Home ligger 20 minuter från I-75, 3 miles från I-575, 5 minuter från centrala Kanton, 4. 5 miles från Lake Allatoona, 25 minuter från Lakepoint Sports Complex, 16 miles från Downtown Woodstock, och mindre än en timmes bilresa från Atlanta.
Hemmet ligger på en trevlig trädbevuxen mycket. Bakgården har ett stort däck, lekplats för barnen och gott om utrymme att springa runt och leka.
Bra läge för konkurrerande fiskare eller båtfartyg. Cherokee Mills Park båtramp är bara 4. 5 miles på vägen. Uppfarten är tillräckligt stor för att parkera 2 båtar och två dragfordon.
Den närmaste stranden ligger mindre än 10 minuters bilresa från huset.

We were in town for a baseball tournament through East Cobb. The location was perfect for us. Amenities were close to the house and baseball fields were nearby for hitting.The house needs some updates overall and it’s the only reason it’s not a 5 out of 5 for me.Owner was easy to get in touch with and got back in a timely manner.

We liked the house but didn’t realize there were so many stairs. We did not sleep in the bedroom downstairs because of the bugs all over the floor and garage. We only had 5 towels and 2 wash clothes to use with 5 people for 3days.

Great place to stay

House was as advertised! Great location. Lots of cool stuff around like the Blue Cat Lodge from the Netflix series Ozark. Plenty of nearby restaurants. I will definitely make this my go to place when in the Atlanta area.

Great Stay

We stayed at this property for the 14U NATIONAL Championship Baseball Tournament at Lakepoint. The house is nice and clean met all of our needs. Property owner was fantastic.

My wife and I were born and raised in Michigan. I enjoy purchasing homes and renovating them. My wife is a teacher and LOVES to travel during her time off. Several years back, we began vacationing in Florida and looked into renting VRBO properties and loved the concept. We decided to convert this property to a vacation property so that we could provide guests in our home market a vacation home.
