En vacker, två våningar villa, beläget i centrum av Carrillon Beach & Resort i samma närhet av affärer, restauranger, ett gym, ett spa och en yogastudio. Stranden ligger en kort promenad genom samhället Carillon, en gated utveckling som ligger vid en strand på cirka 104 hektar och 3900 meter vita sandstränder i Mexikanska golfen. En känsla av gemenskap uppmuntrar fotgängare, cykel och vagnstrafik. Lägenheten ligger bara några steg från sjön Carillon, en 13-acre sötvatten sjö med lokal flora och fauna.
Carillon är en lugn, exklusiv "Village by the Sea", en underbar och lugn plats att semestra med hela familjen. Fastigheten har tre pooler: en som finns på golfen vid Beach Club, en annan vid Bellview parken (som inkluderar två tennisbanor, en basketplan, barnpool och barnlekplats) och en extra pool tillgänglig i öst sidan av fastigheten.
Det finns åtta Dune Walkovers till stranden, som aldrig är trångt.

Köket är välutrustat, med tvättstuga inklusive tvättmaskin och torktumlare. En separat matsal serverar som ett idealiskt utrymme för underhållande familj och gäster. De två rummen på övervåningen består av ett stort sovrum med en king size-säng och ett privat badrum, och ett andra sovrum med en queen size-säng, också med eget badrum; båda rummen har TV och DVD-spelare. Den stora kakel balkongen har utsikt över Market Street, med utsikt över fontänen, de gröna omgivande restaurangerna och Lake Carillon, med flera sittplatser och ett matbord. Under sommaren kan man också njuta av levande konserter vid grönan från lägenhetens balkong.
Ägaren erbjuder två solstolar vid Beach Club.
Vårt hem är rökfritt, inga husdjur tillåtna. Bokningar accepteras inte för semester studenter eller singlar under 25 år om de inte åtföljs av en förmyndare eller förälder under hela vistelsen. Villan har också en maximal beläggning på 6 gäster.

Perfect for our little family!

We really enjoyed our stay at Carillon Beach. This condo was the perfect size for our family of three and a great location between Panama City Beach and 30A. Natalia was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Nice condo in Carillon

We enjoyed our stay in Carillon. This is our 5th year to stay in the neighborhood. We enjoy being able to walk back and forth from the condo to the beach and pool. Conveniently located by a grocery store. Only complaint is the pull out sofa needs fixed or replaced. Would stay here again!

We enjoyed our week, but won’t stay at this location again. It needs an extreme deep cleaning. We had some issues but the property owner was prompt in helping to get them resolved. It took multiple attempts to get the check in instructions the day of. When you drive from 15 hours away it’s concerning when information is not provided until that morning. When we got to the condo it had not been cleaned and the previous guests left it in completely gross condition. We were supposed to be able to check in at 4 p.m., we didn’t get in until about 10 p.m. when the very sweet cleaning ladies had the opportunity to finish cleaning the unit. The owner just told us to settle in while they were cleaning. That is awkward so we left until the job was completed. The next day we went to the beach chairs and umbrella that come with the unit. There are instructions that tell you to call Kyle if the cushions and umbrella are not out there. Well Kyle informed us that we were supposed to provide a 24 hour notice to have them set up. How were we supposed to know that? We sent pictures to the property owner to show the ripped screens and mold growing in the kitchen cabinets and air vents. Hopefully some of the issues will be resolved for future guests.

Our family loved staying at this property. The community is charming, the beach chairs that were included were great and we all enjoyed our time in Carillon Beach tremendously! The condo was as advertised. It was clean and the location was very convenient. We will be back!

Wonderful week at the beach

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week at the beach staying in this condo. The beach club access, pool, and beach chairs were just a few minutes walk away. We also enjoyed having the pizza shop and cafe on the bottom floor. The condo itself had great communal spaces downstairs for the family to congregate, and the individual rooms upstairs were well-maintained.

The condo was a great size and loved the layout! Very spacious and large balcony!

We love the Carillon community though there are some maintenance issues within the property that need to be dealt with, it in no way diminished the enjoyment we had at staying in this particular condo!

Awesome house and location

The house is in the perfect location in the neighborhood. It is a great 2-bedroom house! The only suggestion is that the carpet needs to be replaced in the house. It's very worn down and needs to be replaced. The house was very clean and would definitely stay there again.

