Seacrest 901 ligger på 1117 W Beach Blvd Gulf Shores Alabama, 9: e våningen East End Penthouse Unit med två privata balkonger. Den viktigaste balkongen utanför vardagsrummet har utsikt över Mexikanska golfen och den andra balkongen utanför sovrummet med utsikt över Little Lagoon. Båda erbjuder fantastisk utsikt över Mexikanska golfen och Little Lagoon.
Detta är ett vackert och modernt komplex med låg densitet med en tilldelad parkeringsplats under byggnaden. Köket är fullt utrustat och erbjuder vackra granitbänkskivor och snygga vitvaror. Den levande och matsal har en 55 tums plattskärms-Smart TV, drottning bäddsoffa, svängbar vilstol, köksbord för fyra och intilliggande bar område med två barstolar för bekväma sittplatser för sex.
Lägenheten erbjuder en kung master suite med egen 48 tums platt-TV och ett privat badrum och en fantastisk privat balkong. Det andra sovrummet är en drottning med egen 32 plattskärms-TV. Det finns också en drottning bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet.
Komplexet har också en trevlig privat pool och badtunna på stranden för Seacrest Gäster och ägare bara, såväl som lusthus och två kolgrillar av rostfritt stål.
Från och med 1-1-19 Seacrests gemensamma områden (pool, bubbelbad, parkeringsplats, hissar, promenadvägar etc.) samt begränsade gemensamma utrymmen (alla balkonger) är icke-rökare. Perfect location

We loved our stay here, the view was excellent from the corner balcony. Parking was super convenient right underneath with an assigned spot so you didn’t have to search for the next open location. The morning sunrises are beautiful with an easy walk to the beach loved it will try to go back someday.!

Excellent Stay and Property

Beautiful updated condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gulf Shores. The condo was beautifully updated and everything in it looked brand new. We were unable to use the pool/hot tub due to exterior maintenance, but the weather was too cold to do either one. We definitely hope to schedule a return visit!

Gulf Shores Getaway

We had a very pleasant stay at this location and everything written about how clean and well-kept the property is was spot on. The owners thought of everything you might need in the unit and it is vey well layed out.

Great place!

Great place so close to the ocean! Condo was very well stocked with what we needed. Nice and neat and clean. Elevators were quick and quiet. Loved the double balconies!

Quiet condo with great Gulf view

The condo is just what the photos look like, its clean and very conformable to stay in, there are views of both the beach and lagoon. The kithen is well stocked with everything you needd.

Everything was exactly as advertised but even better in person. Gulf views are outstanding as well as the bay view. Restaurants are plentiful and easy to get to. Owner was very responsive and cordial.

Amazing

This condo is immaculately kept and the hosts go above and beyond. Have stayed here frequently and will continue to do so. Views from front and back balconies are stunning. Unit has EVERYTHING you would need and more. Covered parking smaller bldg and great access to the beach.

Home Away from Home

This property is perfect. We have stayed here in the past and it is our go-to spot. The bay view sunset is incredible and the morning beachfront view is spectacular. The patio furniture is high-end, along with all the interior design. The parking is shaded, under-cover and we never waited for an elevator - or even road with anyone. Just quaint, comfortable and meets all my needs! King bed - double vanity - Walkin shower, and much more! Don't hesitate if this is open, book it!

Angie and I retired in 2016 and moved to Gulf Shores. When we sold our home we invested in Crystal Tower 1701 (VRBO 1183472) which is located 2/10 of one mile east of Seacrest 901. We have totally remodeled and updated Crystal Tower 1701 as well as Seacrest 901 (VRBO 1323351). Recently we purchased Crystal Shores 1001 (VRBO 1489724) which is another 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom east end condo located at 921 W Beach Blvd Gulf Shores AL. We manage and maintain Seacrest 901, Crystal Tower 1701 as well as Crystal Shores 1001. We occupy all these units during the year when not occupied by our guests. This enables us to keep all the properties updated and pristine as they are our residences as well as vacation rentals for our guests.
