Gilla att ha ett helt nytt hus bara några steg från stranden. Nyrenoverat hem med alla nya våningar, färdig målning av alla interiörer och exteriörer, nya apparater och nya möbler i varje tum av hemmet. Helt nytt kök med egna skåp och bänkskivor. Nyrenoverade badrum med nya badkar, duschar, handfat, toaletter, kranar, etc.
5 sovrum / 3. 0 badrum med stort öppet vardagsrum och matsal - passar bekvämt flera familjer med gott om utrymme för att besöka som grupp eller bryta sig för privatlivet. Läs vår beskrivning av avgifter nedan.

Hem ligger inom 1: a kvarteret till havet - under 100yds från stranden!
Mycket lätt promenad till avskild strandområde. Snabb och enkel att gå fram och tillbaka från strand till hus ... inga bekymmer om du glömmer att packa något eller behöver ett toalett.
En golfbil ingår också för roligt, avslappnad transport över ön. Hem ligger perfekt mellan både privata golfbanor och under ½ mil från huvud pool cabana, beach club och tennis anläggning.

Amenity Cards
Amenity Cards krävs endast om du vill få tillgång till alla ön bekvämligheter, inklusive: simbassänger, strandklubb, golfbanor, tennisbanor och restauranger på ön. Du behöver INTE dessa kort på stranden. Kostnadskort är tillgängliga för köp ($ 50,00 / ea) och det här är en genombetalningsavgift eftersom det här är vad vi betalar klubben för varje kort. Ingen under 14 år behöver ett rekreationskort. 4 rekreationskort ingår i en 7 nätters bokning.
Förmånskort i höst / vinter / vår är $ 25 varje för tre dagars pass och 35 kronor per vecka passerar.

Sängar: 1 King och 5 Queens. Huset sover 12 i sängar men rymmer upp till 14. Fyra sovrum på andra våningen har en säng vardera. Det stora rummet på första våningen har 2 queen size-sängar och ett vardagsrum med soffa, stolar och tv. Soffan kan också omvandlas till en säng.

För att vara uppriktig och ärlig, våra priser som annonseras av VRBO är enbart rumspriset och inkluderar inte någon av avgifterna. Detta gäller för alla fastigheter som är listade på VRBO. Vi har beslutat att inte inkludera "avgifter" i med rumspriset så att hyresgästerna inte betalar mer skatt än vad som behövs. Avgifterna är inte beskattningsbara men VRBO lägger till en skatt på 10% till rumspriset - det här tillvägagångssättet sparar våra hyresgäster cirka $ 100. Vi försöker inte vara vilseledande, men vi har inte heller någon kontroll över hur VRBO beräknar "Nightly Rate".

Lovely Family Place

The island is amazing and our time together went by so fast! The owner was Very responsive to our needs! and the house is lovely. We enjoyed the extra amenities and crab traps made for a delicious catch of the day!

Wonderful Home!

The house has been recently remodeled and was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. It was just a block away from the beach which you could hear from the deck. The open concept plus the bedroom/living area downstairs made it great for our multi-family stay. The gold cart worked great and seemed relatively new. Thanks so much for a great stay!!

Great location, beautiful home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! The location is perfect on the corner of the road with beach access making it super close and convenient in getting to the beach. Spacious home with everything you will Need and more....pictures on listing very accurate. Owners great to work with and accommodating. We are definitely planning on staying here again! Thanks for an unforgettable family vacation!

Our family really enjoyed this home. It was sparkling clean and felt brand new. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed and the family area was large enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. An added bonus was having two showers downstairs as you came in from the beach.

Wonderful stay with family on Fripp!!

This house is amazing! Completely renovated to feel like a home away from home. Clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated. Short walk to the beach, which was excellent for our teens to come and go! Plenty of room for our family of five, sister's family of three, grandma, and daughter's friend! We cooked in every night but the last, and the kitchen while small is very functional and contains everything needed! We even did a crab boil in their big crab pot! Brand new Weber grill still had instruction booklet on it as if just delivered!! (Only need was a grill brush to clean it, sorry!) The owner was a pleasure to deal with! Thanks for a wonderful vacation and memories on Fripp!

Great House

10 adults and 2 children, a wonderful family vacation. House description is right on, beautifully decorated in a great location.A short pleasant walk to the beach. The only real traffic is pedestrians,golf carts,and our “deer” friends. I agree with other renters that it would be nice to have a second refrigerator for drinks. This our third time staying in Fripp, it’s a wonderful island,very relaxing.Owners were great to work with,and quick to respond to any questions.We highly recommend this home!

