Detta hem handlar om plats! Det är det andra hemmet i samhället bara några steg från klubbhuset, restaurangerna och sjön. Semesterbostäder blir inte bättre än detta! Ett fyra sovrum, tre hem med fullt badrum plus den som ligger på den 18: e farleden på golfbanan. Över 3 000 kvadratmeter (med mer utrymme på lägre nivå) finns det plats för alla att samlas eller sprida sig.

Andra funktioner i hemmet inkluderar två eldstäder, stort däck med Weber gasgrill, stort garage, källaren har kombination biljardbord och ping pong. Hemmet har två ugnar / AC för zonvärme / kylning. Handikapptillgänglighet: Ett steg vid ytterdörren. Det finns ett hölje på bottenvåningen med en utdragbar bäddsoffa. Första våningen har en badkar / dusch-kombination.

Abbey Springs har två pooler (inomhus och utomhus), en prisbelönt naturskön golfbana, tre restauranger, fitnesscenter, racquetball, tennis, Bocce-boll, volleyboll, basket och privat strandtillgång till sjön.

Hyran inkluderar avgifterna som ska betalas till Abbey Springs Association för tillgång till alla deras fritidsfaciliteter (utom golf som har en separat greenfee).

Hemmet ligger 1 km från Fontana centrum och 8 km från Genèvesjön. I Fontana kan du hyra en snabbbåt eller ponton, parasail eller umgås på bryggan till Chuck's Lakeshore Inn och Gordy's Bar & Grill. Great Stay!

Very spacious house for my group of 10! Amenities at Abbey Springs were excellent. The master bedroom bed is huge and it was very private location. Highly recommend!

Extended family get away

What a great place for a family get away. We had 10 in the group and there were plenty of spaces to enjoy. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Fully equipped kitchen. Close to both beach and pool. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Would stay again.

Wonderful family vacation

Our family (three-generations, including two toddlers) had everything we needed at this property. The house is spacious, well-stocked, and very comfortable. We enjoyed the amenities - especially the beach and pool - during the day, and loved relaxing on the porch in the evening. We’d love to return.

What a great house in a great location! There is plenty of room for everyone to find their own space and chill out. The neighborhood is nice and quiet too. Just a wonderful place to rest and connect with your family. And our kids had a blast at the pool.

Great home in the perfect location

This rental was fantastic! The owner was very responsive and helpful before, during, and after our stay with any questions we had. The home was larger than I expected from the pictures. There was room to spare even with our group of 8. There was easy access to the Lake Geneva area and this location had plenty of amenities! Will definitely book again in the future for the Lake Geneva area!

Large, comfortable home in a great location.

We rented the house for the Thanksgiving holiday and it was perfect. The well equipped kitchen was easy for cooking and preparing a large meal. And the family room is cozy with comfortable couch and fireplace. It was exactly what we wanted. We'll definitely be back!

Golf Trip

Guys golf trip to Lake Geneva for a 3rd straight year. House was good size for 8 of us. Conveniently located near the Abbey Springs Resort amenities. House was clean and had all the necessary supplies for our 3 night stay. Nothing fancy, but decor fits in with the Wisconsin lake vibe. We would stay there again. Karl was easy to work with.

We returned to this lovely home in Abbey Springs for a family vacation. Mary is a wonderful host and goes above and beyond for her guests. Everything you need is provided and we enjoyed the pools and lakefront. It’s wonderful to have a beautiful place where we can all be together. Thank you Mary!

Pristine Property, Very Well Managed

We had an excellent experience staying here. The house overall is well cared for, clean and very organized. We stayed with our young children--enjoyed the amenities, including the pool, beach, playground and restaurants. Karl was quite helpful with questions and prompt in his replies. We would highly recommend!

Great Family Friendly Location

HOUSE Great layout and design of property for our family of nine. (6 adults and three young children) Plenty of room to spread-out or gather throughout the day. Some rooms recently redone.. Some areas in major need of updates ( master bedroom and ensuite as an example) Kitchen could use refreshing and knobs/pulls on doors would be helpful Bedsheets and towels etc. are all in need of replacement. (Clean just near end of life). COMPLEX Facilities ( Pool both outdoor and indoor) and Cafe were excellent and very close to the house. Golf course was closed for renovation so can't give review on that part of the complex. Playground etc. at the Lake were excellent, but please know that you CAN NOT park there with visitor pass so you will need to drop off any large loads or visitors with limited mobility and walk from the house.

Great house for buddy golf trip

Group of friends stayed here for a golf trip. The house was exactly as shown with plenty of sleeping options and good amenities. Very clean and fun basement with pool/ping pong table and air hockey. Host was very responsive and helped give good advice on places to eat/things to do. Would definitely stay again.
