Om du älskar livets liv i Paris, men vill ha en bys zen, är Les Lilas (The Lilacs) till för dig.
¤ Ljus och tyst, helt möblerad lägenhet (40 m²) i en typisk parisisk byggnad
¤ Gå till 7 bagerier, upptäck barer och restauranger, bio, teater, alla typer av butiker
¤ Tunnelbanan är bara en promenad genom parken (6 min), sedan rida 14 minuter till centrum. Stadscyklar (Velib) på alla sidor, spårvagn, buss och bildelning

På översta våningen (femte utan hiss) i en typisk parisisk byggnad är min lägenhet ljusa hela dagen och erbjuder utsikt i alla riktningar. Det är inredda i en enkel och mysig stil.

Du kommer att ha hela lägenheten för dig själv med:

¤ massor av coola böcker;)

¤ fullt kök med spis, grytor, kastruller och till och med en ugn

¤ tvättmaskin och torktumlare!

¤ ingen katt :(

Les Lilas är som en liten by, strax över gränsen från Paris Proper. Kom till centrum på nolltid, men du kan också hitta allt du behöver: livliga barer, olika restauranger (kinesiska, indiska, italienska, franska ...), biografer och teater, flera parker ...

Tunnelbanan är bara en promenad genom parken (6 min), sedan rida 14 minuter till centrum. Stadscyklar (Velib) på alla sidor, spårvagn, buss och bildelning.

Gatuparkering är gratis i närheten av byggnaden.

Great experience

The house was very clean, very warm and it was very close to the metro station. It takes about 20 mins for the city center. Elise (the host) takes care of everything during all the stay. She is always available and communicating with her was a pleasure! Very recomanded!

Great place!!

Great views of the neighborhood! The apartment was very clean and comfortable. A cozy hideaway with all the amenities of home. A classic older building with all the charm. It is very close to the metro. We had the unfortunate timing of the chaotic strikes/protests going on so the public transportation was somewhat unreliable. There are many other transportation options available. We were able to get into Paris and also enjoyed some of the local areas. We saw art galleries, public art, had great food, met local residents and saw beautiful architecture locally. We really enjoyed our stay!!!

Ideal für einen Parisentdeckerurlaub

Es punkten bei dieser Wohnung einfach das Preis- Leistungverhältnis und die ideale Lage, d. h. es sind weniger als 5 min Fußmarsch zur Metrohaltestelle. Als besonders positiv ist zu erwähnen, dass es sich um eine ruhige Wohnung handelt, die uns immer einen richtig guten Schlaf ermöglichte. Sicher sind 88 Stufen erst mal zu gehen, dafür wird man aber mit einem schönen Aus- und Überblick aus dem Fenster entschädigt.

Lots of character, may not be for everyone

Elise has a very unique place! If you want the whole Parisian experience, go for it. Be sure to read the description carefully for important info. What do I mean with "Parisian experience"? The building is old, and as many old buildings, it does not have an elevator. The apartment is on the 5th floor - if you have a lot of luggage, the multiple climbs can be pretty intense. As an old building, there are many details that some may consider annoying: the floors are a bit uneven and creaky, some of the paint has seen better days, the bathroom is tiny, the stove has only two burners, you have to walk sideways between the bed and desk to get to the far end of the bed, etc. One other important detail: the apartment is on the top floor, and it can get very hot during hot weather in Paris (the only fan in the apartment didn't work). Fortunately for us it cooled down at night and you can open opposite windows to create a draft. Elise has done a good job with decor, and personalizing her place - it feels very cozy and cute, very French too, with lots of very tasteful touches. The bed is comfortable, and the sofa bed in the living room is fine for children. The windows are new and open nicely. The oven is also new and worked great (and it was clean). Fridge is large for European standards. Internet worked well. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and it has a couple of supermarkets and a few very good bakeries at walking distance. The metro takes about 20 minutes to get to the downtown area. We enjoyed our time in the place!

Nice, but bathroom a little tiny

Property was nice. Shutters banged a little, but it was very windy while we were there. The bathroom is very small (both toilet and shower/sink area), but when in Paris ...

Lovely stay in Les Lilas

This is a great place to stay. It can comfortably sleep 4 people. It is a quiet neighborhood and easy to get to from the metro. If you don't mind a long metro ride to the city center, I highly recommend staying here. It was a nice get away from the busy center of Paris.

A pleasant and homey appartment overlooking Mairie les Lilas.

The appartment is nice and larger than expected. Its location allowed for easy access to the metro and local shops. The restarsunts and bakeries in the area are awesome and allow you to really enjoy and experience local culture. Everyone was welcoming and friendly as well as patient. A truly wonderful area!

Appartement cosy très calme

Avons passé un très bon séjour chez Elise. L’appartement est très calme et ensoleillé. Très belle vue sur les toits lilasiens. Cuisine bien équipée et bonne literie. Tout est à proximité: commerces, restaurants et métro.

Charming apartment and easy access to top Paris sights

Very much enjoyed the property. It had a nice view across the rooftops and it had everything that 2 adults and 2 children (9 and 12) needed to be comfortable. The pull out bed in the living room was comfortable for the kids. Finding street parking (free) was quite easy and we didn´t use the car for the 3 days we were there since the metro was so convenient. The metro station was an easy walk with several groceries and eateries nearby.
