Denna 2: a vÄning 1 sovrum, 1 badrum lÀgenhet har varit en populÀr semesteruthyrning i Äratal och denna ombyggda enhet har blivit Ànnu mer önskvÀrt med nya möbler, matta, sÀngklÀder / handdukar, etc. Sugar Beach Bakery, Farmer's Market, ABC Store & Ululani's Hawaiian Shave Ice Àr bara nÄgra minuters promenad via gatan eller stranden. BekvÀmt belÀget mindre Àn 15 miles frÄn OGG flygplats, akvarium, Maui Brewing Company. Enkel Ätkomst hÀrifrÄn till allt Maui har att erbjuda!

Sovrummet har en king size-sÀng och vardagsrummet har en bÀddsoffa med 6 "uppgraderad madrass. Det finns en separat A / C-enhet i bÄde sovrummet och vardagsrummet. Ett nyligen renoverat kök med bÀnkskivor i granit gör det enkelt att laga mat. Week long stay in Maui

Property was just as the pictures showed. Host had great communication. They gave us early warning of anything that might surprise us from recent storms, allowed us to check-in early, and responded within half an hour. Benefit of staying here vs. a hotel was the unexpected amenities such as beach chairs, umbrella, and kitchen. Generally clean with working AC and friendly community.

Absolutely great Condo in Kihei. I highly recommend

I just finished an amazing stay in Kihei, Maui 14-18FEB2025, and I wanted to write about it as a counterpoint to some of the horror stories we see here. For less than the price of a decent hotel a block from the beach, I booked this condo partially overlooking the ocean. The owner Erin was very accommodating, and prompt on making my stay care free with flexibility on check in and check out process. I will certainly recommend this condo for future stays.Kihei would still be a great option—it's a solid base to explore Maui with beaches, food, and shopping all close by. Plus, it’s not too far from places like Wailea and Makena, so it’ll save you time on those day trips. Free Parking was a breeze in the complex

Great place to stay in Kihei

My husband and I rented this property and met up with another couple at the same resort. The location was perfect. Communication with the host was easy although we didn’t need to communicate very often because the condo had everything we needed. The host was extremely helpful when we did reach out though. We recommend this property.

Great Beach Walks

This is a cozy little property with only 24 units in the condo. There is a lawn that fronts the beach and lots of great beach walking right outside your door.

We enjoyed our stay. Would want to be nearer west maui for swimming and snorkeling in the future. Loved the sugar beach Bakery. Liked the size of the condos. Maybe 20 units in total.

My husband and I loved our stay at Kihei Kai in Erin’s condo. The condo was perfect, comfortable, clean, and well stocked with anything we needed! Very nice condo in North Kihei. The property (some beachfront) had recently been damaged by flooding which they were working hard to repair. All in all, the stay was nearly perfect. The condo was very comfortable and relaxing, Thank you.

Lovely Stay

Awesome condo to stay in. Check in process is easy. Erin replies promptly to questions. Condo is clean, well equipped, and has A/C. Awesome lanai with great view. The beach is only steps away and its lovely to watch the sunset. Location is pretty central, easy to get to Hana, Halaekala, airport, Maui ocean center, other beaches, Kaanapali, etc. We enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely wonderful!

This condo is centrally located on the island and convenient to Kahului, Lahaina, and Paia. The unit itself is clean, comfortable and nicely updated with everything you could need. The complex is small compared to others nearby and this is a good thing. Great pool and the soft and sandy beach is just steps from the door of the unit. Great restaurants, shops, and grocery stores (with excellent poke bowls) are just minutes away on Kihei Rd. I can’t think of anything we would’ve needed that wasn’t here. Book this place without hesitation.

30 year anniversary and retirement

We had an amazing time! The property is amazing. The location is perfect. You are in the middle of everything. You are in the middle of all of the major attractions. Check in was great and Erin was very quick to answer any questions and provide and advise we had asked for. I would recommend this property and location to anyone!

Family Celebration

I cannot say enough about Erin and the properties. We rented this apartment and the one across from it. First, Erin was wonderful, kind, helpful- the absolute best. Second, the apartments were so clean. We had everything we needed. The complex is quiet and beautiful, and they have the sweetest couple managing the property. Last, we loved our location. We were 20 minutes from the airport. We had a coffee place and bakery right down the road, along with a produce stand, ABC store and shaved ice stand. We will definitely stay again.
