Not recommended for overnight stay

The view was beautiful, and the room was clean; however, the furniture did not match what was shown in the photos. The kitchen had a few basic dishes, pots, and utensils, but lacked essentials like salt and pepper, paper towels, dish soap, or dishwasher detergent. There was nothing available to actually clean the dishes, so we had to resort to using hand sanitizer.It seemed that the TV had been removed from the primary bedroom, though there were TVs in the living room and second bedroom. We were only provided with bath towels in both bathrooms. I returned to the front desk to request more towels, I was informed of a policy requiring guests to exchange used towels before 3:00 PM each day. I explained that we had just checked in, and they eventually gave us exactly five face towels but refused to provide any extras for the following morning.We arrived around 4:30 PM which was too late to use the pool or beach services, and the restaurant was already closed. With check-in at 4:00 PM, there's little opportunity to enjoy the amenities for a one-night stay. For this reason, I would not recommend this hotel for short visits.

Worst stay Ever

The people are NOT FRIENDLY! the facility was crappy. Our room was on the street side. The noise from traffic was horrific. Went to deal to ask for Rowles and was told towels will be delivered to our room. The staff need some training about being nice and friendly. Or they need to find another job NOT dealing in hospitality. If I was the manager of this facility, I would send all employees to a training about courtesy and then fire those employees who are not nice and friendly. The clerks in the market store were rude and were watching a show on their laptop or talking loudly on speaker phone while we were trying to ask questions. The beds were horrible! I will never stay at this facility again and discourage everyone I know to avoid this facility.

The property on poor condition, doesn’t look like the pictures at all, no appliances in the kitchen,microwave old and rusty, carpet dirty, the ace smells, rust in the corners.

Beach Stay

I was very disappointed with my stay at this condo. The photos posted online were not an accurate representation of the actual unit. The pictures showed a modern, updated space with an ocean view, but what we arrived to was very different: everything was old, dated, and worn, and there was no ocean view as advertised.When I brought this up with the owner BEFORE I booked, they insisted the photos were accurate, but that was not my experience. I feel misled and would not have booked this unit if the listing had shown the reality. It’s frustrating to feel like you didn’t get what you paid for.I recommend future guests clarify details with the host and ask for recent photos before booking.

Not all bad but wouldn’t stay again

Outside areas were beautiful with nice pool and the beach was very close and easily accessible. However, there were many unusual rules that inhibited enjoying our time there as well as hidden fees. This unit was not as advertised and not at all well stocked for daily living. Minimal pans, dishes and silver ware. No kitchen towels, paper products or cleaning products. Slow response from front desk and property contact person regarding questions, however most issues resolved fairly. Floors were not clean but the rest of the place was pretty clean. This is an older property so looks less clean. Staff was not very friendly.

Overnight stay

We stayed overnight before our cruise. This is a little older building but the view is amazing. Served its purpose. Bed is comfy. Only problem was not a single pot or pan to cook with. Overall I would definitely recommend this place.

Short stop before flight

Thankfully, this was just a short stop before our flight. Location, check in and parking were as advertised but the room itself was minimally equipped and not as pictured. Couch was super uncomfortable. They were double beds (not Queen) in both bedrooms, no hand soap, no dish soap, no face cloths.A 3-star at best.

Our room was way outdated. The floors/carpet were dirty, the beds very hard and just over all an old feeling. Beach area is very nice BUT there are not many restaurants or shops to walk to at all. I was charged a 60 parking fee and 120 extra person fee even though I had NO parking or extra person. I was able to get this refunded. I would not go back to this location.

This property was perfect for our 1 night stay prior to a cruise. Although not close to the port we wanted to enjoy the beach and for this the location was wonderful Property is exactly as advertised.

This place is a dump.

The whole building is dirty and run-down. Tons of deferred maintenance. The rooms have virtually no amenities. You get a bed and a towel and that is it. They have a restaurant/lounge, but we did not dare eat or drink there.

August vacations

Nous sommes arrivés au milieu de la nuit, les gardiens nous ont bien accueilli. L appartement etait propre et fonctionnel. Conforme a l annonce vue mer, etage élevé. C etait genial de voir chaque jour le levé du soleil sur la mer. La cuisine est équipée four, micro onde, lave vaisselle conforme a l annonce mais il y a tres peu d accessoires pour une famille de 5: pas de saladier, uniquement des petites casseroles, pas de passoire ou d essoreuse, juste 6 couverts pas plus. L emplacement est ideal en bord de mer, on met son maillot de bain, on descend et on a le choix entre plage et piscine. Il y a 2 transat a disposition par chambre, un service pour prendre des serviettes de plage , le parasol est payant 20usd sur la plage. On nous avait dit que le parking voiture etait inclus dansoe prix de la chalbre et bien non, c est 30usd par jour, surcout pas prevu au voyage, les parkings dans la rue sont egalement payant... au pied de l immeuble il y a l arret de bus pour le trolley miami beach gratuit et l arret de bus 100 payant qui permet l aller en ville. Tres pratique. En resume un tres beau sejour., nous recommendons.

There was not enough towels for the amount of people in the room. The master bedroom did not have a TV. It mentions there is a washer, but it does not mention you must pay for this and it is a $10 minimum. The TV in the living area was very small. There was no bedding for the pull out couch. There were many stains on the carpet in the rooms which looks really nasty. There was only one bowl in the cabinet, so there was not enough to even have cereal. There were very few utensils and only a few glasses. This place was for 6 people but you could not even set the table for 6 people.

Oh my the view!!!

Okay, these ratings are subjective crap at best. So let me just say that this place is not a utopia, but it is a freakin' fabulous place to stay and be close enough to south beach to ride the free trolley. It is clean, the view of the ocean is spectacular and the place was clean. Okay, the walls may have some spots of ill-repair. There were a few spots on the carpet. But if you are going to niggle over such small things, then go to the 4seasons!! This place was affordable, had a great view, a pool and we could walk to the beach! Nuff said. Stop looking for perfection and consider that the price you pay affords you a view which only God could make. My friends and I had a fabulous time, enjoyed the view, and met great people. Based on that, I am satisfied.

This was a quick over night stay before our cruise. The accommodations were perfect! The location was perfect for me. I liked being right at the beach and the owner of the outside restaurant was very friendly and the food was great! I’d stay there again! Some other friends that stayed somewhere else came to visit and said they would stay here next time.
