Barefoot Breeze Bungalow är helt ny på marknaden för semesteruthyrning från och med 4/25/18. Denna stuga är en strandstuga med fyra sovrum, tre badrum som sover åtta i sängar och har en utdragbar soffa som sover två. Stugan ligger på gångavstånd till restauranger, butiker, putt putt, historiska centrala Saint Simons och en av de bästa stränderna på ön. När du kör upp ser du verandan med rockers, bra för det tidiga morgonkaffet eller tyst kvällar lyssnar på vågor. Det finns en grindig ingång på sidan av verandan som leder till trädgårdsområdet där du hittar ett majshålspel, bakdäck, sittgrupp, utomhusdusch, eldstad, svängbyggt för två, ett trädhus komplett med rep och stege och en kokplats med gas / kolgrill. Det här området kommer säkert att vara en favorit för att underhålla familj och vänner. Inuti ytterdörren hittar du ett av två vardagsrum. Detta är bra för de kvällar du vill att barnen ska ha sitt eget utrymme. Deras är två soffor, en som fälls ut i en bäddsoffa. Det finns också en stor platt-tv monterad på eldstaden. När du går runt spisen kommer du in i matplatsen. Det finns ett bord med två stolar och två bänkar, plats för 6. I korridoren finns det tre sovrum och två badrum. Köket har en liten bar för två, ett andra familjerum, en bäddsoffa och en annan stor platt-tv. Tvättstugan ligger utanför köket. Barefoot Breeze Bungalow är säkert ett favoritbostad för din familj under många år framöver.

Lovely Cottage

We loved our stay at this great cottage. This is a true beach cottage in a wonderful neighborhood! Easy to walk or drive to the Village/Pier area and several great restaurants. Having the 4BR and 3 baths were a big plus. Lovely back yard with fire pit, outdoor dining and swings. Cute covered front porch with rocking chairs. Property Managers were great to work with. Highly recommend!

Very roomy house

Everything was great but 2 things-the floors were not very clean. They really needing mopped several times. Further the fridge went out during our stay. We lost a lot of food and did not receive a refund. Also, we were provided two coolers and 2 five lb bags of ice-not nearly enough for our needs. We enjoyed all the bedrooms, the bathrooms and the outdoor shower!

Seabreeze was perfect for my stay with a group of friends. Location was incredible and we made friends with the neighbors! Walking distance to popular restaurants and brewery.

Perfect family home!

This property met our needs perfectly! We had 6 adults and an infant and there was plenty of room to spread out! The outdoor courtyard area was a nice perk, as well. Our baby loves to swing and the shady corner made it pleasant even in the middle of a very hot day. The kitchen was well-stocked with any cooking or serving item we needed, and there were plenty of bed and bath linens. The walk to the beach was short and easy. We would definitely stay here again and recommend that you do, as well!

Amazing Location/Outdated House

Let me start by saying the location of the house is absolutely amazing. We were able to walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes and avoided 4th of July traffic by walking to the pier for fireworks. The house itself is large and has 2 living rooms. Which was great. We let the kids hangout in one room and the adults in another. With that said the house is very outdated. The showers were almost unusable because of how small they are. It was very hard to effectively shower when you bang into the walls, there is one shower on property that is a tub/shower combo. The mattresses on the beds were extremely firm and uncomfortable. None of the doors in the house have locks on them. They do have an old school key lock (however anyone can see in the room with the door closed because the key hole is large). I attempted to ask the owner/manager about 4th of July firework locations via chat (how they originally communicated with me regarding check in procedures), however I never got a response from them. The back half of the house is an addition and was extremely humid and moldy smell. One child stated they could hear dogs barking all night from the tenet that lives upstairs, however I was unable to confirm. All in all this house is about location. It’s sits in a perfect spot. If I’m renting solely on location I’d rent again. However for the total experience, I would most likely not rent here again.

Nice place

The location is as listed - just a couple blocks from the beach and not too far from restaurants/shopping/pier. House is spacious, and has amenities that we do not always find in VRBO listings. Towels, including beach towels, fully furnished kitchen (we cooked most of our meals there), toilet paper, hand soap. We most definitely recommend this property.

