Välkommen till Steamboat Dreamboat! Vår 2 sovrum / 2 badrum lägenhet i Phoenix på Steamboat har allt du behöver och mer för din skidsemester!

Du kommer att älska vårt främsta läge, tvärs över gatan från basen av berget. Du kan gå till gondolen eller välja gratis skidbuss på vintern. (Gratis på-samtalsbuss till centrum är också tillgänglig under vintern).

Vårt rum har nyligen uppgraderats med ett nytt fullt utrustat kök, bekväma och moderna vardagsrumsmöbler och en helt ny 55 "TV med kabel, inklusive HBO och Netflix / Roku kapabel.

Du hittar bekväma sängar och plattskärms-TV i båda sovrummen. Mästaren har en KING säng med en Serta IComfort minne skum madrass och bifogat badrum. Det andra sovrummet har en drottning och helt ny dubbelsäng. För extra sovplats drar vardagsrumssoffan ut till en queen size-säng.

Det andra badrummet med badkar / dusch ligger i korridoren mellan sovrummen och vardagsrummet.

Några av de andra bekvämligheterna hittar du inte någon annanstans, särskilt till det här priset .... en privat en-bil garage, plus en extra täckt parkeringsplats utanför enheten.

Du har fri tillgång till det vackra Phoenix klubbhuset med uppvärmd pool, badtunnor, bastu, träningsrum och biljardbord. Repeat stay!

We enjoyed everything about this place for the second year in a row! The owners are so responsive and the unit is perfect. We enjoyed the hot tub and it’s nice we can let our kids go outside and play right off the patio. Close to many things and worked perfect for us!

Chill Time

Everything was wonderful! The proximity to the Resort was fantastic! I learned the "shortcut" to the slopes and took advantage on day 1. We utilized all the amenities the complex had to offer including the Hot tub/pool area and the weight room. TY for being so helpful and attentive hosts!Kevin

New years ski trip

Great time at steamboat! Loved the base so many great restaurants and things to do. This condo is a 5 minute walk to the base. Very convenient.

We have stayed here 2 years in a row. It is convenient, clean, and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Great for the family. Easy 2-minute walk until skis go on.

Perfect Mountain Condo

We loved our stay so much! The condo is even better than it looks in the photos. Efficient layout, updated and well-appointed kitchen/baths, and a great yard for the kids to explore. Great location as well.

Great Condo!

Our family of four really enjoyed staying at this condo. The condo is nicely decorated and includes many nice touches (e.g., laundry soap, coffee & filters, shampoo/conditioner, hand lotion, humidifiers, etc.). Also, the beds were very comfortable. Will definitely try and stay here again!

Great place to stay

We were impressed with how well supplied the kitchen was for cooking and how wonderful the unit was in general. The pictures don't do it justice! The bed was comfortable, water pressure was good, having a grill was great, and the patio opens onto a grassy area which was lovely!

Perfect place for skiing.

Our family of 4 loves to ski and we love steamboat. This condo was perfect for all of our needs. We walked to the mountain in the mornings to ski and walked home in the afternoon. We walked to dinner several times and took the free shuttle downtown once. Great place!

quiet, clean and great location

This was a perfect location for a family with a 2 year old. The unit was laid out well. The kitchen was well stocked. It was nice to have a grassy, contained area for the tike. The outside sitting area was private and comfortable. The base area, coffee shop and restaurants were in walking distance. The unit was as advertised. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family could not have asked for better accommodations at Steamboat! The condo was better than expected and the skiing was fantastic! I would highly recommend this property! Amy and Phil were super easy to work with and the condo is gorgeous! 5 stars!

Great owners

The location is very easy to walk about 100yds to the slopes. The kitchen is well-stocked. The owners are very kind and responsive to any concerns. Easy walk to Gondola base, Christy's is just down the street as is the Wild Plum grocery and liquor/wine store. Kitchen is the most updated area in the condo, and the bathrooms. We really enjoyed our stay.

Convenient and Comfortable

The condo is well-located within easy walking distance to the gondola. There is also a shuttle that runs regularly and picks up literally at the front door. The condo is comfortable, well-appointed and well-stocked. We appreciated that toiletries and other basics were provided so we didn't have to buy them for a short stay.

Great stay! Great location!

My brother who lives in Steamboat got married in July and we stayed here to enjoy the long wedding weekend. It’s a great location- close to the base of the mountain. Condo was the perfect size for our family of 5 and we had zero issues while we were there. Although Amy’s communication was so great, I knew that if we had any issues she would have responded quickly! We usually come in winter and stay with my parents in their condo, but if that doesn’t work out we definitely know where we are booking!!!

Fantastic location for a family ski trip!

We loved the location and the owners were very helpful and so very nice. We unfortunately couldn't stay in the unit our whole trip because of a water leak from upstairs. The owners went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. We would not hesitate to stay here again next year. Very comfortable beds, nice kitchen with everything you might need. Its a short walk to the base of the gondola. The shuttle service around town was a huge added bonus. Our kids loved the outdoor pool and the hot tubs were great.

Wonderful quick trip to Steamboat!

We had a great stay! I definitely would rent the condo again! Everything is exactly as described. Extremely close walking distance to the gondola and many restaurants. We were presently surprised that my husbands dualy truck fit under the covered parking with plenty of room to spare. The heated garage was so convenient to get dressed in before we headed out to ski. The property was very quiet and we got great sleep. The owners are incredibly responsive and would absolutely recommend them and this unit!

Nice cozy condo

We had young kids and we all were able to easily walk to the gondola every day we skiied. On our non skiing days we also enjoyed going to the old town hot springs, which also has a really nice free climbing wall included in the admission fee, going to the saddle back ranch tubing hill..super fun, and taking a snowmobile tour up at rabbit ears pass. We loved the beds and gas fireplace in the condo. We have been skiing all over colorado, but steamboat is one of the best when everything is taken into account. We had a great trip!

The Phoenix- great location for soccer tournament weekend!

Overall great place and owners. Loved having designated garage space (thankfully my 4Runner fit) because there was rarely any other parking available. Unfortunately the people above us had a lot of people and partied until 2am, 2 of the 3 nights we were there. Wish pool didn’t close at 8am. Had everything we needed. However, I would suggest an electric griddle for future guests- for those pancakes and french toast breakfasts. 😊

Varför värden valde detta boende

We are living our dream of owning a place in Steamboat Springs. We've looked at or stayed in many condos in Steamboat over the years and when we saw this place it was love at first sight! The bedrooms are large enough to fit a King bed in the Master, and a Queen and Twin over Twin bunkbed in the 2nd bedroom. We know this setup is hard to find in Steamboat, but we're happy to provide a variety of sleeping options for our guests. The private one-car garage is an added bonus and we have air-conditioning in all rooms and a private patio and shared yard. The pool, hot tubs and workout facility are wonderful and the close location to the Gondola makes this super convenient and provides easy access to shopping, restaurants and more. All of this is why we're calling this property our Steamboat Dreamboat! We absolutely love our condo and hope you will too!
