Denna söta casita ligger inbäddat på Big Tesuque Creek bland mogna bomullsträd. Fly till detta lugna hem efter en dag i Santa Fe, bara 6 miles bort eller vandra direkt från dörren, upp Windsor Trail och in i Santa Fe National Forest. Det heter Casita Margarita efter min moster Margaret som påverkade min kärlek till textilier som de som dekorerar casita! (Du kan också njuta av en färskpressad margarita här också!)

Du hittar allt du behöver i detta mysiga och privata hem. Smakfullt och enkelt dekorerat med folkkonst från hela världen, casita kommer att bli din fredliga reträtt. Sovrummet i studiostil är möblerat med en queen size-säng med en ny madrass och ekologiska sängkläder. Den öppna vardagsrum / matsal / kök har en bekväm drottningssoffa med dubbelsäng framför kiva spis. Vi erbjuder naturliga sängkläder av hög kvalitet och använder naturliga rengöringsprodukter för att säkerställa att din vistelse är frisk och fräsch. Det charmiga badrummet ligger precis utanför sovrummet. Köket är fullt utrustat för din användning inklusive viktiga kryddor, matlagning och bakning föremål och kaffe och te. Det finns en privat sittgrupp med bord och stolar i ingången för dig att njuta av.

Tesuque är en unik by belägen strax norr om Santa Fe på Bishops Lodge Road. Med traditionell kultur längs Acequia och creek, två restauranger och flera gallerier i närheten har du gott om sevärdheter att utforska. Santa Fe Opera ligger strax väster om Tesuque - 5 minuters bilresa från casita. Mellan Santa Fe-plazaen och casitaen är vägen till den världsberömda tio tusen vågorna japanska spa, till den fantastiska Santa Fe National Forest och Santa Fe Ski Basin. Du kan också komma åt National Forest genom att vandra direkt från casita och upp längs Tesuque Creek .... du kan gå några miles eller in i Pecos Wilderness i flera dagar.

Another wonderful stay

This will be the second time staying in this lovely casita. Perfect location for hiking and access to the ski mountain. Quiet area near town. Our dogs love it too! Super easy check in too. I’m sure I’ll have even more to rave about next time we stay here!

Super tranquil casita right off of the Winsor trail head

we had a wonderful stay here! The casita was quiet, clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. It was in the perfect location to skip into town or jump on the winsor for a hike. Just down the road from our favorite outpost market/eatery, Tesuque Market. Loved it!

Peaceful retreat

My husband and I stayed here for 9 nights and I must say it was an absolute joy! Gorgeously decorated casita with a beautiful, private outdoor space. Communication with Melissa was a breeze. We really enjoyed the access to hiking almost right outside the door. And we REALLY appreciate that dogs AND cats are welcome. We would stay here again without hesitation. It’s a super peaceful neighborhood ☺️

Great Little Casita!

Casa Margarita was perfect for a couple! We spent time relaxing outdoors and indoors. The house was clean and supplied with everything we needed. It was a short drive to the plaza area so it made for a great location.

Great get away with excellent hiking nearby. A microwave would have been helpful for those staying more than a couple of days. Overall, top notch!

Perfect size for a couple

This one bedroom casita has a fenced in yard for privacy. This is the perfect size for a couple. My wife and I enjoyed the proximity to downtown Santa Fe (just a few minutes drive) and the nearby hiking trail in a National Forest :)

Cozy Cottage

A sweet little adobe - when we arrived it was snowing so it did take us awhile to get the place warmed up. Very cozy with everything we needed to feel at home. The negative was the fact that it wasnt as secluded as we had expected. Busy neighborhood.

The Sweetest Casita

We had the most wonderful time! The Casita Margarita is clean, charming and quiet. Comfy bed, comfy couch/bed. Plenty of room to hang out with our doggers. All the necessary amenities. Excellent heaters. Coffee maker and nicely equipped kitchen. Lovely yard with a coyote fence that kept our dogs safe from wandering so we could have coffee on the patio and let them sniff about. What an amazing night sky! Wonderful trees and hills very close. We aren't hikers but there are trails close by. Easily access Santa Fe downtown, too. Melissa was so helpful and easy to communicate with. Check-in was a breeze as was check-out. Five stars all around for this lovely, lovely place. We will be back for sure! The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. Very safe.

Charming Casita well located in Sante Fe

We could not have been more pleased with this property. It was well located to the Santa Fe Opera as well as the historic downtown. Actually it was well located to everything Santa Fe and the major highways leading north to Los Alamos and the Bandelier National Historical site. The casita itself is charming, has a well stocked kitchen, and is CLEAN. Our host was most informative as to what was happening in Santa Fe, directed us to two groceries, and made herself available throughout our stay. We had a wonderful time. We are recommending this casita to others.

Favorite new spot in Tesuque!

This little adobe is a gem! It is perfect for a quiet couples get away. So close to everything while being tucked away in a cozy neighborhood. Love everything about the layout, comfortable bed gracious host and property manager. We will absolutely stay here again!

We had an excellent stay at the casita. A few ants in the bathroom? but easily dealt with. I especially appreciated how easy it was to get in touch with Melissa. We never figured out how to get the one AC to work, but that was probably our ignorance and we were fine without it anyway. We'd stay there again should we have the chance.

Through Attention to Details: Enchantment

This casita was a delightful surprise: so much more than I expected. The attention to so many small details added up to a truly wonderful experience. Melissa was incredibly helpful in answering questions before the trip and assuring all was well upon my arrival. And Cindy is incredibly thoughtful and generous in the many ways she weaves a tapestry of hospitality into her home. Tusuque Canyon is very unique and special for the Santa Fe area: tucked away in a classy neighborhood, next to a stream, a wonderful hiking trail within walking distance, dark night skies, and quietude. La Margarita proved one of the very best lodging experiences I’ve enjoyed!
