Denna söta stuga passar bäst för en singel eller par som vill koppla av och uppleva Dallas från ett lokalt perspektiv kring White Rock Lake. Så nära till Downtown, Lower Greenville, Deep Ellum, Dallas Arboretum, NorthPark shopping och SMU. Stugan är lokal för så många upplevelser. Plus 5 minuter till någon större motorväg. Bo i ett lugnt grannskap och slappna av.

Stugan ligger precis runt kvarteret från en offentlig rekreationspark, där det finns en sommarspraypark för barn. Du kan cykla till sjön på spår inom 10 minuter. Vår stad utökar alltid vandrings- och cykellederna för att utforska för att se våra vackra parker, sjöar och kvarter.

Vi är ungefär en mil från en Dart tågstation, för enkel kollektivtrafik runt om i staden. Det är en 15 minuters promenad att fånga Dart tåg. Men om du tar den andra hållet, handlar det om en 15 minuters promenad till White Rock Lake och du kan tillbringa dagen som inte går någonstans. Slappna av. Naturligtvis är Uber och Lift överallt detta område för din bekvämlighet. En mycket snabb och billig bilresa till nästan alla restauranger och upplevelser i Dallas.

Stugan har ett pentry med Keurig och K koppar, brödrost ugn, mikrovågsugn och kylskåp. Grunderna tillhandahålls som S & P, socker, Splenda, redskap, pappershanddukar, bakverk och mikrovågsugn. Det finns en ny Trane mini-split HVAC som är super tyst och justerbar för din perfekta temperatur. Drottningbädden är en torv och nål som sover bekvämt, enligt uppdrag. Den Rinnia tanklösa vattenvärmaren ger en oändlig tillförsel av varmt vatten, men var medveten om att det måste rensa vattenledningarna. Det finns uppfartsparkering som vi rymmer för varje gäst. Cozy little spot in a safe neighborhood with easy access to extras

My daughter and I were in town for NCA 2025 and this was the perfect little spot for us. Denise was super helpful and very friendly. We appreciate her hospitality.

Lovely Cozy Cottage

Very clean and cozy. Nicely decorated with well thought out amenities. Great communication from the lovely host, Denise. Located in a nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood. Everything about my stay was easy, and I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Dallas.

Great get away spot!

Well appointed, private cottage! Denise and Pat had everything we needed for a great get away to visit our family. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable and Denise and Pat left a long list of local things to do and great eateries. We would love to stay again!

Great spot for couples retreat

A very hospitable host and atmosphere. Check in and check out were very simple. It’s close to several gyms, shopping, and restaurants. But also nestled into a nice, safe neighborhood.

Perfect place

The owl cottage is one of the best places I've stayed at. Communication with Denise was smooth and easy, and she was very quick to respond with any questions I might have had. The location is absolutely perfect, it's located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in town.

Very Relaxing

My stay was very nice. I totally appreciate the hospitality granted by Mrs Denise she was so nice and available and offered to help with everything that I needed although it wasn't much to ask for at all!! Everything that's required was provided and then some believe me.

Great Stay in Dallas

Our hosts Denise and Pat were very accommodating and everything you need is provided within the cottage. The location is great in respect to being close to several parts of town. There is a transit line that runs behind the cottage, so if you are a light sleeper this may be an inconvenience. We were fine with it, it's not loud like a train they are fairly short. It was great to be able to walk out the door and walk to a trail system that has as many miles as you want to do for walking, running or biking. We would definitely stay here again:-)

Comfy, cozy and clean

We stayed 6 nights at the Cozy Owl. It was perfect for my husband and I while we were visiting family. Denise and Pat were awesome hosts! The cottage was very clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we required and more. We will definitely book again.

Awesome backyard cottage in a great location

Possibly the best appointed vacation rental I've ever stayed at. Located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with walking trails to White Rock Lake. It had everything I needed and a very comfortable bed. The layout is absutely perfect for 2 people. Denise is a great host. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Absolutely recommend.

Wonderful Hosts

Denise and Pat were great hosts, and this apartment was very comfortable. My partner had a medical procedure nearby and Denise went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable the entire stay. This is the experience that you hope for when you book a place through VRBO.

Nice affordable rental

Pat and Denise were super friendly and welcoming and met us at the door when we got there! The rental was the perfect size for 2 people and so close to so much. Almost every time we went somewhere, we it was less than a 15 minute drive. If we are ever back in Dallas we will definitely be back!

The house and the hospitality were very nice!

We had a great stay in this sweet cottage. The layout was perfect for us. We walked to a conference we were attending and some great eateries each day. It was very pleasant walking through the neighborhood. Some people have mentioned the train noise. We hardly noticed it and when we did it was never a bother.

Great Dallas location

We stayed at the cozy owl cottage for a quick weekend trip to Dallas. The location was perfect for us, very close to my son and daughter-in-law’s house near White Rock Lake. We had a busy weekend so there wasn’t much time to relax on the porch this trip. The rental is very cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed. The hosts are friendly and accommodating and made us feel welcome.

Good location but for other reasons not a good fit for us

Central location, good communication and mostly comfortable inside. While the frequent trains didn’t wake us up at night they were too loud for online meetings and business calls during the day. The outside cigarette smoke would get inside and was too much for us. Had we known about this we wouldn’t of picked it.

Beautiful Bungalow!

We adored this gem of a property and host! It was the perfect getaway to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and yet so close to any sightseeing we wanted to do, as well. The lake was super close and had a gorgeous walking trail, the food options were phenomenal, and the hospitality was a treat to be sure. We are so grateful to have found the Owl Cottage!

Very comfy and just perfect!

I had an art festival to do over the weekend at the Arboretum. This place was very close to the park and was super cute with all the amenities I needed. There were two of us (my fellow art festival buddy and me) that stayed there and it worked great for us. Would definitely recommend! It’s close to lots of fun things to do and very comfortable.
