We manage over 85 properties in New Braunfels that are privately owned, we are not able to have "social distance" check in's at the complexes due to we only manage a hand full at each complex and not the entire complex, we apologize for any inconvenience. We also want to thank you again for your flexibility as we worked quickly to move you to this condo due to the unexpected A/C issue at your original rental. Our team did everything we could to ensure a smooth transition, and we truly hoped this unit would be a comfortable solution. Unfortunately we do not manage the entire complex so some of the guests behaviors are out of our control. We do not advertise 24/7 security, security is only on premise during the Summer Months.
