Laura Cottage är en 2 sovrum, 2 badrum stuga ligger i hjärtat av Okoboji. 5 minuter till den offentliga stranden, The Emporium, The Green Space, Arnolds Park och downtown barer och restauranger. Denna fastighet har två nivåer. På övervåningen rummet har en queen size-säng, queen size bäddsoffa och en enkelsäng. På nedre våningen finns två queen size-sängar och en enkelsäng, en sminkdisk med spegel och en hårtork. Stugan har också en full storlek kylskåp, spis med ugn, mikrovågsugn, griddle, brödrost, utomhus gasgrill, kaffebryggare, kastruller och pannor och disk / redskap, pappershanddukar, skräpspåsar, diskmedel och diskmatta alla levererade. Duschhanddukar och sängkläder finns också. Däck med stolar med utsikt över West Lake. 2 badrum med toalett, handfat, dusch och spegel. Vi är belägna i alla åtgärder precis tvärs över gatan från offentliga hamn tillgång till West Lake Okoboji och roliga saker att göra allt inom gångavstånd.

About Our Stay

We really enjoyed our stay overall, it was a great location. Our group rented out all 3 of the houses, which worked really well. There was plenty of towels/wash cloths, as well as other necessary home supplies. We would definitely stay again in the future.

Great for larger group!

Nick’s place worked great for what we needed since we didn’t spend a ton of time at the place. The location was much closer to everything we wanted to do than we thought, which was a huge plus - Arnold’s park for volleyball/small beach area, downtown bars, food, and just a short drive to Okoboji Boat Works for our rental! Would recommend to another group who plans to just sleep at the place - there isn’t a ton of room for getting ready, but plenty of beds!

Location, location location !!

Clean cabin located in the heart of the action in Arnold’s Park. Walking distance to the bars, restaurants and shopping. Cabin is small for gathering of people, but comfortably sleeps 8 people. We had an excellent experience!!

Great 4day/3night Stay

Fun, low key vacation in Okoboji. Laura Cottage was perfect for our family. Great location, comfy beds, nice to have 2 bathrooms, and a great deck for morning coffee.

Great location!

We brought our teenage daughters and 5 of their friends to this cabin. It was large enough to accommodate all of us sleeping comfortably. The basement bedroom was nice and cool because it was very hot and humid when we were there. Will stay again in the future.

Darling cabin, close to the fun.

This cabin was very clean and well organized. Lots of room to sleep. The kitchen was very small, but stocked with everything you might need to cook. Located very close to restaraunts, shopping, and Arnold's park. We had a great stay!

Great place/location!

We stayed here for a night for a virtual conference. It was perfect for us! We were able to walk to food/entertainment! The kitchen and bathroom were on the smaller side, but we didn’t intend to really use any of it much. Perfect for us!

Great location!

This cute little cottage had a great vibe. It's location was perfect for us to walk to Arnold's Park. There were plenty of beds for everyone and it was very clean. Tiny bathrooms and showers but we didn't spend much time at the house so it was fine. We didn't have any contact with the hosts because everything was working fine. I thought this cottage was a great value.

Great location, great vacation!

This is a great property located within walking dista nce of everything you need to have fun on the lake! We stayed in Laura. It was very spacious, adorably decorated, very clean, room to sleeps lots of people. Sitting on the deck was a great way to enjoy the summer evenings and people watch. The wagon was perfect for our stroll to the beach. The owners were very responsive online. I met Nick just before my check-in and he couldn’t have been nicer. It was really a great place for our first trip to Lake Okoboji. Just a couple of things to mention. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, there just really isn’t a place to sit and eat a meal together. The mattresses on the large beds are incredibly firm. The showers are tight, a shelf on the wall would have been great for soap and shampoo. Definitely not deal breakers, especially for a weekend stay. Overall, an enjoyable stay, great property, great owners.

Great place to stay

We had 2 families for a total of 6 adults and 3 kids and the place was perfect for us. The kids were able to walk across the street to a public dock to fish and ride their bikes around. Great location close to the Emporium and Arnold's Park and every where else we wanted to go.

Loved this place!

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was much bigger than the pictures showed. The kitchen was a little difficult to cook in but cooking isn’t a main focus while in Okoboji. Would definitely book again.
