Denna fullt möblerade vackra 2-sovrumsenhet har ett fint kök och gott om bekväma rum att äta med vänner och familj. Det anpassade lövträbordet, skafferi och skåp erbjuder en kostrikansk stil och ett bekvämt område att njuta av måltider, eller bara koppla av efter en dag på stranden.

Båda sovrummen ligger på andra våningen - befälhavaren har en bekväm drottningssäng och rummet har 2 fina enkelsängar. Maximalt 4 personer snälla. Det finns flera uppgraderingar av enheten som många andra lägenheter inte har (till exempel en reservvattenförsörjningstank osv ...)

very nice place to stay

we only stayed a couple nights out there but it was great. The property manager was very nice and she helped us with getting there and also with transportation and activity to do around. The new year eve on the beach was a nice experience! Lastly, the neighborhood was very calm and people were very nice with us.

Condo great stay

Everything was very nice, host was super helpful in getting from airport to condo. She checked on us regularly, location within walking distance to beach and local restaurants. I would definitely stay again.

Coco Beach

The condo was as advertised and the manager Melina was very helpful through our stay. She provided transportation and assisted with excursions and she was very knowledgeable about the area. Highly recommended if you plan on visiting CoCo Beach.

The condo is spotlessly clean, in great condition. The kitchen is well equipped. It’s a 5 min walk to the beach. Melina, the property manager is very helpful. We would stay there again.

Nice two bedroom in great location

My family and I had a great time here. The condo is a short walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to several restaurants and a mini market. The pool is right outside the front door, which was very nice for cooling off on the hot days.

Friendly complex to stay while on vacation

We really enjoyed our stay, in great part to the wonderful people we met @ the complex. We appreciated the comfy primary bed, having w/d on site, and a well-stocked kitchen (cooking utensils, pots/pans), etc. a/c worked well. Great location close to the beach. The grounds and pool are very well kept. Hubby loved the charcoal bbq.

Great place.

The location was very good being a short walk to the beach. A bit futher and you are on the main strip. The pool right outside your door is awesome. Unit was well equiped for a great stay. Nice screened in porch with washer dryer unit if needed. Would stay here again.

Great location, amazing beach

Loved our stay!!! The location was great, lots of great restaurants, easy access to tours, shopping and the people were very friendly. The condo is was like our little home away from home. Krista (property management)was amazing, totally went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional!!! We are definitely planning a return visit!! Helen & Rick February 2020

Awesome condo, excellent location

Our family had a 3 day stay at the condo. We were greeted by Melina, who is very friendly and answered all our questions. The condo was very clean, everything was provided for. The pool was just the right temperature. We enjoyed local restaurants and ice cream. The walk to the beach was easy.

Easy stay

The property is exactly as listed. The complex is close to the beach, and the community was accepting and kind. The property manager Melina was terrific. She responded quickly to any request, booked a tour for us and was very generous with all types of information. I highly recommend her.

Good place to stay

The condo was great, well equipped with everything you need. Nice screen room out back for sitting and bbq. Has a nice new king size bed and comfy living room furniture. Short walk to the beach and town. Property manager Malina offers a great variety of outings you can book and enjoy. We did the sunset sail boat and had a wonderful time. If your looking for a great place to stay for relaxing or wanting to explore the area you wouldn’t be disappointed in this condo.

Josie was very helpful, communication was exceptional , I felt like she wanted to make sure we had the best time possible. The other guest at the complex were very friendly and welcoming also gave us lots of info on what and were to go. Condo was what we expected and the location was close to beach and main area of town.

Nice property in excellent location

A nice apartment overlooking a well-maintained pool and situated in a pleasant neighborhood, quiet, but close to shops and restaurants, and to a clinic for the mandatory return Covid test. Walking distance to a nice beach and 10-20 minutes drive to better beaches. Inside: a well-supplied kitchen, washer and hanging lines for laundry. Working air conditioners and TV with netflix. We would recommend it to others and return for a second stay.

Nice Quite Place to Stay

Nice place for a family stay. The location is on a quiet street and a short walk to the beach and a few restaurants and cafes and the pool was wonderful. Melina the property manager was very responsive and helpful. Regarding the listing description the water did go out as it says does happen occasionally, however the description says there is a back-up water tank - not sure if we needed to do something to get it to work but we did not have back-up water for a few hours. Also the 1-2 minute walk to the beach in the description is a bit ambitious - more like 5-6 minutes. Minor things, but just pointing them out. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing week at Coco

My first impression was that we weren’t as close to the beach or the main town area of Coco as I had thought. However once we got the golf cart - the condo location didn’t matter as much. The condo was very clean but the kitchen is a bit small to cook a full dinner but is perfect for breakfast and snacks etc. The market close by is very convenient. Melina is super responsive and available to answer any questions. The other condo residents were very friendly. Overall this was a clean, affordable option.

Pretty

Confy, inexpensive, convinient. Only it should specify that the bedrooms are in a 2nd floor. I picked this place because I thaught it was one level. End up having my eldery mother crawl up at night to go to bed and come down the stairs seating on steps. But for people with no problem with stairs is a great place to stay.

This condo is very nice, comfortable and very easy on the budget compared to other properties in the area. The big draw to this condo is the great location that is close to the cafés, restaurants & of course Coco Beach!
Airport pick-up & drop-off for $60 each way if you prefer.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This condo has a backup water reserve tank so that if the water is shut off during the day for maintenance (which happens on occasion down there) you will not be affected because of your private reserve tank. Many other condos do not have this feature so you are at the mercy of the local utility company. Nothing is worse on vacation than coming home from the beach and not being able to take a shower before going out on the town for dinner. I also had a new hot water tank and new Air Condition unit installed as additional upgrades.
