The house was Great!!

The stay was great! The house needed a little updating inside and I’d suggest maybe running the pool heater in February as it was in the 60’s for 2/3 days and would have been nice to utilize the pool while we were there but other than that the house was Great! Charlie was friendly and quick to respond with any questions we had. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone and will hopefully be staying here again soon.

Annual Guys Trip

Nice neighborhood, quick communications, brand new washer and dryer. It was a little thing, but when you turned on kitchen lights only 1 out of 5 bulbs came on. Grill in back yard uses charcoal briquets. Would go back.

Spacious home in great location

Enjoying spending 6 weeks in Las Vegas in this well located home. I utilized the den/4th bedroom as my office away from home. The owner was very responsive to some initial concerns. The kitchen was well stocked with small appliances. The bedding was comfortable and plentiful. We enjoyed having breakfast viewing the beautiful well maintained pool.

Comfortable and Convenient

The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood where we felt safe going for a walk. It is an older home but very spacious and comfortable. The beds all had new mattresses and the Master was very comfortable, (we didn't try the others). Most of the appliances were brand new and very nice, the dishwasher wasn't. Charlie the owner was easy to interact with and always got back to us immediately whenever we texted him with questions. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would recommend this property to everyone.

No Air Conditioning, owner in Asia and unreachable

Some minor annoyances (door springs/closers broken, dishwasher shelf broken and wired together) but the biggest problem was no A/C. The first few days were cool so no problem, but then it got hot and we were unable to get the owner to send in repairmen. They finally repaired the system at 10:00am on the day we were leaving.
