Helt nytt rustikt chic flodhem vid Cane River bara 5 miles från historiska centrum Natchitoches, LA.

Detta 3 sovrum 2 1/2 badrum hem är fullt möblerad med allt du behöver för en tillflyktsort på floden. Handdukar, sängkläder, fullt kök, tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Båtlansering är 1 mil bort, gott om shopping och lokala matställen bara några minuter bort.

Det stora sovrummet är nere med en queen size-säng. Det finns ett komplett badrum och ett halvt badrum nere. På övervåningen har en queen size-säng och en enkelsäng i ett sovrum. Det tredje sovrummet är ett litet sovrum med en enkelsäng med en utdragbar rullande säng under. Det finns ett komplett badrum på övervåningen.

The house was clean and had all the amenities listed. The beds are comfortable and we all slept well. The house is uniquely decorated which made our stay even more lovely. Location is a short drive to all area attractions. We had a problem with DVD player and the owner was super responsive. Highly recommend staying here.

House is in a great location, close to restaurants and shopping. The house is very clean, very well stocked and had everything we needed. We had a very comfortable stay and will definitely be back. Love Natchitoches! Beautiful place.

Booked for LSMSA Graduation

We booked this waterfront home the weekend of our daughter’s graduation. It was very clean, nice and cozy. Only wish we would’ve had more time to enjoy it and the deck over Cane River. The owners were very nice and accommodating, and even went above and beyond to return an Apple Watch to us that we left behind. Great home in a great place with great owners. We’d love to visit again. Highly recommend!

Unique home

We were traveling to see the annual Natchitoches Christmas Fest. The home is on the Cane River a few miles outside of Natchitoches. Our grandchildren loved the decor. It made for a great weekend.

Girls trip

Beautiful place. We loved it. The only thing the ladies complained about was the WiFI access, but this forced us to play games and not play on our phone. Highly recommend it.

Family time!

The home was clean, comfortable, and great location. The hosts quick to respond and pleasant. We enjoyed boating in the beautiful cane river, fishing, shopping on front street in Natchitoches, and great restaurants. One of our best nights was a friendly family competition of cards provided by host at the house. Great weekend!

The property was very nice just farther from Front Street than indicated on web site. However, traveling around natchitoches was very easy. House was well stocked and comfortable. Host quickly fixed water leak when notified.

The home was absolutely amazing. It was very clean, and supplied with ALL necessities. After speaking with the owner I thought I'd have to cancel for personal reasons but luckily things worked out. The owner was willing to work with me. This was my 3rd time booking this home and it hasn't let me down yet.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME

This place definitely deserves a five-star rating across the board. The location is absolutely perfect, and the deck adds a nice touch to the overall experience. Our kids were mesmerized by the boats passing by, and we had an incredible time as a family. Despite the rain during our trip, we still managed to relax and enjoy quality time together. The space was more than enough for everyone, and our host was exceptional. We are definitely planning on staying here again next time we're in town, assuming it's available. Trust me, you won't regret booking this place.

Perfect home

We stayed here for a short trip to visit the area during the Christmas holidays. Everything was just perfect for our family's needs. Bedrooms upstairs for the kids with a tv, fishing pier for my 3 boys to fish, & private master bed & bath for my husband and I. Doordash was available for us for a couple meals as well. Close to everything and loved having a waterfront view from the outside deck. Beautiful interior design! We also loved playing with the checkers game in the living room. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

Great spot!

Great location. Loved the cool stairs. Make sure the beds work out for your group - one bed is very small. The deck was so nice. The front door was hard to figure out and we could have used more instructions. Good communication. I was awakened by a large bug crawling across me, unfortunately - but on the bayou in Louisiana, it's hard to avoid.

Great experience and value!!

We had a wonderful stay and accommodations are great! The owner went out of his way to work with us regarding a delay in our trip. That was an unexpected kindness on their part. We especially appreciated the very comfortable bed in the master bedroom. The only suggestions I have that would have made our stay better are to provide internet and bath soap (the only soap in the two bathrooms was the pump hand soap dispenser at the sink). However, I felt the pricing of the home was a great value. Will definitely stay again and would love to come in the summer to enjoy the river. I'll just bring my own soap. ;)

Bed accommodations unsatisfactory.

When we searched for this property I made it clear there would be three elderly couples. Yes, it does have three bedrooms and beds for six people. HOWEVER, you would have to sleep 2 in the master bedroom, 3 in bedroom number #2 (One on the double bed, one on a single day bed, and one on the trundle underneath the day bed), and 1 in bedroom #3. Also, bedroom #3 is as small as a closet and had a single bed and a chair. The closet was locked. No place to open a suitcase or to hang clothes. Bottom line is these accommodations did not meet the needs of three COUPLES. I would only recommend this house to maybe one couple with a few small kids. The back deck looking over the river was awesome! The rest was just less than average for all other VRBO properties we have rented over the years. Steve T
