BelÀget pÄ den prestigefyllda Royal Muskoka Island (bilÄtkomst) .Parkering för 5 bilar, tvÄ motorvÀgar. Jag har tvÄ partier bredvid varandra, ett parti har en "Bunky" och shed, ger mycket privatliv. Southwest exponering, platt och jÀmn mark, 50 meter frÄn dÀck till vatten kant, vacker utsikt ca 3 miles. Sandy shoreline. Stor kulle över vÀgen skyddar mot norrvindar.
Ligger i nÀrheten av hotell, marinor, butiker och flodmynningar. Inga problem med bÄtstrafik. InteriöromrÄden av Island (bilÄtkomst) Àr fulla av bekvÀmligheter som basketbollhalvplan, baseballdimension, fotbollsplan, gazebo, grill, picknickbord och mer. En fem minuters promenad. NÀra slutet av dödsÀnden vÀgen, vÀldigt liten vÀgtrafik.
Stugan Àr nyligen fÀrdig februari 2018. Min familj har varit pÄ denna sida 60 Är. Mycket bra anlagda. Vi hade första valet av platser pÄ sjön, sÄ min mamma valde den hÀr med sina 4 barn. BÀsta platsen runt.
Interiören Àr förstklassig. | Nya allt. Köket Àr spektakulÀrt. Badrummen Àr ocksÄ (golvvÀrme). Vardagsrummet / matsalen / köket har massor av fönster fram och bak för fantastisk utsikt och massor av ljus. Eldstaden Àr enastÄende och stor. Alla nya möbler och toppen av linjebÀdden Är 2018. Byggd hyllor i alla garderober.
Inkluderar Àven central luftkonditionering, avfuktare / luftfuktare, Spotify, wifi, "Alexa", ugn, generator. TvÄ stora TV-apparater, ett i vardagsrummet och ett i gÀstrummet. TV i "bunky" ocksÄ. InnehÄller ocksÄ en ny kvalitet paddleboard, kanot, sjö kajak, fiskeutrustning och tips frÄn en lokal.

Nya Queen size-sÀngar utom i Master-svit, king size. BelÀget 22 minuters bilresa frÄn Port Carling för shopping. Flera butiker nÀrmare, vissa med vatten. Lyx spa 7 minuter bort. Fina middagar runt.

In 2018, I built a year-round lake house so I could experience Muskoka in every seasonâa decision that has been nothing short of incredible. What began as a summer tradition has grown into a true four-season adventure.
Before moving here full time, I lived and worked in Toronto, building a 40-year career in the service industry. Iâve always loved meeting people, sharing stories, and creating memorable experiences. For over 40 years, I even had the honor of serving as M.C. for the Royal Muskoka Island picnic. Those moments shaped the way I host todayâwith warmth, energy, and genuine hospitality.
Muskoka has given me so much over the years: peaceful mornings fishing on the lake, the vibrant colors of autumn, thrilling snowmobile rides through winter trails, and countless summer adventures. Each season brings something new to discover, and thatâs what makes this place so extraordinary.
Opening our vacation rental has been another wonderful chapter. It allows me to welcome new people into my lifeâmany of whom have become friendsâand to share the beauty, relaxation, and excitement of Muskoka. Helping guests experience the region the way locals do is both a joy and a privilege.
