Abbey Villa lägenhet med nytt kök och alla nya apparater. Denna lägenhet ligger i ett lugnt läge i komplexet med utsikt över öppet utrymme och poolen. Det är en kort promenad till stranden, sjön och vattensport uthyrning. Denna lägenhet har två sovrum / två badrum med en king size-säng och två tvillingar. Det finns också en soffa i full storlek. Det finns stor skärm HD-TV, wifi, diskmaskin, ugn, spis, mikrovågsugn med full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Fullt möblerade med full uppsättning köksredskap. Uteplats med grill, bord och stolar för uteservering. Denna enhet är privatägt och inte en del av The Abbey Resort. Gästerna har 6 Fontana-strandpass för gratis tillgång till stranden under din vistelse. Villorna har också egna privata utomhuspooler. Var vänlig ta med egna strandhanddukar eftersom de inte finns.

Perfect family stay!

We travelled to Fontana for a weekend for a family wedding, and this was the perfect home base for our group. The unit was clean and comfortable, and the key-code entry made it very easy. This is a good location for accessing various activities around Fontana, and there is also a large grocery store <5 minutes away.

Perfect 4 nights!!

Perfect Location

Beautiful condo in the perfect location for our needs. We did not plan on using the kitchen so I can’t speak to the pots and pans but there were wine glasses so we were all set! We have a wonderful time.

Loved everything about this place!

We stayed here for a family wedding at The Abbey Resort and it was perfect. We didn't need a car all weekend as there was so much to do within walking distance. The condo was clean and super comfortable and the use of the outdoor pool was a big bonus! Check-in and check-out instructions/communications was a breeze. We will definitely be returning!

Great stay

The property, while a bit dated, was perfectly located and the process was easy and well organized. The master bedroom bed was exceptionally comfortable. The property manager went above and beyond to insure we had a good weekend. I would rent this again.

Relaxing and Lovely Stay

We had a wonderful extended weekend stay. The unit was very clean and the whole complex was well maintained and quiet. The place was even better in person than the pictures. The property manager, Cherie, was very nice and super prompt in all responses/communications. She even let us check in a little early since we got into town ahead of schedule. Bonus was access to the complex pool which was never busy while we were there. We all said we would stay at this place again if we ever were in the area.

Perfect for a "girlfriend's weekend"

Perfect place for a girlfriend's get away weekend! Clean and comfortable. Beds we're super cozy and two full amazing bathrooms. Kitchen had all the amenities and open to living and dining area. This place has a huge walk out patio and you can enter through the kitchen or family room. Beautiful views of the pool and great landscaping all around. Super close to everything. The coffee mill is walking distance and our favorite for coffee. Additionally our host, Cheri was available immediately to answer our questions. We will definitely stay again.

Abbey Villas

When we booked this last summer we saw that there was a grill located on the balcony. This was important to our family because due to food allergies we are limited to dining in restaurants. Upon arrival we noticed there was a propane tank left behind along with a fire extinguisher on the deck. We were told that renters on the 2nd floor were not allowed to have a grill. Looking at all the properties in that circle of villas we noticed many of the units had a grill available. Very disappointed and would not recommend this rental. Also on the day of departure the cleaning person walked into the condo at 9am and the check out time was 10am. She did come back an hour later.

Great place in Fontana

We really enjoyed our stay in Fontana. The villa was the perfect size for our family of 4. It was spacious and had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool. The property manager is exceptional. She had great communication and really works hard to make sure your stay is great. The Abbey Villas are in a great location too. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, and the beach. The town of Walworth is a short drive and has a great grocery store.
