Great location, perfect for a couple!

Great location with easy beach access, enough space for two couples for a day or two but after that it may feel too tight quarters. Kitchen lacks anything to use in the oven and knives are very limited (so buy that pre cut watermelon!). Washer and dryer was clutch but dryer took a long time to dry clothes. Living room is pretty tight as the layout is not as pictured.

Not bad at all!!!

If your looking for a nice little place that in my opinion sleeps 4 max. Just enough of what you need for the stay which was great for our 3 days 2 nights stay. The pool was completely closed which was a bummer so we hope that's fixed soon. The unit has some age to it and you can tell either dogs or smokes or both lived in this unit before it was turned into a VRBO. Over all we were happy.

Nice location,

Nice location and proximity to the beach, unit is small for a family with older teens, only one bathroom was a challenge, beds are not as advertised (not queens), seemed to be halfway through a kitchen remodel as the island was dated and the cooking accessories were lacking and less to be desired. We only cooked in one time because the kitchen did not have very good utensils.

All and all very pleased

Location was perfect. Within walking distance to everything to make your stay fun. On the downside, needs a new dryer. Took 3 times for towels to dry. TVs not easy to navigate. Maybe add to instructions. And lastly there was a ton of sand on the bed sheets. I am hoping the cleaners changed them prior to us getting there. But I somehow doubt it. Would I stay again. Absolutely!!!!

Great place

Stayed for a long weekend for my husband’s birthday. Place very clean and nice. Usually have to bring linens, towels etc to places like this, but they provided everything. Very close to the beach and jetted tub nice after a long day in the sun. Price is also reasonable. Would recommend!

Girl's weekend

The property is in a great location. It is close to the beach which wasn't very crowded and we could walk to secrets. The fridge took too long to cool down and the dryer wouldn't dry our things unless there were only four or less things. Overall we loved it. Decorated very cute but please get a few more mirrors for your lady guests.

Nice location; roomy and modern accommodations

Close to the beach, spacious and comfortable, this little gem provided a lovely get-a-way weekend for two. We really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, restaurants, mini golf and shopping. We really enjoyed our stay.

Good

Stay was good ! Sheets on the bed were a little dirty, and the dryer took an eternity to dry the clothes. The sofa bed was terrible to sleep On, felt like I was sleeping on the wires itself. Loved the Murphy bed ( that was the second queen bed). We enjoyed the Jetted tub, glad that they had Cookware and dishes, we enjoyed our stay ! Loved that we could just walk to the beach ! Everything we needed was right there! We can’t wait to come to Ocean City again.

Girls weekend

Overall this was a nice place. Walking distance to a lot of fun restaurants and bars. The check in was a little difficult because I was given the wrong passcode to get in. But reaching out to them I got a response back fairly quickly and was given the correct code. Smaller than I was expecting as far as sleeping but luckily we had just the right amount of people (5). Any more than that, especially all girls with one bathroom would have been pushing it. It was a fun weekend and a nice place !

Nice relaxing spot

Nice little condo with good location close to beach and other nice spots to enjoy in Ocean City. If beach is more important than boardwalk this is prime spot close to alot of nice bars and nice spots to eat. House was clean just some sand under the bed/cabinets no big deal. Wish instructions to check in where sent earlier in process was sent an email 8 hours before check in if that, and 4 hr drive so had to figure out what to do once there by calling vacasa. Overall pleasant and nice would stay again. I would say over priced but its prime time for beach 🤷🏼‍♂️

Issues

We had issues with cleanliness dirty laundry, dirty shower, and property is beat up, doors, walls, really need scrumbed down, island is not updated, washer and dryer dont work. Although it could have been much worse. It could have been better. So I would say it was alright, neighbors in this area complex very noisy. We did like the location though and we still enjoyed our vacation.

Cute place

This was a great place to stay. Clean enough except we had to throw trash away from someone who previously stayed and found a sock on the floor but nothing we called about so no worries. The beds were also SUPER soft. Some people like that. I had a hard time. Otherwise grwat location and great place

Lovely Place

Coastal Chic is a Lovely place I spend Valentine's weekend there with my family we all enjoyed it my only regret is the bed in master bedroom is not comfortable, other than that we have a very nice stay.

Nice place

The place was nice and very clean. The problem was there was about 30 to 40 teenagers hanging out on the corner of 56 Street and directly under that unit. They were hanging out watching cars ride up and down the streets burning rubber with and very loud mufflers. I even had to park on 55th St. because they had one of their vehicles parked in my spot and they took over the whole corner of the property. That continued until a little after midnight.

Once Was Enough

I would not stay here again. The review posted on July 11, 2019 was pretty spot on. As soon as we walked into the condo, we noticed the floors were dirty with broken up cookies left under the kitchen table. Before even getting unpacked and settled, I had to run the vacuum in each room of the place to get the floors cleaned. The stove top, tub and dining room table were also dirty and had to be cleaned before getting situated. There were handprints all over the table and the stove had leftover food particles on it. The kitchen sink had virtually no pressure and was unusable for the duration of our trip. There were no instructions on how to use the jacuzzi tub and turning the knobs didn't turn on the jets. The lock on the sliding door leading to the balcony didn't work, so the door was unlocked while we were away or asleep, which was concerning. There were instructions not to adjust the thermostat below 70 or else the central air unit would freeze. So each night, we woke up sweating unable to adjust the temperature to a comfortable setting. With all of these issues, we decided to leave a day early to relax at our own home.

Very clean

My boyfriend and I were very excited for our stay. Everything was very clean and in a great location for someone trying to be in the middle of everything but not on the boardwalk. Our only 2 problems were the dryer takes 300 minutes to dry anything... no big deal though. We had the time. The main problem was the title of the listing says JETTED jacuzzi tub.... it’s broke. Nice bath tub but they really shouldn’t promote a jetted tub is the jets don’t work. Only real complaint... will book again if we head there next year!
