Wonderful stay in PV

We had a excellent trip to Marival Distinct in Puerto Vallarta. Amanda was very helpful during the booking process, answering questions and providing multiple quotes. She was even able to secure us a free room upgrade! During our stay, we had a small snafu with booking one of our excursions - I reached out to Amanda and she responded immediately and resolved the issue for us with the staff. We are so appreciative to her for sharing her space with us...we would highly recommend!

A relaxing getaway with the perfect view

My family of four had a great time at the resort. From the moment we arrived we were well taken care. The check-in team, concierge, and bellman were all great. The room was amazing. We loved the separate bed rooms and baths room which gave us all just enough privacy. The living room and kitchen area was spacious, and all appliances and furniture were updated. One drawback that I wish we knew beforehand was the lack of cookware. We planned to make food in the room for our young son who has food allergies. After returning from the store with food items we realized there was nothing to cook with or eat with. This was only a brief frustration as the chefs and staff at the restaurants quickly accommodated for his dietary requirements. Overall we loved our stay. September is a much quieter and less busy time of year and we loved the extra attention and space. I highly recommend Amanda as a host. She was very responsive and helpful in every way. This will be at the top of the list next time we visit Puerto Vallarta.

Beautiful property, great views and location

We loved our stay at Marival Distinct. The all inclusive is nice if you plan to stay in the hotel most of the time to eat and there are many options. The beach is perfect with plenty of space and small waves, pleasant to swim at any age. Amanda was a lovely host. I highly recommend this for a vacation destination.

Amazing 1st time all-inclusive experience

Amanda was an exceptional host! We needed to find a place for our last minute trip to PVR and Amanda was very quick to respond and help us with any questions we had. We literately booked her place the day before our flight and we could have not been happier with our choice. The accommodations were impeccable and spacious - exactly as described, truly a luxury. The resort itself exceeded our expectations in every way. The resort seemed to cater to an older crowd but there were other families there too so it never felt over crowed or crazy, so it was exactly what were were looking for to have a relaxing getaway. The restaurants were wonderful and they all had a great variety. The staff at the resort were wonderful as well, they were all very kind but never it never felt like they were being intrusive. It great plus to be able to take advantage of Amanda's platinum benefits as well. We would definitely come back and stay here again. If you are thinking of booking - book!

Paradise!

We had an amazing vacation at Amanda’s! We upgraded to a penthouse with rooftop pool and it was spectacular . It’s decorated beautifully, spacious... with gorgeous views from every balcony. It was our Oasis. The beachfront club and Moza had a delicious menu. The service at Miraval Residencies was top notch! We especially enjoyed Insu Sky Bar... the food, drinks, DJ, view... and the friendly, entertaining servers Ivan and Gererado ... made it a home away from home. Using Amanda’s Platinum Membership was excellent and a plus . Amanda took care of all the details for us before we arrived and was very kind, patient, and helpful. Jennifer one of the on-site team was very attentive and was available to assist in anyway we needed! The Vallarta Adventure tours were well organized and fun! We can’t wait to return again :)

A fabulous vacation!

Two Family Spring Break Stay

Words and pictures cannot describe the experience at Marival. The suites are extremely spacious, having that feeling of home but better because every room is clean and decorated for comfort and moderation. The roof top pool is a MUST!! It is an unforgettable phenomenal unique experience! The restaurant on the beach is high end and extremely satisfying. We even witnessed a wedding onsite with fireworks to end our amazing trip. The perks of platinum plus that Amanda has is out of this world. To the habanas to the use of restaurants at the other Marival facility (highly recommend trying). To the free laundry services to the free room service as well for those busy, busy days. The perks were unbelievable. Booking through Amanda was pleasant and she took care of every detail for us. She even lined up a single point of contact at the resort. This is a hidden gem and if in doubt, BOOK!!

Terrific family vacation

What a great way to enjoy an All Inclusive experience with family. The various bedroom suite options made this such a fantastic way to spend with our young kids, who had their own bedrooms, allowing us to really enjoy our vacation after they went to sleep! Food was outstanding and service was terrific (except for peak times, where the service staff seemed to get overwhelmed). Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful, Clean, Modern 2 bedroom penthouse with pool

Amanda was so great to book with! She made everything easy and was very responsive when we ran into a couple hiccups. I would definitely recommend booking with her if you are interested in this resort! The main reason I would book through her over others with access to this property is that she is a Platinum Plus member and because of that you will receive the same Platinum Plus benefits during your stay. This means that you get to use the pool and beach side cabanas for free, have two free tours with your stay, free laundry service, free babysitting and much more!

Easy to Arrange + Incredible Stay = GREAT deal

From the moment we contacted the owners to the moment we reluctantly left the property everything about this experience was phenomenal. We are a family of 6 (4 young kids) and are lucky to have traveled a lot but chose to give this a try as a short flight with young kids for a quick break was what was needed and we don't regret it for a minute. The owners were beyond responsive to our requests and a pleasure to deal with. We felt reassured from moment one that we weren't walking in to something different than what was promised. And then when we got there it turned out to be even more than what was promised. A great safe place for kids which enabled us to relax and enjoy the break too. Lots of variety of foods to keep kids and adults alike happy. Accommodating staff, wonderful hospitality and lots to do, We were sad to leave but happy that we now have a new favorite place close to the West coast. Better than Hawaii and better deal every day of the week.

An amazing family holiday with everything and more

We had the most amazing holiday. Myself and My wife went with our two children.The accommodation was truly amazing and perfect for the family. Everything was perfect from beginning to the end just a shame we had to come home. The owner was amazing she helped with every detail that we asked for and also was in contact when we needed something. She made the whole experience enjoyable. We will be booking again

Best family vacation 10/10

From the moment we arrived the staff treated us like family and were attentive to every detail or request we had . As a family of 5 traveling with 3 under 9, every thing was perfect! From pools and food were exceptional! The beaches and services also superior, for a Mexico retreat this was brilliant and we will be coming back for sure . Kids club, high quality ala cart food, fun bikes, and the afternoon ice cram trolly that we btouhfht around the pool daily were the treats that kept me and my 3 boys happy and will bring us back Again ! The property owner was amazing to work with and get follow up wa appreciated greatly. The bonus two outtings were a treat and we recommend Nuevo adventures katamaran trip ( waterfalls white beaches and snorking- all age fun )

Myself and My Husband and our two Children equally enjoy all aspects of the resort. Whether its eating in one of the fine dinning restaurants or having a casual meal followed by a re laxing swim or sitting by one of the many
fire pits .
My husband uses a wheel chair and considers the resort Wheel chair friendly. All the staff are very helpful which means i also get a holiday.

They are all so wonderful, we just love visiting them all and have made many friends here! The staff remain constant which i feel says a lot about a resort and product.
