Condo

The condo was the prefect size for me and my husband...we were on the 5th floor and had a good view of the beach.. the elevator didnt work one day but later on ir worked bur we had a great time and will come back soon...thank you for being so informative about everything and thanks for the goodies

Review of Harbor Place 502

Beach ball properties did an amazing job, but the rental was lacking. The air-conditioning did not work. The toaster did not work and the stove is on level and not very many amenities such as utensils and pans that actually worked.

Fall break getaway

Nice stay. Harbor Place is a good place to stay. Nice beach, good pool, very good parking, and close to everything. Condo had what we needed. Beachball Properties did a very good job.

Short Family Getaway

Perfect location for young children. It is close to the beach with great third-party beach service. It has an indoor and outdoor connected pool that my kids loved. Will be looking to stay there again in the upcoming years.

Clean, spacious and great location.

Very clean property and spacious for a one bedroom on the beach. This is a quiet property - mainly snowbirds or families with young children during the winter months. Would definitely recommend this unit to others.

Perfect Getaway

Overall our stay was great! This condo is a perfect location and has quick and direct access to the beach. The kitchen has the bare necessities but if you plan on cooking anything that requires more than the basics, bring a few utensils.

Just what I needed

Small low priced condo right off the beach. Not Beach front but since I was there for a soccer tournament this was just what I needed. Some time at the beach and close enough to the soccer fields.

Harbor place 502

We enjoyed our room and stay very much. Only thing is when I did laundry the dryer vent hadn't been cleaned out in a while and the bathtub drain is clogged. Overall It was a great experience andi look forward to coming back.

Love the decor and my husband loved the ship picture!

The unit was very nice, cool, liked being on the 4th floor, balcony was nice, very clean, and comfortable. Decor was very nice and felt very much like a beach vacation. We had not been on vacation in 4 years and we had a wonderful time. Need more cookware, kitchen needed restocking otherwise it was A grade. Thanks for letting us stay!

Nice place

The room was very nice. Clean and comfortable. The only complaint is I thought I was getting ocean front and I could hardly see the ocean. That was disappointing.

The apartment was nice and cozy..very clean.and the pool and hot tub were great..the only issue was the patio furniture wasn't comfortable. Would have been better with a shorter table and chairs instead of stools

It was cozy, had a nice view of the sunset. Main bathroom "door" would never stay fully shut, patio furniture wouldnt work well for small children. Bed very squeaky. Kitchen worked great and plenty of room for cooking. Dishes provided.

Nice but could use some updating. Kitchen could use more supplies, not really enough to cook a meal. Would have been nice to know to expect construction is in progress at this location.

Beach trip 2022

This was our first time staying at Harbour Place. The unit was very clean except for the rug and couches. They were pretty gross. There are hardly any utensils, dishes or pots and pans to cook with. Not even a strainer to drain ground beef or noodles for spaghetti or tacos…thankfully, there a was a pizza pan with holes in it. The grill in the pics on the balcony was so rusted, we were afraid to use it. The handle is barely hanging on. The pics make the living room area look so much bigger than it is. Location was great and overall stay was good. Not sure we will choose this unit again though.

Not as expected

Promises made on website to repair sliding doors and get cleaning crew to improve cleaning standards weren't fulfilled. Electric grill fried itself and shorted breaker while cooking first meal. Tried to reset breaker but panel was painted shut. Had to wait an hour for maintenance person to show and he had no idea where breakers were. Tried to finish meal in oven but no ovenware or pans were available. No replacement grill or even an apology was offered.. We were told that construction was still going on in building and we accepted that, but we did 't know that meant there would be hammering and scrapping on the roof directly above our unit from before 7am until after 8pm every day except Sunday. We also didn't expect to have shaved Styrofoam and nails coming down on us while out on the deck. I SHOULD HAVE STAYED AWAY, AND YOU SHOULD TOO.

Pretty much as advertised

The good.....this was the cheapest place on the beach that I could find. It was clean except for one area that I'll refer to in the bad. This building is beach front with great access. Check in was easy. Parking was nice. We were able to park in the covered area every night which was a bonus. The location is good. .3 miles to a great state park with miles of trails. Close to restaurants and a wal-mart. Liqour store is across the street. The bad.....the one area not clean was the shower.....the grout is 100% mold.....like I said everything else was clean. You are warned that you only get 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 dish washing detergent, 1 trash bag, and one laundry soap. Yes we were warned, but that's pretty cheap......especially with the dish washing detergent which you are mandated to run upon checkout. The kitchen supplies were pretty weak....a few cups....of which one was melted and one was leaking....a few dollar store frying pans. The electric grill on the patio was pretty scary. Someone mentioned it in a previous review.....I was afraid to even attempt. Last but not least......I specifically messaged Beachball properties to see if the pool was open and construction was done. I was told yes. Construction is still ongoing and apparent.....the outdoor pool is closed. All in all.....this unit met our needs, but isn't up to par with other rentals. Go in with your eyes open and you will be fine. Read all reviews. They are spot on.

We really liked the condo over all. It's the first time we've had so much storage capacity in the kitchen. We were able to store all of our foods and keep the counterspace empty. The layout was perfect for us. The only concerns we had were that there aren't enough dishes in the unit to be able to use the dishwasher. EX. We had only 3 bowls and 2 mugs. The skillets provided were too worn to safely use. We went to Walmart and purchased some for our use. We never could find any potholders. The bathroom door in the master bedroom doesn't completely shut, making privacy difficult. Our concerns were certainly not issues that would keep us from choosing this location again if we are ever in the area.

Summertime Trip 2022

We always enjoy our summer beach trip. Your room needs some TLC though. I bought pots and a pot holder for your future guests. There was 1 4 quart pot to use for cooking. There was a few skillets and bakeware pans. The bathroom sink and shower faucets constantly drip. There is a bad recepticle in the kitchen only 1 plug works. The refrigerator is dripping water from the back freezer part into the fridge. And please upgrade the 5 cup coffee maker. Just wanted to be honest and let you all know.
