Lyxig lägenhet på första våningen inbäddat i hjärtat av det antika romerska Diokletians palats. Lägenheten har 2/3 generöst proportionerade dubbelrum, stort vardagsrum / matplats, 3 rymliga badrum och en stor privat terrass. Lägenheten erbjuder alla bekvämligheter inklusive, kyl / frys, tvättmaskin, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, Sonos wifi ljudsystem, kabel. TV med engelsk filmkanal, Wi-Fi-anslutning, grillmöjligheter och monterade hårtorkar i varje badrum. Vi har också internationell ström och USB-uttag i varje sovrum, samt matsalen. Barnvakt och välkomstpaket kan ordnas på begäran. Diocletians palats är en gågata, vilket innebär att parkeringsplatsen ligger en kort promenad bort. Det finns ett val mellan betald och gratis parkering, även om gratis parkering är lite längre bort. Fastigheten kan nås med taxi eller buss från Split flygplats som tar cirka 30 minuter eller varför inte låta oss ordna en privat hämtning från flygplatsen till samma pris som en taxi - vi använder Gecko-turer, en utmärkt lokal researrangör som erbjuder också rabatt på många lokala turer (skräddarsydda eller annonserade) för Prisca-gäster.

Family Time in Split

We enjoyed our stay in the “palace” in Split! Loved the location! Loved the history. And Baldo was excellent as a host! He shared knowledge of the area, history, places to visit and great restaurants too! We also loved the little coffee shop across from the entrance to our place. Highly recommend this place! It’s perfect for our family of 6 adults.

The property and location were magical. A beautiful, bright, spacious apartment in the heart of so much history. And Baldo was responsive with great food and activity trips. We wish we were staying longer. December is a great time to be in Split.

This is where you want to stay in Split. Heart of the city, close to everything

We had an amazing trip. Baldo is the best host there is. Lives right next door and catered to every need. The apartment was spacious, 3 bathrooms and great hot water and pressure. Great location and great little coffee shop right nnext door.

This property is all you see here and more ! It is HUGE and very beautiful. There is everything you could possibly need and the location is amazing 😍 Baldo is a very attentive host who could not have done more for us. We would stay here again and again !

Comfy digs in the Diocletian Palace

We loved this place. The location is brilliant, right within the walls of the Diocletian Palace. It’s well maintained. The outdoor patio is a big plus. Two comfortable bedrooms and a pullout couch for two more. Great efficiency kitchen and a big dining table for meals. And three bathrooms with showers in each. The owners are great and very knowledgeable about the area. There is a magic to the neighborhood.

Book this place if you want to stay in Old Town

Perfect location within Old Town despite the insane crowds just outside our door during our August visit. Virtually no noise with the windows closed and the a/c on. The apartment was immaculate. Plenty of room to spread out. My adult son slept on the pullout couch and reported it to be very comfortable, as were all the beds. Baldo could not have been more charming and gracious.

Amazing Location and Host

What a great house, location was perfect, the terrace was a plus. Steps away from the best coffee place in the palace. We wish we had more time in Split and look forward to coming back. Baldo was wonderful, our driver from the ferry was late so Baldo came and helped us with our luggage and we had multiple family members check in at different times and he was super responsive with all of us. A plus host. House was high end and top notch from amenities and decorations.

Just as great as the first time!

Our group of four stayed for the most wonderful week. It was the second visit for my husband & me and just as wonderful! Baldo & his wife did absolutely everything to make our stay perfect. The layout for 2 couples gives everyone the space they need although we spent a lot of time on the terrace. We hope to be back again soon!

Croatian Vacation

The apartment is awesome. Spacious, well decorated, well equipped, perfect location. It's like it wasn't enough to be a perfect accommodation, therefore, they included the best property managers Baldo and Nikolina. They were always available, helpful and a wealth of knowledge on the history of the Split region. The picture and description are exact. If we return to Split this will be where we stay. I highly recommend staying in this apartment if visiting Split. Thank you so much for hosting us.

Terrific Apartment, Location, & Host

Absolutely perfect apartment for our recent stay in Split. Our family was a group of four, including our two adult children. The three berdrooms, utilizing the living room as the 3ed bedroom, worked out perfectly but the real win was having three large and well equiped bathrooms. All of the apartment looks new and in great order, from the appliances to the bedding, to the air conditioning. The patio served as a great late afternoon spot for us to relax and unwind after busy days of sightseeing. The location is simply perfect (right across from a great cafe, D16, which was adaily visit) and central to any part of the Old Town or harbor area. But our stay was truly enhanced by the property managers, Baldo & Nicolina. The apartment was impeccably clean when we arrived and we were met directly at the parking area outsided the walls and escorted the short distance to the apartment by Baldo. Baldo helped with the luggage and provided a wealth of information on the town including good restaurants, sites to see, islands to visit, and ideas for our day trips outside the region. Every recommendation was spot on. He also gave us a brief history of Split and his passion for his hometown clearly shines through. Easy communication and quick responses from Baldo during the visit. Great benefit. I highly recommend this apartment for it's location & amentities, and for Baldo. You won't be disappointed.

Perfect Apartment in Split

We had such a wonderful time in Split. The apartment was perfect for us. The beds were very comfortable, we enjoyed relaxing on the terrace and the washer allowed us to move on to our next destination with all our clothes clean. We hope to come back to Split again and will definitely try to stay here again.

We had an incredible stay at this location in Split. Baldo, the property manager was absolutely incredible and helped us navigate a driver from the airport and met us at the palace walls and helped bring our luggage to the rental. We were absolutely floored when we walked in and saw how big the patio was knowing we would enjoy that space. There are two very large bedrooms and three separate bathrooms that were absolutely outstanding. The amenities and furnishings in this location are top notch and I must give it up to Nicolina for the cleanliness absolutely spotless. We absolutely love that we were staying within the palace walls and really enjoyed how the area is pedestrian traffic only. Just cut down on noise although there was a small bar below my dad‘s bedroom with sometimes kept him up at night. The windows were incredibly soundproof once you closed them. Don’t think twice about booking the space. Although three of us were traveling, we did think we would need a third bedroom, but my sister and I were more than happy to share the second bedroom with two separate mattresses. Baldo was able to help us navigate where the best restaurants were to go to, the best tour operators, and the most important things to see while in town. He even sit us up with his friend, who picked us up from the airport to also drive us down to Dubrovnik to continue our holiday. Would highly recommend his friend Ante for a drive as he made us all feel safe while also giving us a tour. $40 from air

Great flat w Amazing On-site Manager

The flat was great in so many ways -- great communication w/ the host, big bedrooms w/ 3 full bathrooms, A/C in each room, Cable TV, central location, outdoor space, very clean and tidy. But the big plus was Baldo, the manager, who lives nextdoor. He was so helpful and had lots of information and insider tips -- he really made our stay memorable.
