Otroligt bekvämt till Comalfloden, Schlitterbahn, restauranger i centrum och barer och musikställen. Du kan gå överallt. Central luft. Välutrustat kök med Keurig. Tvättmaskin torktumlare. Enkel promenad till 10 restauranger. Höghastighetsinternet. TV i vardagsrum och varje sovrum. Sovrummet har king size-säng och eget badrum med dusch. 2: a badet har en klo fot badkar. Utegrill. Gott om parkering. Byggd 1929, helt uppgraderad. 1 247 kvadratfot. Högt i tak, trägolv. Stor gård. Tio minuter till Gruene. Float Inn på Comal på röret är ett kvarter bakom huset. Family get away

The Haus was great! We had friendly visitors (deer family) upon our arrival! Close to restaurants and outdoor activities! Leslie was easy to contact if anything was needed. Will definitely be back!

Float the river getaway.

The house is located in a perfect area to walk everywhere. If you want to float the Comal River, it is a quick walk. If you want great breakfast, lunch or dinner options, it is a 6-10 minute walk. No driving needed, it was perfect!

Charming cottage!

Charming well appointed cottage. Super close to everything New Braunfels has to offer. Stayed for Wurstfest 2023--just a few block walk to the entrance of the fairgrounds. Will stay there again!

The location of this house can’t be beat. A 5 min walk to downtown, 3 min walk to the Tube chute… amazing. The house was exactly as described and they were no surprises.

Floating trip

GREAT LOCATION!! We come every year and this is by far the best location we've ever had. Walking distance to Float In(our favorite) ....the restaurants....and Landa Park. Very Comfortable Stay!

We stayed here with our tween/teen kids and had plenty of room. Everything we needed was there, including cookware and basic spices for cooking dinner. Despite blazing heat, we stayed comfortably cool in the house and even enjoyed time on the back porch watching the deer. The house was very close to everywhere we needed to go. The host checked in frequently and we had no problems. We would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant stay in a welcoming environment

Excellent location to explore downtown New Braunfels on foot and the local area via vehicle. Off season the foot bridge over the river is very convenient. Two large bed rooms, one ensuite with a spacious walk in tiled shower and a second bath with a lovely claw foot tub. Nice porches on east and west of the house to sit in the sun or shade as desired. Large working kitchen stocked with the necessary items to handle a short or more long term stay. Owners took the effort to provide items needed on a daily basis from a carousel of k-cups to a wealth of small items like a laundry basket. Leslie and Tom were available for questions and concerns and get two paws up for providing a welcome environment for someone traveling with a large (albeit well mannered) canine.

Tom and I live in downtown New Braunfels. Leslie grew up coming to New Braunfels from her home in Baytown, Texas. It is a pleasure to share these homes with guests. Floating the Comal river in the afternoon is so relaxing. You may be hot when you get in but you won't be when you get out. We provide river tubes.

We love the traditional wood Victorian houses. We love front porches for relaxing evenings. Downtown New Braunfels is filled with nightlife - music, food and drink. You can walk to everything downtown from our Market Haus. You can walk to Wurstfest. You can walk to Landa Park. You can walk to the Comal River with your tubes.