Great spot in the market street area.

The condo was nice with just enough room. Could use new skillets and cooking utensils. Enjoyed our week and having 2 lounge chairs on the beach dedicated to our condo was a plus. Loved the quietness of family friendly Carillon.

Panama City Beach Getaway

The property is in a prime location and the private beach is very, very nice. Lots of elbow room. Beautiful community. We will definitely go back. The condo owner was flexible and worked with us to allow us to stay a little longer due to a later flight. Hurricane Fred kind of spoiled the last day, but we made the best of it - can't control the weather.

Great location in Panama City Beach

Possibly our best beach vacation we have had! The condo was in a great location called Carillon Beach....away from the down town PCB area and is great for families not wanting the hustle and party atmosphere. Condo was well appointed and slept 5 very comfortably. It's a close walking distance to the private beach and overlooks the retail stores of which there are nice restaurants etc. Our family will return again!

Fantastic Location!

We took a family vacation here for first time not knowing what to expect. It was more than we imagined. The location is just perfect! The condo was perfect for our family and the pool/community and beach was terrific. The owner is very accessible and always went out of her way to help if needed. We would come back without any hesitation in the future.

Excellent stay

First, Natalia was gracious and helpful throughout the entire process. She responded to every email quickly, kindly and with great information. The entire episode was simple. The property was as advertised, and Carillon as a whole was perfect for our family. Everyone was very nice. Beach access was great, and having reserved beach chairs was so convenient. We took advantage of many amenities with ease. Everything we needed off property was close by. It was just great overall. We do hope to come back here within the next couple of years, and we will definitely try to stay here again. Highly recommended

Perfect getaway!

This beautiful condo is in an ideal location for a family beach vacation! It is in a lovely, quiet community with lots of amenities and access to a beautiful beach. The property owner was exceedingly helpful and gracious -- she and her husband even brought over a birthday gift for my 5-year old granddaughter! I can't say enough good things about the owner and this excellent accommodation!

Disappointing....

We arrived to a dirty rental. Only the bedsheets had been changed. Even the towels that were hanging were used and dirty. The kitchen cabinets had food on them and some of the dishes were still dirty. I called the owner, Natalia. She sent the housekeeper back to clean. When the housekeeper arrived, she was visibly mad. She told me that Natalia books the condo back-to-back and she doesn’t have time to clean it. She stayed 20 minutes and cleaned the kitchen sink, bathroom sinks, and toilets. Later that day, I spilled a glass of water in the living room. I used a paper towel to wipe it and it was black from the dirt on the floor. The grill was missing. When I called Natalia about it, she told me there wasn't one, but the photo and description showed differently. We also found the dryer broken, (this might explain the dirty towels) after my daughter did a load of laundry. We had to go to the laundromat to finish up. The sofa was so broken down, that we could only sit in the chairs. The bathroom off of the bedroom had a shower drain that was clogged and the toilet ran the whole night. When I told the owner, she said, “thanks for letting me know”. Natalia offered to refund two nights of our stay if we would leave early. We couldn't find a hotel in the area and would have lost all of the food we had brought. The refund did not include any of the fees. Finally, while we were out kayaking the day before we left. Natalia had a service repair man come inside to repair the dryer without telling us. Our handbags were sitting in the living room. There is much more, but I think you get the picture. The rental needs many repairs, a deep cleaning and some new furniture. It would be nice if VRBO had a feature to download photos from guests. The owner does not take responsibility. I would avoid this rental, unless you have a lot of kids and don’t want to worry about anything.

We have been coming to Carillon Beach for the last 10 years, we like the low density, gated resort community feel. We enjoy walking to the beach, playing tennis, walking, bicycling and relaxing. Two of our close friends have houses in Carillon and we enjoy doing activities together. In 2017, we have the opportunity to buy this condominium in the Downtown area. We remodeled throughout with new paint, hardwood floors and upgraded furniture.

It is also very close to the 30A Beach Communities of Rosemary, Allys, Watercolor, Watersound, and Seaside. You will find restaurants, shops and all the activities of the area.
Also very close to Panama City Beach (PCB) and The Pier park, Which is the hub of PCB, with plenty of dinning, entertainment and shopping options.
