Hi, we are sorry to hear about your issue with the door! It looks like you called us after you checked in and a property manager walked you through how to lock the door and sent you a short video to watch to assist. According to our records you stayed 2 nights and contacted us again on the morning you checked out to let us know that you continued to have issues with it. Our cleaners/inspectors didn't encounter a problem with the lock but we apologize that this impacted your stay and truly regret that this review wasn't a 4 star.

Kari, we appreciate you taking the time to provide us with some feedback regarding your rental experience while staying in Majestic Beach Towers 1-1615, a one-bed, one-bath Gulf-front condo. Photos of rentals online are a true representation, to the best of our knowledge. We apologize for any discomfort or frustration caused during your stay. The issues that you have mentioned have been addressed by maintenance and forwarded to the owner for recommendations. Thank you for your patience and for choosing Real Joy.

Teresa, we appreciate you taking the time to provide us with some feedback regarding your vacation rental experience while staying in Majestic Beach 1-1615, a one-bed, one-bath Gulf-front condo in Panama City Beach. We truly apologize for the delay in this unit being ready for your arrival, the floor not being clean enough, and the shutters being broken. Unfortunately, we are unable to find any record of any communication during your stay. If you did not receive a response, it was because we were unaware of there being any issues during your stay. Check-out is at 4:30 p.m. If guests are late leaving or have left a property in bad shape, this pushes back the housekeeper's time trying to get a unit ready for incoming guests. Please accept our sincerest apologize. Thank you for your patience and for choosing Real Joy.