Roomy and updated but ice maker and air conditioner needs upgrade

It was our first time at fripp and we loved the island. The house fit our needs as far as space. We appreciated the updates to the property. We were a little disappointed in the outside areas. I like outside porch areas to sit. The ice maker could not keep up with our families needs and the air conditioning in the living area did not cool in the late afternoon. We enjoyed the golf cart and activity cards provided .

Friends and family trip

Loved the island. Very easy to get around. Golf cart very helpful. House was very nice. Could use a second fridge. No room for drinks. Lots of shade around house even though it was a scorcher that week. Big variance in temp from downstairs to upstairs...fought over thermostat a lot. Received a wonderful gift from owner. Much appreciated. Beach a little further away than expected. Thanks for a nice accommodation.

Family Vacation 2019

All 12 of us truly enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of living and dining space in this beautiful home! The use of the golf cart was very much appreciated. We were easily able to get to the many activities and shops and restaurants. The beach was beautiful and secluded. We were there during Spring Break and it was so peaceful. Loved Fripp and the house!!!

Just arrived home today after a wonderful week on Fripp. The house was perfect for the 9 of us. Although not beach front (which is our usual preference), the beach was a comfortable walk or we used the provided golf cart if we had beach chairs, coolers, etc. We enjoyed walking out every morning for sunrise. The beach is the nicest one I have seen. During low tide and most of the day, the beach is very wide, gently sloped and very, very clean. The house was very nice. I usually bring along some of my kitchen essentials but didn't need them...the kitchen was well appointed. Had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be adding a 2nd refrigerator (possibly down stairs) as we had brought in groceries for the entire week hoping not to have to leave the island and space was tight. We used several coolers for our drinks and that worked well. The dining table was large enough for us to enjoy meals together and the screened porch was a great place for our morning coffee and gathering for game time. We had contemplated renting a 2nd golf cart but were able to manage fine without it as we brought some bikes and some of our group could ride bikes, some in cart. Loved the bike paths!!!! Made a day trip to Hunting State Park and hiked this beautiful area followed by lunch at the Shrimp Shack and went into Beaufort for a couple of hours. Otherwise, we were perfectly content staying on Fripp. This was a wonderful week!!! The owners of the house were very responsive to any questions or concerns. We certainly hope we can make this trip and stay in this home again in the future.

Beautiful, newly renovated, and well kept!

We loved staying here for our group of 10 adults. The common areas had plenty of space, which was our top priority when booking a house! The bedrooms were each beautiful, and the proximity to the beach was perfect. Thank you so much for all of the work you must put in to keeping this property so amazing!

The home is beautiful, spacious, and located around the block from a beautiful beach.

Our family and friends went down for my son’s graduation from Marine boot camp on Parris Island. The house sleeps 14 and has three full bathrooms; plenty of space for our large group. The screened in porch is awesome for casual dining and hanging out. The home is very clean and modern. Right around the block is a beautiful and spacious beach! I found the owner very pleasant to interact with and he was timely in his responses. I would definitely return to this property and highly recommend it!

Great Family Gathering Spot

We loved our stay on Fripp Island. The home was better in person than in the pictures. It had everything we wanted and more. Here are just a few of the things we loved; close to the beach, screened in porch, modern appliances, Sonos system throughout the house, large gathering space, and it was very clean. I highly recommend staying here to anyone considering a trip to South Carolina.

Spacious

Very nice clean updated big house

My family come down for my brother boot camp graduation and we need a big place to stay... it was a little farther away then what we would of like because we had to be up so ealry every day but it was worth it in the end!! The house is beautiful and have enough room for all of our family!! I would love to come back for a family vacation soon!!

Perfect for large families. Wonderful great room for get together

New restoration. We may have been one of the first to rent. Owner was fantastic to deal with. Very nice...subtle things to improve property....rods in downstairs closets for hanging clothes....shower curtains downstairs bath...internet tv upstairs needs to have Comcast service ...thank goodness we had a techy with use that knew how to use the upstairs tv. We all decided before we left to rent the Dolphin again next year. Hopefully the small details will be handled by then

Perfect for large families attending USMC Boot Camp Graduation

We stayed here for my son's boot camp graduation. It was perfect. The decor was very nice without being too personal. The beds were amazing, especially the master bedroom upstairs. I will say if someone in your party depends on a wheelchair the bathrooms are a little difficult to access but overall the upstairs main living area was wide open and very accessible. (My husband is a left above knee amputee and relies on a wheelchair at night.). The kitchen is well-stocked with tools for cooking and eating. We only ate out one night. It's a great place.

Beautiful Home

Great House....The house was very clean and has lots of space. The open floor plan in the living/dinning room and leading onto the screen porch was perfect for our group. The owner was very accommodating and made sure that we had everything we needed. They were a pleasure to work with. You won't go wrong with this property.
