Det rymliga sovrummet har en king size-säng och eget badrum inklusive klädkammare, dubbla handfat med granit bänkskivor och kaklat duschkabin. De 2 gästrummen är möblerade med queen size-sängar och delar ett komplett badrum med kaklat badkar / dusch. Köket är utrustat med rostfria vitvaror och fullt möblerade med allt du behöver under din vistelse. Det finns också en full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare ligger i tvättstugan i lägenheten. Coyote Landing ligger bekvämt 15 minuter från Mesa Gateway Airport och ligger inom en 5-mils radie med shopping, restauranger, utomhusmarknader, livsmedelsbutiker och hälsovård. Enkel åtkomst till motorvägar gör resor till Glendale, Phoenix, Scottsdale och Tempe en bris. Saltvatten forsränning, cykling och vandring och naturligtvis golf är alla bara några minuter från vår dörr. Gör så mycket eller så lite som du vill !!

Awesome place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very clean, great access to the pool, and close to parking. We will definitely book here again on our next trip! Troy and Gail were very accommodating and very easy to talk to regarding questions we had anytime during our stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in this area!

Desert getaway

Beautiful condo and everything as described. Interactions with owners was easy and prompt. Location was given of 4 due to construction within the complex not this particular rental. Would return again with no hesitation.

Great Condo!

Troy and Gayle are excellent host. Wonderful communication. Great location. Close to everything shopping, restaurants etc. Only 11 miles from Historic Gilbert which has fabulous restaurants. The property was as described and very clean. It is well appointed and has everything you will need for your stay. The pools were great and the residence owners and visitors at Coyote Landing were very friendly. Our only concern was a multigenerational family who lives upstairs. They are all extremely heavy walkers. All was quite usually by 10 except for a few nights. We would still stay here again if it’s available. Can’t beat Troy and Gayle’s hospitality.

Entrance overview

The minute you open the door you know this is where you want to be. The condo is clean,tastefully decorated,spacious with comfy furniture and just plain “inviting”. You feel right at home.

Great News lace to Stay

My family I loved your condo. It had everything & more!!! I couldn’t believe all the pots & pans, utinsels, seasonings, food, appliances & perishables! Of course, we hardly touched yours & also left some for the next. We had 3 little ones, 3,4 & 6 months. They loved the pool coming from Mn. The neighborhood was great. We did use Urgent Care a block away for the little one just to make sure it was just a cold. We traveled up to Prescott to see friends & also visited an elder neighbor who moved to Mesa & it was 10 minutes from the condo. We met so many nice people staying at Coyote Landing while we were there. I think the 2 of you go out of your way to make people feel welcome. Thank you so much for giving us a week of relaxation. Would we come back? In a flash

Perfect for family time

My family stayed here with older parents, young nieces, and teens. We had an absolute blast. Bedrooms and kitchen were exactly what we needed. Outdoor balcony and pools and hot tubs made the trip perfect. Highly recommend to everyone and we WILL stay here again.

Wonderful stay

The property was wonderful and the Owners were so amazing, Always available to answer questions. The only issue was the neighbors were pretty loud with a dog running the stairs late at night. But otherwise a great stay!!

Perfect Property

Fantastic family vacation property

We absolutely loved our stay! Any communication was responded to very promptly. Such a clean and well kept condo. The pool was beautiful and well maintained. We loved being so close to many restaurants and stores. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect 3 bedroom getaway.

It was just right! We were a bunch of 45 year old girlfriends who just needed a place to sit and laugh and stay cool! We had a blast!

Conveniently Located and Loaded with Amenities!

My mother and I needed to make a week long trip into Mesa for a family funeral. The condo was perfect for our stay! It offered a clean place to relax, unwind, cook a nice meal and hop in the pool after a long day with extended family. It felt like home away from home and we plan to stay there again when we return to Mesa!

Perfect for our Mesa stay

We came in for a quick, intimate wedding ceremony and were only in town a few days, but this property was perfect for what we needed. It was really clean and updated with nice furnishings and decor throughout. Everything we needed for cookware and utensils was available for cooking. There were also pool toys and towels for the pool as well as lots of other conveniences. The washer and dryer were great. We would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Great Stay!

My wife and I were in town for a 4 night stay. This place was as advertised. It was clean, in a great location, and we really enjoyed our stay. The pool is right outside the unit and was very nice. We will stay here again next time we are headed to Mesa.

Move right in

If I ever moved to Arizona, I would love to move right into the Roth's condo furnished and all. Great location in the complex near the pool and everything you need (e.g. floaties for the pool, kitchen supplies, etc.). Also, their recommendations were great for activities and restaurants.

We highly recommend this beautiful Parkwood Ranch condo!

We absolutely loved the location of this condo, the cleanliness and comforts this condo provided, and the amenities available here!!! Troy & Gayle are extremely hospitable and easy to work with!! Our check in and check out processes went great!! This property truly was our "Home Away From Home" while vacationing in Mesa, Arizona and we won't hesitate to stay at Parkwood Ranch again!

Great Place & Wonderful Hosts!

We would highly recommend this place! Troy and Gayle were great to work with. When asked about nearby activities, they provided many great suggestions. The condo was beautiful and located right by the pool. This was a great place for our vacation away from cold North Dakota. We hope to return!
