Ren och bekväm är vad du får här .... Bara några ord som gör att denna lägenhet känns som hemma i denna hörn på 3: e våningen i Ilikai Marina. Detta är den perfekta platsen att titta på fredagskvällen, med en fri utsikt över Yacht Harbor, Hilton Lagoon och bortom det öppna havet. Reflektionen av fyrverkerierna och de underbara solnedgångarna på vattnet kommer att lämna dig andfådd! Och under dagen kan du titta på surfen, surfare, segelbåtar och ibland en val eller två.

Denna ett sovrum lägenhet erbjuder tyst ensamhet i en bekväm atmosfär. Det fulla köket har alla apparater och bänkutrymme som du behöver laga i, även på semester.

Sovrummet har en queen size-säng och en TV. Möblerna i vardagsrummet är mysiga med plattskärms-TV och en queen size-bäddsoffa. Det finns gratis telefon (lokalt och långt avstånd till USA och Kanada), internet, kabel och wifi. Efter en rolig dag i solen, slappna av i komfort, mjuk belysning och en dusch med ett badkar för blötläggning.

Platsen är nästan lika stor som utsikten. Den berömda Waikiki Beach ligger en kort promenad bort med alla sevärdheter, shopping och nattliv. Convention Center, Hilton Hawaiian Village och Magic Island ligger också i närheten. Njut av den röda hummeren, The Chart House och Outback Steak House, som alla ligger på bottenvåningen i Ilikai Marina.

Stressful

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I am honestly very disappointed with my stay here. We chose this rental because our kids are very picky eaters and having a kitchen would allow us to cook for them. On our first night we went to the market and spent a little over 500 dollars on groceries to last us the two weeks we would be there.Cons-There's a strong musty smell in the hall way that leads to our room. -Our room had a very strong smell of floor cleaner. -The pots and pans had deep scratches on the non-stick coating-One of the dinning chairs was a broken.-After the first night my 3yr old and I felt very itchy but we couldn't find the cause. Then my 3yr old started getting insect bites on his face.-On our 5th night I woke up to baby roaches on the cabinets, counters, and stove. I always make sure to clean up after myself so I knew it wasn't a cleaning issue and more of an infestation.I reached out to customer service and they told me they would send the maintenance guy to add traps and that they do monthly pest control on their property. I ask if they could please relocate us as the roaches kept coming out during the day and even crawled on me. They said they didn't have anywhere to relocate us. The maintenance guy told me the traps should stop them from crawling around. But the next day there were bigger roaches crawling on the floors and in the kitchen. I reached out to customer service and they told me to clean and not leave food out. They offered to refund me the remaining days. I tried looking for a hotel with a kitchen but due to it being last minute everything was so pricey, I eventually booked a room without a kitchen and we had to throw our food out. It was such a waste and so stressful moving. Once we settled in our new room the itching went away and my 3yr old stop getting bite marks. -The room is next to the trash room and the stench leaked into our room. Pros- Customer services was easy to reach via text and the maintenance g

Reviewer Comments: Ein schönes großes und sehr sauberes Appartement in bester Lage zur City.Der Ausblick auf den Hafen, gerade bei Sonnenuntergang ist wunderschön.Genügend Handtücher \ Strandtücher und Strandutensilien sind vorhanden.In nur wenigen Gehminuten ist man mittendrin im Stadtleben Honolulo‘s. In nur 5 Minuten ist man am Waikiki Beach und kann das Feuerwerk, welches immer Freitags dort am Hilton Resort stattfindet sich anschauen.Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants rund ums Appartement. Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Appartement an der Straße zu finden für 1$ pro Stunde, wer da nichts findet kann im Parkhaus direkt neben dem Haupteingang des Appartement Hauses parken ( Preise 33$ pro Tag).Die Betreuung durch Alii Beach Rentals war zu jeder Zeit super. Anliegen wurden sofort und immer im Sinne des Kunden bearbeitet. Man erhielt rechtzeitig alle nötigen Infos zum Aufenthalt! Die Abwicklung des Mietvertrages lief reibungslos und sehr schnell!Wir können Alii Beach rentals sehr empfehlen und würden wieder dort buchen.

The water and AC was turned off for 2 days, internet spotty, Technicians came twice to reset theTv’s. Lots of noise from the street, 730am building construction and trash can by front door. Furniture was nice but appliances and electronics old and very run down. harbor area very dirty and Lots of homeless people around. Would not stay this building or area again.

Waikiki Condo with a Marina View

Lots of boats, people and traffic to watch from the balcony.It's a short walk from beach and Shopping mall, so can avoid costly car rental.(No affiliation with Ilikai hotel though)

In Transit Housing

When we arrived, the kitchen sink was backed up and they weren't able to get it fixed until the next day. We basically went almost 20 hours without being able to use the kitchen sink. We could never figure out the bedroom TV, but the living room TV worked fine. Overall, it was a good experience with just the kitchen sink issue being the only real problem.

LOVED this place!

I gave five stars for “Accuracy of Listing” but honestly that isn’t true… The owners have made some beautiful upgrades that aren’t reflected in the pictures yet. The primary bed is an extremely comfortable king bed, and the sofa bed has been updated to a comfortable, modern piece. The kitchen table and chairs have also been updated to a cute modern white set. Air conditioning was great (very important for our Alaskan family), and we had no trouble parking in the deck attached to the condo. Pro Tip: Be sure to get the parking pass that allows you to come and go as often as you like. Friday fireworks were beautiful from the balcony. Check in and out were easy, and communication was great. We will definitely be looking to book here again when we return.

Great location, some issues

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good value with great location and adequate size for two people, but basic amenities were lacking (no salt/pepper, condiments, barely enough soap/shampoo for more than a day or two - grocery store is 5 minute walk, though). Super easy walk to lagoon and beach and good location in Waikiki for everything else. Biggest issues were a 10:30am checkout time that they will not extend, and maids even arrived early (10am) and let themselves in as we were completing a last activity off site. Additionally, internet went out for the last 24 hours so there was no internet or TV.

They responded when we had any issues, the parking was an issue cause online says one thing but we you try to purchase a daily pass you had to pay more. We parked on the harbor parking right down the street. It was a good location & overall basic if you won’t be staying that long in the room cause at the building there’s not much to do.

Great location - close to beaches and Friday fireworks

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very happy with our stay here. There was a slight problem with the Wifi when we checked in. Management resolved the issue as quickly as could be expected. The unit was nice, and had just replaced the carpets with new wood or composite flooring, which was very nice. Make sure you check all the closets, they do have some beach chairs and floats etc, which we didnt see the first time we went to the beach.

Great Location, good value

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is convenient to the Marina and Ala Moana, but it is due for a refresh. The bed in the bedroom is a Full, not a queen. The sofa-futon is queen size but it means you are sleeping in the LR, and unless you unmake it daily the only seating iis at the table. The unit lacks glasses - there weee three mismatched glasses there but there are a good number of mugs. Adequate towels but not enough places to hang them to dry (1 towel rack in entire unit). The bathroom could due with a good scouring- it is dingy at best. The rental company was fantastic - responsive and helpful. Furniture (coffee table) was not as pictured. We struggled to move the one that was there in order to sleep on the futon but it felt like it weighed over 100 lbs.
