(Almost) perfect vacation

The communication upfront and throughout our stay with Salvatore was friendly and absolutely helpful. We were picked up and led to the villa. It looks exactly as on the pictures. Everything was clean and in good shape. The pool is perfect for smaller children as well as adults. We enjoyed privacy and the sea view as promised. So it is (almost) perfect for a relaxing vacation. Why almost? There are three things that we didn't like: 1) a lot of ants 2) only two german TV stations 3) slow and problematic WIFI. These are things that did NOT destroy a vacation but were disturbing. All over all we were happy to be there, enjoyed the time and can recommend this place!

Cosy house, nice surroundings and outstanding scenery from the pool. Our local contact was available whenever we wanted, answering by mail (whenever internet was working). I need to underline though the presence of the rats that my predecessor mentioned. They are in the roof - Salvatore you can check by sitting there in the evening. Whatever, we are in the countryside, so this is usual for southern europe. I regret to not have read the recoms here before, as the behaviour of the landlord was often disgusting - we did not only receive hints but were as well blamed for any observation that you do: "i told you before that ... because you didn't do this and that... The other interesting part is the pricing of the house that is not transparent. Friends of us paid the same price like we, but stayed a week longer - same season, same #of people. Summarizing, the house is nice but wrecked down with rats and smelly from the siphons. Whatever you tell the landlords, the boomerang returns to you, offensively telling the customer what he did wrong. We will not return. Like our friends.

Nice and cosy... not Perfect

We had a good time in scopello. The House is nice and cosy. The pool is the best part-naturally designed, close to infinity view and nicely illuminated. Good for children as well as little chlorid. The disgusting part of our stay was the Management of the property. Whatever er claimed to Salvatore, it was us being guilty of - Bad Internet, Bad TV, rats on the roof, ants and noise from neighbours we only told him... everything was on us and he knew before. If you want to be 5 star Salvatore with bling-bling and girls, feedback culture is part of that. Feedback is a gift (that allows to reflect & digest) and which shall not be returned.

Ein absolutes Traumhaus

Nicht nur, dass wir mit dem Wetter zu dieser Jahreszeit Glück hatten, auch die Auswahl dieser Ferienvilla hat voll ins Schwarze und unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Schon der herzliche Empfang von Salvatore hat uns auf einen sehr schönen Urlaub eingestimmt und seine Betreuung während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts war sehr sympathisch. Die elegante, geschmackvolle und gemütliche Einrichtung, sowie vor allem die sehr gute, umfangreiche Ausstattung trugen zu einem rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt bei. Selbst um diese Jahreszeit konnten wir den schönen, großen Pool nutzen und haben von der Terrasse die Aussicht über die Bucht genossen. Wir haben einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub verbracht und können dieses Haus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Die Aussicht von der Villa ist fantastisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Fantastic Holiday

Fantastic rustic with private pool, the property has a fascinating and authentic style, beautiful colors, romantic room, fully equipped kitchen, large barbecue, total privacy, the pool is fantastic and close the terrace, is like a sandy beach, excellent service of rental company with transfer from the airport; the villa is set in a particular corner where you can enjoy a wonderful view to the gulf and the countryside, very well situated, all is like the pictures showed. Many thanks to Salvatore for suggestions about beaches, restaurants and places to visit, high recommended.

Beautiful house

Lovely rustic set in a small hill with a wonderful view, we had a great time, also beautiful weather Everything was clear, beautiful pool, total relax, we used more the grill, all was like the pictures showed. Inside the house is really fantastic ( bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen ), it's an authentic and charming property. Our contact Salvatore was vey kind and helpful with suggestions about beaches and restaurants, high recommended the local service of rental car, we want come back.

Heerlijk privé

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad, voornamelijk omdat het zoveel privacy biedt. Het huisje staat op een heuvel, net buiten het dorpje. Eerst was ik bang dat het zwembad gevaarlijk zou zijn omdat het niet afgedekt is, maar onze zoon van 6 kon er eigenlijk overal staan en daarom konden wij hem met een gerust hart laten spelen. Met kleinere kinderen die nog niet kunnen zwemmen raad ik het niet aan, want het zwembad is niet afgezet. Het is een klein zwembadje, eerder een poedelbad om even in te springen wanneer het te warm is (baantjes trekken lukt dus niet). Alles was ontzettend schoon en het ziet er heel leuk uit. Het matras is wel een beetje aan vervanging toe, het zijn geen luxe bedden. Boven zijn weliswaar slaapplekken, maar deze bevinden zich in principe wel in de woonkamer/keuken.Het is een soort vide waar extra bedden staan. Er is genoeg te doen in de omgeving,maar je hebt wel echt een auto nodig. Er ligt een boekje in het huisje waar allerlei goede tips in vermeld staan. Al met al raad ik dit huis eerder aan stelletjes aan dan aan families. En dat is niet omdat de kwaliteit niet goed is, maar omdat de indeling gewoon niet geheel praktisch is. Wat wel echt super is: de grote bbqkeuken in de buitenlucht :)) het is een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen.

