The house was beautiful. Perfect location. Ideal layout for our family. Private pool is a great amenity. And Grace was very prompt and responsive to any of our questions. Highly recommend. And hope we have the opportunity to stay here again!

The house was lovely! The house was very bright and flooded with natural light and the kitchen was large and had high end appliances.The pool was a welcome relief on many hot afternoons with shady areas and a large umbrella over the outdoor dining table. The house was very walkable to all the activities of Seaside. Our host, Grace was very attentive and easy to contact. We had a wonderful beach experience in this house!

Everything about the house was fantastic. It is a beautiful house, very clean, well equipped, and a short, pleasant walk to the Seaside square or beach along tree-shaded streets. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy all that Seaside has to offer from a quiet but close home base.

We had an incredibly relaxing stay at this home. The owner - Grace - was very attentive to a couple small issues that were resolved. We greatly appreciate being able to get into the home early. We love the location and ease of walking to Seaside. The backyard setting with the heated pool surrounded by the screened porches was very private. We relaxed, swam and read several books. We had a great time and hope to find a way back again this fall or next spring.

Summer 4th of July trip

Property was great location, quiet and easy walk or bike ride into seaside and beach. Very nice place to stay for a family of eight.

Wonderful Vacation Home

We rented the home for a week and so enjoyed being close to Seaside and wonderful restaurants! The home came with several bikes and we enjoyed using them several times. The home itself is so lovely and comfortable. We would definetly rent the home again!

Nice neighborhood private home

We enjoyed the layout of the house and the private pool. The house was extremely nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. The house had everything we needed. Just know after you walk to the beach you access it by multiple levels of stairs…so make sure you carry just what you need!

While the home was just lovely, the pool/backyard of the neighbors was just a few feet away with no privacy. The house had at least 15 teenagers who partied all day and night. They peed in the open, smoked pot, blasted music, etc. We were up several times in the night asking them to keep it down. Unfortunately we just can't rent again and risk it. Makes me sad as the house was fantastic.

Oh my goodness. I’m so sorry. I had no idea that the spring breakers who were staying in the house behind us interfered with your quiet enjoyment of our property. We have a wonderful neighborhood and an active neighborhood association. Had I known that the renters in that house were that much of a problem I could have intervened. I will add a page to the information packet so that any future guest of ours knows to contact me immediately. There are remedies. Again, I’m so sorry.

Gorgeous home! Perfect location! Quiet and quaint.

We have traveled to this area for a decade and have found our favorite rental property of all in this home. The layout of the home made it feel like we had our own bungalow while others who wanted to stay up late, could. Canal St is so quiet and safe, yet so close to Seaside. We took the beach cruisers to town each day and also to the beach. Perfect for families or two couples. Very clean and immaculate.

Great Stay for our Family!

We stayed with us, grandparents, and our three kids- the house was a great/easy layout for the week. We rented a golf cart and buzzed to seaside every single day for coffee or treats. The overall trip went great. House was very nice and beautiful. Grace was super responsive as a host and very helpful. Loved the heated pool and kitchen/main area for our family meals and hanging. The screened in section of the house was awesome.

Stylish comfortable beach home with great location

We have rented beach homes in the Watercolor-Seaside area yearly for over 20 years, and this home is an excellent place to stay for a week at the beach. Stylish, clean, well-appointed and comfortable, it is just a short walk or bike ride through the neighborhood to Seaside's town center and the public beach. The property owner is responsive, warm and welcoming. Highly recommended. You will enjoy your stay.

Week Stay in May

We had a wonderful time at this house. The layout was so perfect for spending time with adult kids. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We really liked that the laundry was next to the master bedroom. Grace was very responsive when we had a question while staying at the property. The pool was so nice and pool service kept the pool in good shape. The decor in the house is so beautiful. Couch in living room very comfy and we felt right at home. We would absolutely recommend the house to others.

Beautiful & comfortable, close to everything!

Our family stayed for a week over spring break. The house has a unique layout, and it was perfect to enjoy the warm weather. All finishes are high end, beds and furniture were very comfortable, and the property was spotless. We found the location to be perfect - walking distance to the beach and town center, but far enough away from traffic and close to Publix. Grace is a fantastic host - communicative, flexible, and very helpful. The check in and out process was simple, and their inclusion of 4 bikes plus beach chairs and towels was also very nice. We would love to come back!
