Great property

We had a great time here. Check in was easy, communication with the host was great and the property overall was perfect. Easy access to a pretty much private beach and a community pool which was right in front of our villa. Couldn’t have asked for more

Perfect Location and set up for our family

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property! The home was the perfect size for our family of 5 and the three bathrooms was great. The location couldn't have been better—just 50yards to the beach, and we could hear the soothing sound of the ocean as we fell asleep each night. It was truly a relaxing and unforgettable experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful coastal getaway!

Beachside retreat

The house is terrific and the views are really incredible. There is AC in every room. The pool is clean and maintained. There is 24/7 security at the front gate. We saw security walking the property during the day to keep an eye on things. The beach is easy to get to. Local residents are sometimes on the beach, which is to be expected, but they were there to fish, collect clams (we think), or collect items washed ashore.

The villa itself is very spacious with great pool, and beach views! However the entire gated facility looks like it’s still under construction the entrance seems pretty sketchy and not welcoming, for a second I question my choice. The securities aren’t friendly either. My daughter complained every day about the showers not having warm water ! The major downfall for us was the pool and hot tub closing at 9 pm ! When on vacation with teens you don’t expect for them to get out of the pool or hot tub early. Lastly I think the villa 52 is haunted my master bedroom lights and fan turned on and off in a matter of seconds all in it’s own on our second night their! Every one was in bed sleeping by then bland the light/ fan switch and control where off! I didn’t feel comfortable after that.

IT'S NOT JUST ABOUT THE ACCOMMODATION!

Arrived at the security gate and greeted by security who allowed us to enter after reviewing paperwork. It was a chilly two days but still able to sit a bit on the patio. Condo is very light and bright. Going out to the patio we found the screen doors basically inoperable. Trying to put them on their track resulted them falling off all together. Could barely budge them. The TV service is NOT. We could only access Streaming Services. No Cable or TV channels. The thermostat would not heat properly. We left, came back and still could not feel much heat to take the night chill off. When I pay this amount of money I don't expect to have to throw my toilet paper in a trash can instead of the toilet. We were also told to put the cover back over the shower drain after finishing bathing. I don't know why, just imagining things crawling up through the drain. No hair dryer. Never saw beach towels. Had to bring the bedspread from the 2nd bedroom into the Master for extra warmth. There are no extra blankets. The walkway from the unit to the pool is a road covered with uneven rock footing. Bring your shoes. The beach view and waves is spectacular and here you can here them at night if you crack the bedroom door. These screens didn't work well either. The beach basically has no sand, it's just packed down. The 2nd bedroom, 3rd was locked off was nice and spacious but both only have a tiny window cut into one of their walls so they can call it a bedroom. It's an interior room; no view at all. This unit needs to add some things to bring it up to its potential. As of now it is definitely not worth the per night price.

Villa Felicidad is perfect! The view from the living room is spectacular. Our host was helpful and attentive, everything was clean and organized. We enjoyed our stay and we’ll be back again!

Amazing stay

Cortney made it such an easy process to check in and out. Very communicative and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay. It was much more spacious than we thought. This unit was in the last row so we had easy access to the pool. We were able to see the sunset with just the curtains open. Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Rosarito.

Great Weekend

The condo was as described, very clean and comfortable. Pool and private beach front access was fantastic! The location is very close to restaurants and shopping. I will definitely stay here again!

PERFECTION!!! Beautiful, extremely clean, RELAXING. HEAVEN

Courtney is an awesome host. She made sure we had everything we needed. She checked in with us before we arrived at the Villa. Any questions we had she responded immediately. The staff at Villa were also extremely nice and very helpful. They keep the whole property PERFECT. I can honestly say this was the most relaxing, beautiful and fun family vacation I’ve ever had. The villa is very nice. The property is HEAVEN! I was truly surprised how nice everything was from our host, to the staff and the location is amazing. The 24 hour security guards was amazing. We slept with the doors and windows opened. You are steps away from pool, jacuzzi or your own private beach. AMAZING! Perfect for families, girls getaway or couples. Playa Arcangel is Rosarito hidden gem! Gracias Dora, all the staff/security staff and a very special thank you to COURTNEY!!! This was a beautiful property. It was right by the water where you could hear the waves. Everyone had to have a bracelet on to be on the property so it was very secure. Security walked around often. The villa itself was clean and had everything we needed from kitchen amenities to extra blankets and towels. The communication with the property manager was also excellent. We will definitely stay here again!!
