Wonderful stay!

This is our 3rd time staying at this property and we will be back again! Can’t beat the beach access, pool, trolley to Baytown wharf village! So convenient and a great space for a family trip.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was amazing and made it feel like home and comfort, everything was good except water was cut off at midnight so nobody could really use the restroom or, take a shower or, cook or anything when needed so on a scale of 1-5 we would give it a 4! Love this condo.

Perfect beach vacation!

We loved our stay - can’t beat the location with private pool and beach access, and free tram to Baytowne wharf village. Plenty of space for me, my husband, 2 kids, and in laws! The rental company was responsive and helpful with any questions we had. This was our second time staying here and will be back!

Fun Vacay

Our stay was nice and relaxing! Westwinds is a fun place. Right on the beach and the pool was super fun. Condo was clean and roomy. The pool snack bar was great, but the cook didn’t show up on time a couple of days. Thanks for the nice beach stay!

Nice for last minute trip

We were glad the condo was available for our trip. Most of the furniture probably needs to be replaced as well as the carpet; but this property worked fine for us as we spent most of our time on the beach.

Clean and roomy

Perfect Beach Location

My family of 5 enjoyed this property! The check-in process was so easy. We loved the pool and how close the beach was. The balcony is spacious and has a beautiful view. It was nice to have 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms so there was plenty of space. When you arrive, there are welcome kits in each bathroom with toiletries and 1 in the kitchen with detergents. That was a nice touch!

Girls Trip

This was our 3rd year to stay in this fabulous facility for our annual girls trip! It’s spacious, comfy and very clean! It’s perfect for a girls trip with a great view of the ocean and the pool community! It’s great for balcony relaxing! All the rooms have a great view! Church Ladies Trip!

This was our second year to stay in this beautiful condo! It’s the perfect spot with a fabulous view, spacious and perfect for our trip! It’s super convenient to restaurants and perfect for cooking! The only thing we found this year was that the pull out sofa in the living area isn’t conducive for adults! But we made do and had a great time in this lovely vacation home with the perfect view!

This was our second year at this property and both years we sought out a higher Unit with the southeasterly view. You won't be disappointed!Helpful hint: private beach setups start securing their space at the surf's edge around 6:15am and fill up by 7:00am. There is always the Sandestin beach setups available for a modest fee and reservation.

Beach front with a great view from the balcony

We enjoyed our stay at Westwinds. It was beach front with a great view. Very nice community, with a nice pool, hot tub and tiki bar. We had a wheel chair user with us, and the condo was perfect for them to get around. The only place he had a little problem accessing was the balcony, because there is a step down, but we made it work. All other doorways and entry ways were wide enough, the bathrooms and bedrooms were very spacious. We loved our stay here and did not want to go home.

Condo with a View

The condo was well kept and offered us the most important thing we were looking for - an amazing view of the Gulf. While the furnishing could have been more updated, the beds were comfortable, the condo very clean, and facilities well managed. The only real complaint would be in the lack of kitchen cooking items. If you want to cook while in the condo, you may struggle to find more than two pans so make your menu accordingly.

overall nice, but needs a little work

one of bedrooms short a couple lightbulbs working, the dryer is very week, deck chairs were dated, but overall, the place is very nice, we would return for sure. above is just maintenance issues. rather quiet. could smell cigarette smoke a couple of times from some other unit on occasion. still minimal complaint.

Miramar Beach Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had a great stay here. The condo is just as pictured. The bathroom for each bedroom was so nice. We enjoyed the view from balcony every morning and evening. The outdoor furniture was fine. Wish there were more recliners/rockers on the balcony but then we wouldve spent all our time there! We cooked during our stay so bring your own spices/foil if neededd but there was a good selection of cookware to use. The pool was nice, never too crowded. The walk to the beach was easy. There were a few chairs and sand toys in the closet so that was helpful in that we didn’t need to bring our own. We look forward to returning to this condo in the future!