Beautiful Villa with a wonderful view

We had a wonderfu stay at this Villa. The interior of the House is modern, the pool is just fabulous and the garden is beautifully arranged. We had luck with the weather and used the outdoor kitchen and the bbq almost every day. What we liked the most was the lightning of the garden and the very natural look and feeling of the house. The area around Castellamare and Scopello ist very beautiful too, and there is a lot to see, especially some awesome beaches and bays. We really enjoyed our holiday in this beautiful villa and can recommend it to everybody who wants to spend a good time in an authentic, beautiful and quite place.

BELLISSSIMA VILLA................MA..........

La posizione della Villa è veramente incantevole, in quanto isolata e quindi si può stare in totale relax. Sicuramente è una bella struttura con splendida piscina, con arredi moderni ma avrei delle precisazioni da fare: - più che una villa è una casa con piscina (in senso che non è proprio molto grande) - è adatta a una famiglia di max 4 adulti, in quanto la camera al piano superiore è praticamente un soppalco e quindi dalla camera ci si affaccia proprio sulla cucina (il che può dare fastidio, se per esempio di notte si apre la luce in cucina, si rischia di svegliare chi dorme al piano superiore). - la cucina è dotata di stoviglie e pentole ormai molto usurate (da cambiare direi!) e manca il tovagliato per la cucina - essendo una casa di abbastanza recente costruzione, devo dire che non è tenuta molto bene, in senso che le cose che vengono danneggiate, poi non vengono riparate (tipo il cancello d'entrata, che probabilmente una volta era elettrico, ora non lo è più, è tutto scrostato ed è difficile da chiudere), i muri necessitano di una imbiancata, in bagno ed in cucina, la rubinetteria sarebbe da cambiare o pulire meglio) - anche il giardino (con l'angolo barbeque non è curato un granchè)..... si ci sono tanti fiori perchè per fortuna grazie al clima crescono lo stesso, ma non perchè qualcuno li cura - anche la piscina, sebbene molto bella, in certe parti inizia a perdere qualche pezzo, che direi andrebbe sostituito, e aggiunto pure è un ombrellone decente e non quelli da 5€ - una sistemata sarebbe da dare anche alla strada ovvero proprio davanti al cancello c'è un solco, che ogni volta che ci si passa con l'auto si rischia di lasciarci li un pezzo (dell'auto intendo)....ora anche se le auto sono a noleggio, questo non vuol dire che bisogna infischiarsene... quindi .... metteteci un po di sassi...bu....qualcosa.... Del resto, ripeto, è una bella casa, ma a questo punto forse il prezzo è un po' altino per il servizio offerto.

Villa meravigliosa. Superiore a quello che si può vedere sul sito web. Interni arredati con grande gusto ed eleganza. Letti comodi, cucina completa di tutti gli accessori, i materiali usati per gli interni sono davvero di grande qualità. Zona esterna favolosa con ampia veranda coperta e maxi barbecue in muratura con annesso lavandino. La piscina è meravigliosa, per rinfrescarsi o anche solo da ammirare. Posto isolato, relax totale, nessuna altra abitazione a vista. Molto ventilata, mai accesa aria condizionata, comunque presente in tutte le stanze, a luglio. In più, e non è poco, Salvatore che gestisce la Villa è disponibile, simpatico e molto utile per i tanti buoni consigli su come muoversi nella zona. Posto davvero fantastico, vale tutto quello che costa!

Un angolo di paradiso

Ho soggiornato quindici giorni in questa bellissima dimora con mio marito per il nostro viaggio di nozze ed è stata un esperienza fantastica. La casa è un rustico moderno dotato di ogni confort, ed è circondata da un bellissimo giardino mediterraneo, ma la ciliegina sula torta è senz'altro la particolarissima piscina costruita in modo tale da sembrare un oasi con la sua piccola cascatella C'è un attrezzatissima zona barbeque dove grigliavamo il freschissimo pesce che acquistavamo la mattina direttamente dai pescatori di Castellammare del Golfo. Tutte le principali attrazioni sono facilmente raggiungibili in poco tempo. Consigliata per viaggi in coppia.

Bellissima Vacanza

Villa Baia Marina è un lussuoso rustico in pietra, restaurato in maniera incredibile, ambienti di charme rifiniti in resina, massima tranquillità, vista mare, bellissima piscina privata, la casa è fornita di ogni attrezzatura, è un luogo molto romantico, le fotografie ed il video rispecchiano fedelmente gli ambienti mostrati. Grazie a Bagliori di Sicilia e Salvatore per la disponibilità e per averci fornito numerose informazioni sul luogo.

Amazing

We had a wonderful time in Villa Baia Marina, it was a magical place to stay and the property was everything I had dreamed. Salvatore was very friendly, helpful in giving us tips and directions, he's always available during our holiday. The villa was furnished with a superb style, private pool, fantastic terrace and garden, excellent wifi, total privacy, this is holiday! Scopello is a wonderful place, the best in the province of Trapani, incredible the Zingaro Reserve and the Tuna Fishing.
