Hemmet Àr ett traditionellt Santa Fe stil hem med fantastisk utsikt, tre vackra vardagsrum. Dessutom har vi en vacker innergÄrd perfekt för morgonkaffe som tittar pÄ soluppgÄngen och en uteplats perfekt för att titta pÄ solnedgÄngen.

Kokopelli House Àgdes senast av en Emmy prisvinnande lÄtskrivare. Det sitter pÄ 2. 3 hektar med utsikt över staden Santa Fe. Vi Àr en mil frÄn den ökÀnda Santa Fe-torget. Det Àr ett 5 sovrum, 4. 5 badrum hem, med tre stora vardagsrum. Det nyrenoverade spelrummet innehÄller en 15 fot projektion TV som Àr utmÀrkt för att titta pÄ sportfilmer och speciella evenemang. Vi har ett biljardbord, 12 "shuffleboardbord, sÄvÀl som ett digitalt barnflygel och tvÄ vÀldigt trevliga akustiska gitarrer och cajon för slagverk

Kokopelli har en förbÀttrad stereo i vardagsrummet, alexas i köket och formellt vardagsrum. Det har helt nya centrala vÀrme / luftkonditionering hela. Det finns tre utomhus sittplatser, ett stort kök och gott om plats för en familj eller en grupp.

The house is spectacular! Several outdoor seating areas that feature amazing views and sunsets! The house is spacious and beautifully decorated. Bedrooms and baths were clean and had needed towels and accessories. Kitchen was wonderful! Nicely stocked with anything needed for cooking and baking and great appliances. The location was great- easy to get around, close to town and lots of things we wanted to do. The owners were very responsive and offered lots of ideas for things to do, places to eat etc. Highly recommend this house!!

A music student reunion spanning 35 years

This spacious home was an excellent location to the Opera and Downtown area. The outdoor area with fire pit and seating was the perfect space for relaxation. Chef Kirstin Griffin provided an outstanding 5 course dinner in the home. The owners were quick to answer questions both before and during our stay. David, the manager, was also very helpful with a Wifi issue.This five bedroom home with a piano was the ideal place for our special memorable experience.

Fantastic House and Visit

The house was excellent, just as beautiful as the pictures. We enjoyed all the lovely outdoor spaces, that amazing view from the picture window and loads of fun in the game room. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us. The location is excellent, we enjoyed downtown Santa Fe, the nearby Dale Ball trails and many drives north to explore Jemez range, Ghost Ranch, Taos and other destinations. New Mexico is amazing.

Great property. Loved the game room and the music room- perfect for an all adult 8 family vacation. Kitchen well stocked with utensils since we cooked every night. Loved the fire pit and the dining tables inside and out that seated 8.

Perfect 60th birthday long weekend

The property is magnificent and extremely comfortable. From the many gathering areas (most with fireplaces/pits) to the well stock kitchen. We enjoyed the spectacular sunsets and the close proximity to the DT square. The owners are very knowledgeable about the town etc and recommended a local Chef for cooking 2 nights during our stay. I would say some of the best NM cuisine we have ever tasted! If your looking for a special property this is your place!

Great for our family

We celebrated my mother-in-laws birthday at Kokopelli and she loved it. It's a beautiful property with lots of wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces to hang out, visit, eat, etc. There was lots of sleeping space for family, but keep in mind that the Kiva bedroom is a pass through room to the game room, so that might be a consideration for who sleeps there. The huge game room with attached patio was a great place for meals, games and watching the game on the huge screen. The location was ideal for us as it's close to town, but also very private with beautiful views.

Santa Fe May Trip

Four couples stayed at this property for a week in May. We all enjoyed the home. The views were exceptional as was the location. There is plenty of room to spread out through out the home My only recommendations would be a few more towels in each bathroom and a small trash can in the bathroom/laundry room. I would not hesitate to recommend this home. I will stay here again when I return to Santa Fe.

Santa Fe Girls Trip

The house was fabulous. Especially enjoyed the game room and outdoor living room. Everything was comfortable and clean. We thought we would be able to walk to town as it's only about a mile away but the street was like a highway and we didnt feel safe to walk along so we Ubered everywhere.We had a minor issue and both the property manager and owner showed up at the house within 10 minutes to resolve.

The Best Rental for all times

This property is beautiful and maintained perfectly. It is the cleanest property I have ever stayed at inside and out. We really enjoyed the comfortable beds, the living spaces and the outdoor areas. One side is perfect for sunset viewing with outdoor gas fire pit and the other for eating and relaxing. If you play a musical instrument, you’ll particularly enjoy the piano, guitars, and box drum. We had a two year-old with us and we watch him carefully anyway, there are some hard steps inside the house that you wouldn’t want a toddler to fall on. The outdoor porch in the back is a recent addition and game room is a teenager dream come true which includes a giant screen projection TV, ping-pong table, pool table, darts, and indoor shuffleboard. It has full wall windows with sliding glass doors complete with screens and a fully stock kitchen. I can’t say enough that is positive about this rental, so if you can afford this go for it. It was a pleasure to come home from the city after the heat, pollen and congestion to this close oasis.

Amazing home. Location, Lot. Views. Game room. Magical place that helped us to make memories with family. Special thanks for accommodating our checkout times to the hotels following the stay as most of the family departed but we (and a cousin) stayed in Santa Fe for another week.

Can’t say enough great things about the hosts and their house. Excellent communication from booking to check in with several restaurant and things to do recommendations. The spacious layout and great entertaining areas were perfect for our group. And Iast but not least the views from the sitting rooms and patios are second to none. Lots of great memories made around the fire pit on the back patio.

We stayed in home for a family gathering - 7 women and it far exceeded our expectations. The home is absolutely stunning with beautiful southwestern art, exquisite views of Santa Fe and surrounding mountains, and multiple large gathering spaces. The game room and outdoor patios afforded time to play and relax. The hosts were amazingly responsive and accommodating. If we are lucky enough to stay here again we will make it our go-to VRBO in Santa Fe!

Camelia and I bought Kokopelli Santa Fe in 2017. We are from the Dallas Ft. Worth area. I'm in the technology business and Cam works in the dental field. We both wanted a vacation home we could enjoy away from all the normal pressures of life. Kokopelli is an amazing place to do just that. We've spent a lot of time building the game room with wonderful amenities, new HVAC was installed in 2018. The master bathroom and master bedroom are brand new.

This property was previously owned by an Emmy Award winning musician that spent his time here in Santa Fe while he wrote and composed. The property sits above Santa Fe and has amazing views from all sides. Kokopelli Santa Fe is conveniently located to everything. We've invested in the home to create a comfortable and beautiful place to visit.

Kokopelli Santa Fe is a one story ranch style home on 2.25 acres. The home has three living areas (two with fireplaces), and amazon echos with unlimited prime music. The home also comes with a karaoke machine, outdoor table & firepit. The home is well appointed, fully stocked with many unique features.
