Periwinkle Cottage är en charmig stuga i skogen med en härlig havsutsikt. Periwinkle Cottage är undangömt i skogen ovanför en vik en mil söder om den norra spetsen av Campobello Island och på gångavstånd från den vackra East Quoddy Head Harbor-fyren och Head Harbor-hamnen där fungerande fiskebåtar bryggar och Whale Watch Tours tar passagerare . East Quoddy Head-fyren är en av de mest fotograferade i världen. Vid lågvatten kan du gå på havsbotten för att gå över till den ö där fyren sitter. Periwinkle är en 2-rums stuga med ett expansivt däck för fågel- och valskådning och en härlig utsikt över Pasaquoddy Bay. Njut av att äta utomhus med örnar och fiskgjuse som flyger över huvudet och ljudet av valar som matar i viken nedan. Enkel, närbild av valar är ofta på sommaren och i början av hösten. Detta är en privat och charmig tillflyktsort omgiven av träd och Adirondack-stolar på klippan med utsikt över vattnet

Perfect

Accommodations were clean. Great view of the ocean. Had a minor issue with the tub not draining well but owner had a plumber out the same day. Great communication. No complaints at all. We're already thinking of our next trip with family.

Perfect Getaway

The Oceanfront Cottage on Campobello Island is a perfect getaway: Nicely private with neighbors tucked away behind trees and shrubs, it’s located a short drive from Campobello museum and lighthouse and several restaurants. The house absolutely delightful! The deck, garden fire pit, and master bedroom all have a stunning view of the Bay of Fundy. The kitchen is well-equipped. NOTE: bring your groceries because the only store we could find had extremely sparse offerings.

Perfect Getaway!

We loved our stay at Periwinkle. It was super cute and the view was amazing. We sat on the porch watching the eagles for hours! The screened porch was lovely and a great spot to work a puzzle. Dennis was super helpful and friendly. We are looking forward to our return visit.

A Wonderful Stay at a beautiful property

Everything was great at this wonderful property. Dennis does it right! We had a Minke what out front every morning and other notable wildlife experiences. We love Campobello and we’ll be back.

Wonderful, special get away

We had a fabulous time on Campobello Island, in large part because of our amazing accommodations. The Periwinkle house is amazing - so well appointment, thoughtfully decorated, terrific host, great towels and pillows, and the VIEW! Super clean, location is perfect, we loved all of it. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Great Place

The wife and I had a short two day stay at the starfish cottage and be absolutely loved it, large cottage with everything we needed, love the island and the local residents, we will be sure to go back again

Campobello at its finest.

We loved our stay at Periwinkle cottage on Campobello. It was just the two of us and it is quaint and charming and well supplied. The weather didn't cooperate with our stay but that didn't matter. The cottage is right down the street from the Lighthouse and close to The Pier Restaurant which is great. If you want to try out Campobello, give this cottage a try.

Can’t wait to go back!

This cute, quiet cabin was everything I had hoped it would be. I really want to go back perhaps in September next year to experience a different season on the island. Delightful property

Lovely cottage, fully equipped and very clean. Owner very easy to connect with and very accommodating. Lots to see even before season officially begins. Loved late lunches on screened in porch and deck. Will return to catch migration of whales. Remember to top off gas tank before leaving Lubec -- no gas on Island. Great meals at The Porch. Numerous places to walk. Visits same spots at high and low tides to experience the amazing visual differences. Narrow entrance off Lighthouse Road and limited space to park, but manageable.

Cozy and peaceful

We had a wonderful stay at Periwinkle Cottage. The cottage is very small but has everything we needed and the screened in porch and deck are both great places to hang out when not exploring. It is extremely easy to cross the border into Lubec where we did some hiking and shopping. Campobello is such an interesting place and has miles of trails.
