En vacker 3 sovrum, två badrum, nyrenoverat hem med en rymlig bakgård. Vi är bara 15 till 20 minuter från centrala New Orleans och fem minuter från flygplatsen. Huset ligger i Kenner Louisiana omgivet av stora livsmedelsbutiker och trendiga restauranger. Vi är bara två kvarter utanför huvudväg som tar dig till interstate och det vackra lakefrontområdet för familjen picnics och mer. Vi är också bara två miles från Treasure Chest Casino. Huset ligger i ett lugnt område, idealiskt för familjesemester. Huset är en rökfri och djurfri zon. (Inga husdjur av något slag tillåts). Det stora sovrummet har ett fullt på eget badrum och queen size-säng. Det andra sovrummet har en full size-säng, och det tredje sovrummet har 2 enkelsängar. Det finns också en queen size-luftmadrass om det behövs.

Overall, very comfortable home. I would suggest to bring your personal bedding. If you like cooking bring your preferred knives. The area was very quiet. Neighbors were friendly. I loved the gated backyard for children’s safety! I would rent again!

Perfect place

The host thought of everything! The house was filled with extras that made our stay very cozy and enjoyable. I felt very safe in the neighborhood, and the host responded quickly to all of my questions and requests.

1st time vacation to New Orleans

This property worked well for us. We had our 17 yr. old granddaughter and her friend with us and we liked being able to come home after a day spent doing all the tourist things and relaxing on the patio or just watching television or playing a game.

Very nice place!

Great place super clean, host communicated with me promptly. Only draw back, neighborhood is not the best, but we had no issues and it was very quiet! Would definitely stay again!

Cute Home, great Location

We loved staying here! Great communication with the host. They were super accommodating and the neighbors were so nice! House was easy to access and location was easy to get to! Would stay again! I missed that there was not a washer and dryer though!

Family Stay

We rented this house for a short family vacation. It was perfect for a family of 1 senior, 2 adults and 2 kids (10 & 8). We ate out for lunch & dinner so didn’t use the kitchen much. It was important to have the 2 bathrooms since we had 5 people. Would definitely use again.

Family reunion

Overall, okay. The property could use a deep cleaning and small repairs needed through out the house. I would recommend any visitor bring their own pillows.

In a nutshell! I loved the home and was truly satisfied with everything.the owner was excellent with hospitality and very patient .I love the location and the price was very reasonable. I'm planing on renting only this location when visiting Louisiana.

Very comfortable accomodations for my team working in the Metarie Area. Would certainly come back. Host was super responsive. We locked ourselves out of the home 1 day. The host made it very easy to get back in. Thank you!

Even better than the pics!

Spacious, welcoming home! Communication with owner was fast. House was perfect for day trips to New Orleans (only 20 min drive), and then a quiet evening with no parking stress. Close to grocery, restaurants, etc. Plenty of towels, and the owner provides Netflix! Be sure to bring detergent for the laundromat, disposable plates & bowls (there is only one set of service for 4), and a noise app for the roosters across the street. :-)

Excellent Location by the Airport!

Very affordable, nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Excellent communication and hospitality by the owner. Easy access to the airport, minutes away from Metairie and 15-20 minutes to the French Quarter or Uptown. We ate almost all meals out which is one of the reasons why we visit New Orleans!! But if you plan on cooking and eating in, the kitchen only has the bare minimum. We will definitely stay here again on a future visit!

Spacious Accommodations

The process for reservations and check in was easy. There was plenty of room for our group. Two nice sitting areas outside, two roomy areas for sitting or playing games inside. A bedroom for each of the couples. Plenty of bath towels. On the surface the home looked clean, however walking around in socks or bare feet resulted in black feet and socks. The master bath needed some deap cleaning in the surround of the shower, corners and caulk near the floor. They were black with dirt/mold. A grill was advertised but it was rusty, with pieces of the heat elements laying inside and had very little propane so we were unable to use. They could use more cooking utensils: larger skillet, mixing bowels, cookie sheets, sharp knives and dish clothes and dish towels. Not having items made our cooking a challenge. Something out of control of Host, a rooster nearby liked to crow at all hours. Getting to the Quarter had its moments dealing with traffic. Nothing mentioned would keep us from staying here again however we would throw in a few more staples for cooking etc.
