We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Anne was a wonderful host. The guesthouse is clean, organized, and cozy with a nice view of the water. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and private. Great historical area to explore. We would be happy to return!

This was our second stay with Anne in the peaceful waterfront property. The location on the North River permits excellent kayaking and canoeing! We also enjoy the spacious open living space--so comfortable and charming. Plus, the spot is really close to Nuttall's country store and downtown Gloucester. We will definitely stay again.

Very peaceful area. Nice restaurants but limited. We had a wonderful host on a very relaxing property. Lots of history and friendly community.

A beautiful property and a wonderful owner. Communication was excellent and Anne's recommendations for things to do was extra helpful. The property is quiet, private and tranquil, plus there is so much History in the area to get out and explore.Thank you for a wonderful long weekend stay!

So, 2 nd time i have been there since last year. Love the house, quietness, the country environnement, kayak, little renew terrasse, well equip housse and kitchen !!! Only one thing. The futon coach mattress and cover need to be replace. Not much confortable..., and the prise, since i paid in Canadian dollars with rate change could be a bit better. but that's it. Will go back there for sure !!

Anne and Davis were incredible hosts. had a few hiccups that were outsode anyones control (power outage) but the communication was spot on and we were very well taken care of

It was a wonderful place and Anne could not have been more helpful. Some old college/grad school friends and I were in town for an event. We didn’t have much spare time to really take advantage of all the property and area have to offer. That said, I will certainly return to both Gloucester and this house!

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I would definitely recommend the place and would stay there again.

Great time on the Chesapeake Bay. The weather was great for getting outside, not too hot in September. Had a couple of nice sits by the water. Very peaceful and quiet.

Great location and property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Anne’s property. It was clean, well-maintained and convenient to the Historical Triangle. Anne is a wonderful host making sure we had all we needed to enjoy our stay. We’ll certainly plan to visit again!
