Oceanfront 2 Bed, 2 Bath , Beautiful!

This is a meticulously maintained, beautifully decorated, and newly renovated two bed/2 bath condo on the ocean. It has a brand new kitchen, new full size washer and dryer, and new air conditioning system There are two screened-in lanais off of the living room as well as the master bedroom. Both are ocean front where you can enjoy beautiful sunrises. The second bedroom has sliders that open to the ocean as well. And - you have your own beach!

There are 5 swimming pools, a three-par nine hole golf course, fitness facilities, seasonal restaurant, and tiki lunch bar. More importantly, it is in a gated and guarded community.

Right down the street there are more public beaches, delicious restaurants and the Ft Pierce Jetty with great fishing and boating. Walking to the opposite side of the complex is the Indian River where you can relax and watch beautiful sunsets.

Great Stay

We had a great stay this property in April. Laurie, the owner, is very responsive and the check in and check out process were very smooth. The condo is in a great location in Ocean Village and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful property, wouldn't hesitate to return

Property was a great find! My family was looking for something simple, low cost and at the beach. The unit was clean, kitchen well stocked, well maintained and very comfortable. The balcony allowed for nice sitting and listening to the waves. You can see pieces of the water but not the beach itself but the waves were so relaxing to listen to. The area had plenty of cheap family activities (small aquarium, manatee observation and education center, Florida oceanographic center with stingray feeding), the inlet is fantastic for younger kids or calm floating, nice town area just off the island with a brewery, ciderwerks and a very nice local coffee shop (Olde Florida Coffee). Laurie was great to work with and answered questions quickly. Not an overly touristy area but made for a great casual family trip! We will definitely consider this unit again when we're planning another trip!

The perfect beach condo !

Condo location was wonderful, as you are just steps from the dune crossing. The ocean breezes and the mesmerizing sound of the surf from the balcony were fantastic! The condo is very tastefully decorated. The furniture and beds were quite comfortable, and the unit was immaculate. We had everything we needed for a fabulous week at the beach! We will be looking to return here in the future.

Great Beach Vacation

The property was as advertised. Would definitely stay again. Right on the beach with swimming pools close by as well. They are very very strict on the pool rules in the main pool. Saw several families with small children chastised for “playing” with their 4-5 year olds around in the water. Didn’t appear to be harming anyone. The rental office for bocce ball, shuffleboard, etc, closes at 5 or 6 depending on the day. Seems really early given that it is daylight until about 8. Would be nice to have more flexibility with the rentals. Kind of picky but overall it was great. Water was super clear for snorkeling and property was convenient to restaurants and museums.

Absolutely loved it!

It was in a great location with a private beach. Even though the beach couldn’t be seen, the ocean could be...and really loudly! We loved it. We even slept with the lanai sliders open a couple of nights just so we could hear the ocean as we slept (and not on the noise maker I brought with us). It was truly awesome. The condo was updated and clean. If we ever decide to come back to Ft. Pierce, we would love to stay here again! We’re so glad we chose it.

Down by the Sea

This property is lovely and well maintained. The decor is very inviting with a Seaside theme to accompany the views from the Ocean that are visible from the livingroom and bedrooms. I do a lot of gourmet cooking on vacation with the friends that accompanied me. We often bring our own knives, pans, etc., but found that we did not need any of them. The kitchen is well equipped with everything that you will need, even a juicer! The beds were extremely comfortable, and I don't remember when I slept so well. The property is fabulous with lots to do, swimming pools, bar, restaurant and golf, and the beach was quiet and private. Definitely will look forward to staying here again if the opportunity arises.

Great place to stay!

Property was nice, clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Laurie was really great and quick with communication. Private beach was great! The only thing I wish were different was that the pool rules were not so rigid. No flotation devices, no toys of any kind and no jumping into the pool. Basically no playing in the pool. It was a little restrictive for our 9 year old. Overall a tremendous vacation and stay!
