Välkommen till The Coachman Cottage, en helrenoverad, 1900 kvadratmeter stor familjesemesterbostad inbäddat i hjärtat av Havelock, North Carolina, hem för Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point. Coachman Cottage ligger i det väletablerade området i Hills of Foxcroft, bekvämt beläget utanför Hwy 70 och bara några minuter från MCAS Cherry Point främre grind. Idealiskt beläget mellan historiska New Bern och de vackra stränderna och charmiga städerna vid Crystal Coast, inklusive Atlantic Beach, Morehead City, Beaufort och Emerald Isle.

Coachman Cottage rymmer upp till sex personer, med 2 sovrum, vardera inredda med en queen size-säng och ett loftområde med en cabriolet soffa och en stor stol med dubbla utdrag. Bottenvåningen har ett spa-liknande angränsande badrum med regndusch där du kan lyssna på din favoritmusik med Bluetooth-ljudhögtalare. På övervåningen finns badkar / dusch. Sängkläder och handdukar tillhandahålls.

Njut av ett fullt utrustat kök och matplats med plats för sex, ett rymligt och inbjudande vardagsrum med vedeldad spis och ett stort utomhusdäck för underhållning och grill. Gott om parkering finns med privat uppfart. Coachman Cottage sitter på en lugn cul-de-sac med stor privat trädgård.

Vi är Rose & Gary, ett pensionerat USMC-par som har bott på Coachman Lane i 25 år. Vi har haft glädje av att förvandla vår tidigare grannhem till The Coachman Cottage. Du kommer att njuta av den hemtrevliga atmosfären i vårt lugna område. Vi kan nås via telefon, text eller e-post och det är upp till dig hur mycket interaktion du vill ha.

Havelock är centralt beläget för en semesterbostad som är intresserad av att upptäcka historien, charmen och äventyret i vår bit av östra North Carolina. Inom en kort halvtimmes bilresa kan du turnera i North Carolina första huvudstad i Tryon Palace, njuta av en Pepsi på sin födelseort, tillbringa en dag med tårna i sanden, ta en färjetur ut till Cape Lookout eller se naturen hästar på Shackleford Banks. Och det är bara början på det roliga som vårt område erbjuder.

Wonderful place to stay

What a great property this is. The cottage is spacious yet cozy and very comfortable. Rosie was a great host and her attention to detail with the decorating and amenities is top notch. The beautiful town of New Bern and the beach at Atlantic Beach are a short drive away, so you can't beat the location. We had a great stay and highly recommend this to others.

The property was perfect !! It was well maintained and family friendly. The location was perfect for our little ones to safely ride their bikes and play outside. The owners of the property were very inviting and made our stay wonderful !!

Charming and comfortable home

You could tell that the owners really put some thought into the remodel and decor of this home and it showed! It was so nice to be there instead of a hotel where we could be comfortable with family instead of separated by "units".

Perfect home away from home!

This property was perfect for our stay near the ocean. It was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and had everything we might need (even aloe vera for when we got sunburned!). There was even a little gift basket when we arrived. Rose made us feel very welcome and even checked to see how we were doing. The location was just right for everything we wanted to do.

Coachman Cottage

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Coachman Cottage. The cottage is super clean and has everything you will need for your stay. The house is very spacious and in like new condition. Rose and Gary are wonderful hosts make you feel very welcome. I would definitely stay at this cottage again when we are visiting the area.

Wonderful stay!

My families stay at the Coachman Cottage was absolutely wonderful! Rose and Gary thought of every little detail to make your stay at this home pleasant and enjoyable! Super CLEAN!!! Nice, quiet neighborhood. The is one of the top VRBO's we have ever stayed at. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay at this home. We definitley look forward to returning in the future.

Beautiful Cottage

Coachman Cottage was beautifully furnished and equipped in every way. We’ve stayed in many different VRBO homes over the years and this one is at the top of our list. Coachman Cottage also includes a beautiful backyard cabana with fire pit and a nearby barbecue grill. We enjoyed our time outside as well as in the cottage. We highly recommend to anyone staying in the area..

Excellent!

We stayed at this property to spend time with our Marine over Thanksgiving. The house is exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, and beautifully remodeled. Rose and Gary were readily available for any questions. The snacks and beverages they left were much appreciated after our long drive. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing TG

my son is stationed at Cherry Point Marine base and we wanted to have Thanksgiving with him. We looked for a home and found this one. This home was just lovely and cozy for a family holiday. The owners were amazing and helped us all along the way. Also have to mention that the kitchen is very well stocked with all the pans and utensils you could want. We loved it and I will be back someday!

Absolutely wonderful!

Rose has thought of everything in this beautiful house. It was new, clean, comfortable, extremely well stocked and welcoming. There was a welcome basket and letter waiting for us, instructions for anything we wanted to use and a wonderful cabana in the backyard where we could relax and enjoy time with our family. We’ve rented several homes through VRBO but none as nice or perfect as this one. We will definitely stay again. Well worth it!

We were in Havelock for a wedding at Neuse Breeze wedding venue. This house was so convenient!!!! We can not say enough about how much we loved this house. Perfection!

In town for a special event, the Coachman Cottage was the perfect home base for us. Clean and comfortable, beautiful house! The kitchen has all the necessary dishes, cookware, utensils that you need as well as a nicely supplied spice rack and basic condiments. Some water and soft beverages are also in the fridge. There is regular and decaf coffee and filters as well as sugar and sweeteners and powdered creamer in the pantry. Paper plates and napkins are also furnished. We couldn't have asked for anything nicer!

Coachman Cottage stay for family wedding

Beautiful home & lovely hosts. Accomdations worked well for 6 adults. Great family gathering spaces, inside & out. We felt very welcome and right at home, hosts welcomed us with a personalized welcome sign and snacks (special touch)! Coachman Cottage is beautiful inside & out, the backyard cabana is especially cool. The house is equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen, laundry & bathrooms. Everything was clean & well taken care of. Extras included information on local sites & places of interest, yard games, card & board games, kayaks and outdoor grill. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & highly recommend.

Left No Doubt

It was a experience for my family as we celebrated my daughter's graduation from ECU. We really enjoyed the gas fire pit and use of the grill.The home was lovely and we would definitely come back for again! Hopefully we can use the kayaks next time. Thanks for sharing your home!

Perfection

We so enjoyed Coachman’s Cottage! All the comforts you could want in a home away from home - plus a lovely neighborhood and charming backyard. Best of all are the hosts: Rose and Gary are the BEST. We have stayed at many other rentals and have never before experienced the hospitality, thoughtfulness and warmth that Rose and Gary provided. We will definitely be back!

We are Rose & Gary, a retired USMC couple who have lived on Coachman Lane for 25 years. Over the years of raising our 3 daughters in Havelock, we have been active in the community by volunteering in youth sports. We have served on the boards and coached t-ball, Little League baseball and Pop Warner football.

Varför värden valde detta boende

After having been stationed in California, Hawaii and North Carolina, we chose to settle in Havelock because of it's friendly small town atmosphere. Having owned and managed rental properties for the past 15 years, we were excited to renovate our former neighbor’s home and turn it into our first vacation rental.