Graduation weekend trip

We had a long weekend planned with extended family on the island. The home was perfect for us, more spacious than expected and the location to the beach and walking distance to local restaurants was perfect! We had no trouble getting checked in and the check out process was simple. The outdoor space was beautiful with a wrap around porch and hammocks, even a treehouse for the kids to enjoy! We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice quiet weekend on the island!

Beautiful and spacious

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is very well maintained, very spacious, with plenty of amenities and a lovely tree house in the back yard. The outside shower was key for after the beach. Location was also great too with the main strip in 5 minutes of walking distance.

Meetup of best friends

This cottage was perfect for our trip to meet up with our best friends! Just as described, very clean, and walk to beach or downtown. My best friend and our 4 kids really enjoyed our stay, we had plenty of room and could not have been happier. We used the kitchen and grill, the outdoor shower was nice for cleaning off after the beach, and the dining room held all 6 of us easily. Thanks for letting us enjoy this cute little cottage!

Big House - Great Location

First all the great things: The house was huge! Much bigger than it looks in the pictures. The front and back porch areas were nice for sitting. The beach was so close! A much shorter trip than many of the "oceanfront" places in Hilton Head and Myrtle Beach. Restaurants are walking distance away! This was great so that we didn't have to drive plus the added benefit of walking after a meal. Things which can be improved: The house smells very musty - it should be aired out at every possible occasion and the source of the smell should be removed if possible. This musty smell stayed on our clothes which we had to wash again when we got home. We left a scented candle for future guests - enjoy! The double and queen beds are horribly uncomfortable so if you have back problems you may want to bring along a bed topper. The house had not been cleaned immediately before our arrival as evidenced by the proliferation of deceased palmetto bugs and the musty smell. Also, a sandwich bag of what appeared to possibly be chicken had fallen behind one of the drawers and proceeded to decay. We removed it and got some baking soda from the property managers. The smell had subsided considerably by the end of our stay. Otherwise an enjoyable stay. The beach was perfection.

Great Location and Amazing outdoor space! Bigger on the Inside!

This place is MUCH larger than it looks in the photos! 4 bedrooms (1 with 3 beds!). This place was way beyond our expectations. Super close to the beach (2 minute bike ride) and a 5 minute Bike ride to the St Simon's Pier, literally around the block from 3-4 great restaurants! We will be coming back next year, and unless we drag 10 more people, we will likely come back to this one! Owners were super attentive to any needs we had (propane went out for the fire, they brought over tanks the next morning!) Had our morning coffee and evening drinks on the porch in the rockers, even on the nights we had a little rain. Highly recommend this location, except for the week before Easter of 2024 ;) (as we will be there! :) )

Perfect House Close to Everything!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this cute beach cottage. It is so close to a beach access and to the pier. The house has so much room! The pictures don't do it justice. We loved the backyard and the firepit. The beds are very comfortable and we all loved using the jacuzzi tub at the end of the day. The house has everything you need and lots of games to play with the family. We hope to come back in the summer to enjoy the beach!

Hiccups but property manager made everything it right!

What I loved the most about staying at this property? I loved the sweet charm of the bungalow. We had a small issue because of extremely cold weather, but Benji made everything right! We will definitely stay with Georgia Beach Rental properties again!

We enjoyed our time on the Island and the neighborhood was peaceful

The property was comfortable. The sofas in the home are wore and the lights in the dining area does not work properly. The lights had to be wiggled back and fourth to come on. We did not think the lights were safe to use. For that reason we chose not to turn the lights back on once were to how to get the lights to come on. We believe lights should come on and turn off when you turn the switch on or off.

Plumbing is poor

This was a wonderful location, but the plumbing would not drain resulting in back up through one of the shower drains. This put a damper on the overall experience .

Nice quiet setting

The house had plenty of room and was clean and well furnished. The backyard has many different options for sitting outside and enjoying the weather. The area the house is located in was quiet and safe. It was easy to communicate with the property managers whenever needed.
