningen har cyklar, boogiebrädor och andra leksaker för din användning.
Fastighetsförvaltaren bor i anläggningen och talar engelska, franska och spanska.

Relaxing stay near the sea

We really enjoyed staying here. The property is on a little compound of similar properties. Lovely grounds and pool. Lots of wild life to spot. We did have trouble finding the property as arrived in the dark in a storm with a power cut and had no internet access. Luckily found the bar nearby who knew what we were looking for and directed us. Quite an adventure. Would definitely recommend.

Doesn’t get any better!

We loved this place. Clean inside and yard was perfectly maintained. Safe, gated community. Well kept and up to date. Wi-Fi worked fine Close to the beach. Five minute walk. Pool was very nice and we were usually alone at the pool.

Beautiful complex, comfortable villa

A little out of the way, need a car or taxi, but beaches are beautiful and not crowded.. No WiFi in this unit, WiFi at pool area poor., but pool perfect.. lots wildlife, great restaurant/bar within walking distance.

When we showed up, it was almost 5pm and the property manager who had the keys had left and didn't leave the door unlocked. Thankfully, Gilda was very easy to get ahold of, and one of the workers on the property had the keys. So, if you miss a flight like we did and show up late, make sure and call ahead. The property is gorgeous and quiet with iguanas everywhere, property well manicured, and the house is very nice for a family of up to 4. The area is amazing, there is a small restaurant/bar 1/4 mile away that is incredible right off the beach called Mar y Sol. The beach behind the property is beautiful, unpopulated and the water was very warm. I never went into the pool because it was mostly occupied by the other tenants. The amenities for this property are misleading. The internet access at the house is sketchy at best, and there is no Satellite/Cable at the house. Not that big of a problem, really, but annoying when this is how the property is advertised. The DVD player works if you are French speaking, otherwise bring DVD's. Otherwise, it is as advertised. Lots of cooking utensils, A/C in both bedrooms, clean and very nice. GPS is a good idea if you have never been to Costa Rica. This is our first trip there and found that the GPS was a must, especially to find the house. Honestly, the fact that it is remote we feel makes it very desirable, but it can be hard to find if you have never been there. Overall, we would definitely go back. We felt very safe the whole time and the beach is a 10

The good, and the bad.

The property is clean and has a beautiful grounds. Pool is clean and nice. Lots of birds to see. Do not try and find this property in the dark, well out of town, down a gravel road, and no one speaks English, if you are asking for directions. Poor signage getting there. They say their is wifi, but it is only in the pool area and it only worked early in the AM or late at night. If you require wifi, this is not the place to go. Makes it very hard to search for places and things to do. We have been in CR for nearly 2 months, and stayed, several different places, Wifi, is generally not a problem anymore. Parrita is a bit sketchy, we have been to CR, 14 different times, and this has been the only time, we have had our car broke into, and let the air out of a tire. This happened at 2:30 in the afternoon, and we weren’t gone more than 15 minutes. Lots to see and do in Manuel Antonio. The beach at Bejuco is very nice.

Beautiful site. Well equiped villa. Enjoy everything that we have done in Costa Rica.

We had a real good time in this place. We highly recomand it. We are seriously thinking of coming back next year.

We currently live in Maui where we can enjoy the beautiful beaches just like in Costa Rica. As in Maui, Costa Ricans are friendly, helpful, humble, and inviting. We love animals and currently have a cat that thinks he is a dog.
If you want an adventure of a lifetime go to Costa Rica!!!

Parritta, where our home is located, is close to so many attractions and surrounded by incredible beauty. Everyone from the Property Manager to the four gardeners and the three maids make you feel welcome the moment you get there. There are people who live there from all over the world and you will probably have new friends by the time you leave. The grounds and the homes are kept in the best condition and is done so with pride. We love the monkeys and the iguanas that often make an appearance on the property. The complex is very safe and family friendly.
