Callejon De Regina @ Zona Colonial

Vi ligger i hjärtat av La Zona Colonial omgiven av de bästa restaurangerna, barerna, museerna och andra historiska attraktioner i området. Vi är bara fem minuter från de färska vindarna i Karibiska havet i stadens Malecon.

Ett nyligen renoverat kolonialt hem. Det första hemmet som ingår i den historiska "Callejon de Regina". Våra gäster skulle njuta av oberoende av att navigera i Zonal Colonial-attraktionerna själva eftersom alla attraktioner ligger på kort avstånd.

Vårt hem är en hybrid av historisk arkitektur och modern interiör. Det fantastiska takfönstret ger morgonljus och lyser upp huset med naturligt solljus. Sovrummen är bekvämt luftkonditionerade och i vårt kök kan gästerna laga sina egna hemlagade måltider om deras utflyktstid tillåter det.
Affärsfolk kommer att njuta av lugnet som huset erbjuder.

Great location / Great host

The host made everything so easy. All communication was perfect and so helpful especially as it was our first time in the Country. We loved the location of the VRBO in Zona Colonial. From the café steps away, to the other numerous recommendations the host made our stay so very enjoyable. My wife and I look forward to returning in the future.

This is a spacious home located near the Zona Colonial. Very clean with strong wifi which I needed to run my online sales business. Regina was a great host who was very responsive to all my needs.

Great base for exploring Zona Colonial

This apartment had everything we needed for our stay in Santo Domingo. The location was perfect for exploring Zona Colonial on foot, and on-street parking was available or a secure parking lot nearby. The kitchen was well appointed, the wi-fi worked great all the time, the washer and dryer were a bonus, and the air conditioning in the bedrooms was a nice break from the heat. I would note that the second bedroom has no window, so can feel a bit gloomy, but we enjoyed hanging out in the living space with the windows open and hearing the street life outside. Would stay here again. Communication with the host was very easy and Dinorka was very helpful.

Excellent

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is excellent—located in easy walking distance to a number of bars, restaurants, and other attractions—and the property itself is clean and safe. The owner is very communicative, and the WiFi and A/C are strong. We were very pleased and would definitely stay here again.

Great Colonial House

The house is in the perfect location Callejon de Regina which is walking distance from everything in the Colonial Zone. The house was clean and the host was 100%. Perfect communication and there for us for anything we needed. Thank you.

Amazing location

My family and I loved to stay at Callejon De Regina. Definitely an amazing location in the Colonial Zone. The apartment it's spacious and with character. Be sure to ask for direction on how to find the box with the key, It took us a bit to get it. Finally, thank you for letting us stay at your place.

All the necessary amenities were provided at the home to make the stay comfortable. The location gave access to all the great restaurants and places of interest in the Colonial Zone. Everything was clean, tidy and safe. Overall great stay!

Great convenient location

Great location within walking distance to all major sights in the zone colonial. The place is clean, modern and open. Nice breakfast available at the cafe down the alley.
