Kihei Kai # 15! Denna 2: a våning 1 sovrum, 1 badrum lägenhet har varit en populär semesteruthyrning i åratal och denna ombyggda enhet har blivit ännu mer önskvärt med nya möbler, matta, sängkläder / handdukar, etc. Sugar Beach Bakery, Farmer's Market, ABC Store & Ululani's Hawaiian Shave Ice är bara några minuters promenad via gatan eller stranden. Bekvämt beläget mindre än 15 miles från OGG flygplats, akvarium, Maui Brewing Company. Enkel åtkomst härifrån till allt Maui har att erbjuda!

Sovrummet har en king size-säng och vardagsrummet har en bäddsoffa med 6 "uppgraderad madrass. Det finns en separat A / C-enhet i både sovrummet och vardagsrummet. Ett nyligen renoverat kök med bänkskivor i granit gör det enkelt att laga mat. Möblerad Lanai med en liten havsutsikt och frodigt tropiskt landskap är det perfekta stället att njuta av kaffe, cocktails, äta middag eller helt enkelt njuta av havsbrisen.

Det finns en gated pool och två separata bbq-områden, samt en gräsbevuxen lounge vid stranden. Gräsmattaområdet vid stranden har solstolar, parasoller samt bord för uteservering eller för att njuta av att titta på de otroliga solnedgångarna i Maui eller humpbackvalarna när de hyser offshore (säsongsöppen). Dessa områden delas med de andra gästerna i detta lågdensitetskomplex (endast 24 enheter totalt). Myntstyrd (eller med en app!) tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns på den lägre nivån. Gratis WiFi finns i lägenheten. Strandhanddukar, svalare och solstolar tillgängliga för vår gästs användning.

Excellent Two Week Vacation

The condo was exactly as advertised. Clean, quiet and had everything we needed. Easy check in and host was always available for any questions we had. Fabulous beach front location. Excellent vacation!!

Week long stay in Maui

Property was just as the pictures showed. Host had great communication. They gave us early warning of anything that might surprise us from recent storms, allowed us to check-in early, and responded within half an hour. Benefit of staying here vs. a hotel was the unexpected amenities such as beach chairs, umbrella, and kitchen. Generally clean with working AC and friendly community.

Great place to stay in Kihei

My husband and I rented this property and met up with another couple at the same resort. The location was perfect. Communication with the host was easy although we didn’t need to communicate very often because the condo had everything we needed. The host was extremely helpful when we did reach out though. We recommend this property.

Absolutely great Condo in Kihei. I highly recommend

I just finished an amazing stay in Kihei, Maui 14-18FEB2025, and I wanted to write about it as a counterpoint to some of the horror stories we see here. For less than the price of a decent hotel a block from the beach, I booked this condo partially overlooking the ocean. The owner Erin was very accommodating, and prompt on making my stay care free with flexibility on check in and check out process. I will certainly recommend this condo for future stays.Kihei would still be a great option—it's a solid base to explore Maui with beaches, food, and shopping all close by. Plus, it’s not too far from places like Wailea and Makena, so it’ll save you time on those day trips. Free Parking was a breeze in the complex

My husband and I loved our stay at Kihei Kai in Erin’s condo. The condo was perfect, comfortable, clean, and well stocked with anything we needed! Very nice condo in North Kihei. The property (some beachfront) had recently been damaged by flooding which they were working hard to repair. All in all, the stay was nearly perfect. The condo was very comfortable and relaxing, Thank you.

Lovely Stay

Awesome condo to stay in. Check in process is easy. Erin replies promptly to questions. Condo is clean, well equipped, and has A/C. Awesome lanai with great view. The beach is only steps away and its lovely to watch the sunset. Location is pretty central, easy to get to Hana, Halaekala, airport, Maui ocean center, other beaches, Kaanapali, etc. We enjoyed our stay.

30 year anniversary and retirement

We had an amazing time! The property is amazing. The location is perfect. You are in the middle of everything. You are in the middle of all of the major attractions. Check in was great and Erin was very quick to answer any questions and provide and advise we had asked for. I would recommend this property and location to anyone!

Great location, well equipped, clean and updated.

This quiet unit is centrally located on the island which makes it perfect for exploring Maui! We can't think of anything that we needed and wasn't provided. Beach access was basically right outside the door and great for those early evening walks. The separate bedroom with the comfy king size bed was great for us as one could stay up and watch tv if the other was ready to call it a day! We would certainly recommend this condo to others and would love to come back! Makes for a very nice home away from home!

Absolutely wonderful!

This condo is centrally located on the island and convenient to Kahului, Lahaina, and Paia. The unit itself is clean, comfortable and nicely updated with everything you could need. The complex is small compared to others nearby and this is a good thing. Great pool and the soft and sandy beach is just steps from the door of the unit. Great restaurants, shops, and grocery stores (with excellent poke bowls) are just minutes away on Kihei Rd. I can’t think of anything we would’ve needed that wasn’t here. Book this place without hesitation.

Family Celebration

I cannot say enough about Erin and the properties. We rented this apartment and the one across from it. First, Erin was wonderful, kind, helpful- the absolute best. Second, the apartments were so clean. We had everything we needed. The complex is quiet and beautiful, and they have the sweetest couple managing the property. Last, we loved our location. We were 20 minutes from the airport. We had a coffee place and bakery right down the road, along with a produce stand, ABC store and shaved ice stand. We will definitely stay again.

Great location in the middle of all Maui activities, right on the beach

The location is amazing, it's right on the beach! We enjoyed sitting in the balcony in the morning and evenings. Kihei is a great base for Maui - it's in the middle of all activities. The apartment is well equipped, there are even beach chairs, pool noodles, and boogie boards available in the balcony. The only issue was the dusty ACs - looks like they haven't been cleaned for ages, and smell really bad. It can get very hot in the middle of the day so we could not stay inside during the day. Opening windows and using ceiling fans was enough to cool the place down at night though.

Kihei Kai Perfection!

We absolutely loved staying in unit #15 at Kihei Kai. We've stayed in many units on the Kihei Kai property over the years but this was our first (and hopefully not our last!) in #15. The unit was updated, the linens and cookware were more than adequate and the unit provided everything you could need for a day at the beach. The beach gear includes 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach toys, noodles, a boogie board, an umbrella, and a cooler. It was great to have everything we'd want right there at the unit. We enjoyed breakfasts on the lanai, walks along Sugar beach just steps away, and cooking dinners in the updated kitchen. Overall, a wonderful experience and glad we found this unit! Mahalo!

Smaller complex means less crowds. It is a short and easy walk from the parking lot - no parking garages, elevators or long hallways to get from your car to the condo or from condo to the beach.
