Detta hem handlar om plats! Det är det andra hemmet i samhället bara några steg från klubbhuset, restaurangerna och sjön. Semesterbostäder blir inte bättre än detta! Ett fyra sovrum, tre hem med fullt badrum plus den som ligger på den 18: e farleden på golfbanan. Över 3 000 kvadratmeter (med mer utrymme på lägre nivå) finns det plats för alla att samlas eller sprida sig.

Andra funktioner i hemmet inkluderar två eldstäder, stort däck med Weber gasgrill, stort garage, källaren har kombination biljardbord och ping pong. Hemmet har två ugnar / AC för zonvärme / kylning. Handikapptillgänglighet: Ett steg vid ytterdörren. Det finns ett hölje på bottenvåningen med en utdragbar bäddsoffa. Första våningen har en badkar / dusch-kombination.

Abbey Springs har två pooler (inomhus och utomhus), en prisbelönt naturskön golfbana, tre restauranger, fitnesscenter, racquetball, tennis, Bocce-boll, volleyboll, basket och privat strandtillgång till sjön.

Hyran inkluderar avgifterna som ska betalas till Abbey Springs Association för tillgång till alla deras fritidsfaciliteter (utom golf som har en separat greenfee).

Hemmet ligger 1 km från Fontana centrum och 8 km från Genèvesjön. I Fontana kan du hyra en snabbbåt eller ponton, parasail eller umgås på bryggan till Chuck's Lakeshore Inn och Gordy's Bar & Grill. House was great with wonderful location close to the lake, golf, restaurants etc. Karl was terrific with clear communication and helpful. The house was better than we saw online…..great family visit.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful lake house in Abbey Springs! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the host takes great pride in the property—everything was in excellent shape, spotless, and thoughtfully appointed. The kitchen was fully stocked, the linens were fresh and high-quality, and every detail had been considered to make our stay as comfortable as possible.The host was truly exceptional—friendly, responsive, and incredibly conscientious. They checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly and clearly cared about creating a great guest experience.All the amenities at Abbey Springs just made the experience even better. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a five-star stay in Fontana!

Great house for buddy golf trip

Group of friends stayed here for a golf trip. The house was exactly as shown with plenty of sleeping options and good amenities. Very clean and fun basement with pool/ping pong table and air hockey. Host was very responsive and helped give good advice on places to eat/things to do. Would definitely stay again.

Extended family get away

What a great place for a family get away. We had 10 in the group and there were plenty of spaces to enjoy. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Fully equipped kitchen. Close to both beach and pool. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Would stay again.

Great home in the perfect location

This rental was fantastic! The owner was very responsive and helpful before, during, and after our stay with any questions we had. The home was larger than I expected from the pictures. There was room to spare even with our group of 8. There was easy access to the Lake Geneva area and this location had plenty of amenities! Will definitely book again in the future for the Lake Geneva area!

Stayed for a Family Wedding

The owner does a great job communicating. The papers are laminated with expectations. The owner does not expect the guests to do the cleaning, as many do. Overall, Abbey Springs is very nice, and we recommend it for families or groups.

Golf Trip

Guys golf trip to Lake Geneva for a 3rd straight year. House was good size for 8 of us. Conveniently located near the Abbey Springs Resort amenities. House was clean and had all the necessary supplies for our 3 night stay. Nothing fancy, but decor fits in with the Wisconsin lake vibe. We would stay there again. Karl was easy to work with.

The Perfect Getaway!

We spent an amazing 4 days at this lovely property! The house is spacious but still cozy and easily accommodated 4 adults, an energetic 6 year old and 2 dogs, with room to spare. The big kitchen was the perfect location for our fun group meals and games with a cozy counter/breakfast bar and large dining areas. The bedrooms were lovely and the beds were very comfortable, the living room was great for relaxing and hanging out. We had a blast playing ping pong and pool in the basement and we made full use of the Abby Springs clubhouse- great bar and restaurant and huge indoor pool and hot tub! We had everything we needed for a fantastic long weekend in a place as clean as any hotel but with the comfort of home! Our visit in late winter/early spring led to a lot of FUN indoor time (due to rain/snow), I can only imagine how great the summer months are during boating and beach season! We will definitely be back to find out!!

Beautiful Home

It was a girl's weekend and a dream weekend it was. There were only 3 of us so the house, of course, was like a castle to us. It was super clean and the kitchen was well equipped (except for a chef). Every room had its own character. It would be a great house for a family reunion. There are so many areas everyone can hang out in, all really nice. It was too cool for us to use the summer room but it was nice how we could look at how pretty it was from the family room. The owners were wonderful and easy to communicate with throughout the weekend and even after. We lost a set of keys and they went out of the way to make sure the house was checked for them. Check in was super easy! There is a guard house that you need to drive through and they are very thorough in making sure who can go thru. That made us (3 senior women) feel very secure. We wouldn't hesitate in renting this house again.

Exceptional Home and Host

Karl's place was perfect for our large family attending a wedding in the area. Many spaces to relax and visit, while enjoying nature views. Karl was immediately responsive and I hope to have a reason to return some day.

Nothing short of outstanding!

We couldn't have not been more pleased with the overall renting experience. Karl our host, communicated with me frequently through the entire process and gave me specific check in instructions and always promptly answered my questions. The house had everything available to us and there were signs to identify certain aspects of the house. If I could give 10 stars on everything I would.
