Plouescat: Typical Breton house and beautiful garden near Kernic Bay

A true haven of peace, our house is located in the heart of nature, in an area of more than 7000m² without any vis-à-vis. Located in the coastal town of Plounévez-Lochrist, just 1 km walk from the magnificent Baie du Kernic, via agricultural paths and 3 km from the beaches of Kéremma (in the heart of a Natura 2000 zone) among the most beautiful in Finistère. Near the seaside resort of Plouescat, between Roscoff and Les Abers, you will discover wild, invigorating and invigorating nature.
This large, bright and spacious Breton house, built on the site of an old mill and tastefully decorated, can accommodate up to 10 people. You will find :

On the first floor, 2 bedrooms with wardrobe and 160 cm bed, 1 bedroom with cupboard and wardrobe, a 160 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, A bathroom with bathtub and 2 sinks. The 4 bedrooms are tastefully furnished and decorated with new quality bedding.
On the second floor, a dormitory fitted out with 90 cm beds for children, modular.
In the basement, a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, refrigerator and table-top freezer
Wifi and firewood are free
Outside: direct access to a large 25m² terrace through the living room. This is equipped with garden furniture, deck chairs and barbecue.

For walkers, various hiking trails crisscross the green valleys of the town leading to the sea (one of them passes in front of the gîte.) and you can explore the GR 34 which takes the coastal hiking trail or all simply on a stroll. For water sports, the Plouescat nautical center offers sailing, catamaran, paddle, kayak, sand yacht, etc.
For visits to remarkable sites, don't miss: the circuit of parish enclosures, the Château de Kerjean, or the former Cordeliers convent in Landerneau where very beautiful exhibitions are regularly organized. The Ménéham site with its breathtaking view, you will discover a hamlet of old restored cottages facing the sea. On the island of Batz and Roscoff, you will discover exotic gardens. A little further, visit Brest Océanopolis and its incomparable marine fauna.
