Lägenhet med fantastisk utsikt, bestående av ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, stort vardagsrum med bäddsoffa, stort badrum, fullt utrustat kök, beläget vid strandpromenaden, i Praia dos Aveiros, mellan stränderna i Albufeira och Oura (ALGARVE) .
Vi erbjuder sängkläder och handdukar.
Tillträde är direkt till stranden.
Hela fritidsområdet är anlagd och stöttas av en stor pool med en frodig miljö.
Det har privat inomhus- och utomhusparkering.
De inre områdena är stora med balkong över havet.
Området är privilegierat: lugnt och mycket nära de livligaste utrymmena i Oura, där det finns barer, nöjen, restauranger, stormarknader, taxibilar, turistkontor och olika affärer.
Det är 5-10 minuters promenad från Ouras centrala område och nära Albufeiras centrala område. Stranden är privat och har en restaurang.

Amazing Stay!

My partner and I stayed for 5 nights and had an amazing time. Maria is a fabulous host, she was great from the moment we booked speedily answering any queries.We took an uber from the airport to the apartment arriving at 21:30 and Maria was waiting to greet us, helping us to sort out travel tax (20 total) and gave us a tour of the apartment with loads of info available to enhance our stay.The apartment is very clean and has everything you could need including a hairdryer, plenty of towels including beach towels, washing machine pods, shampoos, soaps and loads of bits to cook/make cups of tea. She even left us complimentary treats and a bottle of water chilling in the fridge. So thoughtful and appreciated!The balcony has an amazing view of the beach and there are two larger beaches either side that are walking distance. The apartment is located in a quiet, peaceful area but is a short walk to the lively strip with lots of bars, shops and restaurants. You can also get a uber into old down for about 4.There are shops walking distance to buy supplies. There is also an Aldi and Lidl quick uber/taxi away.There is an outdoor and indoor pool both lovely and clean with plenty of sun beds available throughout the day.Overall our stay was 5 stars all around. Thank you Maria for making our holiday so amazing! Can’t recommend enough!

Albufeira Stay

Maria is a great hostess. She greeted us warmly and went out of her way to take us to the supermarket to pick up supplies when we arrived. She has the condo well stocked and even had a few special treats there for us. She was also very accommodating with late check in and check out. Property is located a short distance away from the main shopping and restaurants but on a lovely small stretch of beach. It was hard for us to walk up the hill to get to restaurants due to bad backs, knees and hips but very easy to get an Uber to get us wherever we wanted to go.

Ocean view

Maria greeted us and gave us complete instructions. The condo is lovely with everything necessary to make a comfortable home. You can see the waves crashing from the the living room and you can hear them throughout the entire house even with the doors and windows shut! Plenty of parking and easy walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. We had a great time!

Fabulous in Every Way

We had an amazing stay in Albufeira! I cant say enough great things about this property and Host. The location was just above a beautiful little sandy beach, the view from our balcony was stunning, the pools were beautiful and inviting but the weather wasnt quite warm enough for a swim, the area was quiet and the Host was the most accommodating we have ever experienced. The kitchen was very well equipped with pots and pans, dishes and glasses and cutlery. It was wonderful to have a washer as we stayed for a month and used it several times. Maria was so sweet and responded quickly to any questions we had, she helped us with sightseeing around the area and made several helpful recommendations. This property is close to old town but far enough away not to be in the business of the area. Buses are fairly close although the walk to them was uphill but all doable.Lots of supermarkets and gift shops in the area also.JUST AN AMAZING STAY. We would definitely return.

Wunderschöner Meerblick

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf das Meer, Nach hinten raus ist es eine reine party Landschaft. Viele Clubs und Bars und um an schöne Gegenden zu gelangen muss man entweder mit dem Auto 10 min in die Altstadt fahren oder 30-45 min laufen. Von den Cöubs hört man nichts. Also im großen und ganzen eine sehr schöne Unterkunft.

Averios Beach Albufera Portugal

The location was excellent. You could walk the beach all the way to Old Town. Grocery shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Tourist train provided unlimited trips during the day. One the nicest features of our stay was that it was quiet and very relaxing. The view front balcony was spectacular and the apartment had everything you would need.

Lovely property

This property was a great location to use as a base to explore the Algarve. We especially loved the beach that was right in front of us with the sound of the surf. We also enjoyed the pool area, although not warm enough to enjoy a swim. The apartment had everything we needed and our host, Maria, was very helpful with providing information and ensuring our stay was enjoyable. The property is within walking distance of several restaurants. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Un petit coin de paradis

L'appartement de Maria est idéalement placé pour visiter cette magnifique région de l'Agarve. Il est spacieux et dispose d'une superbe terrasse avec vue sur l'océan ! Nous n'avons pas profité des piscines car les températures étaient un peu fraîches mais ça doit être parfait l'été ! La plage accessible en 2 minutes à pied est magnifique et ses alentours offrent de très belles promenades ! Bref tout était parfait et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Merci Maria !

Ein gelungener Urlaub

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Man muss aber wissen, dass ab Juni die englische Jugend einreist und die Stadt + Strand bevölkert. Das Bettgestell müsste bitte erneuert werden und für den Sommer wäre eine Klimaanlage schön. Sonst war alles top.

Super, super et encore super !!!

Notre hôte nous a réservé un accueil extraordinaire dans son appartement très spacieux avec une vue exceptionnelle sur l'océan🤩🤩🤩 Literie impeccable, nous avons très bien dormi. Résidence très propre, l'accès très simple et accessible à toute les personnes même avec des problèmes de mobilité. Piscine très propre et le jardin arboré et fleuri très très bien entretenu. Nous remercions beaucoup Maria pour ce séjour que nous ne n'oublierons jamais. Nous prévoyons de revenir très rapidement pour un autre séjour 🙏🙏🙏 Merci Maria, obrigado 😚😚😚 Yann et Ophélie.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Die Absprache mit der Vermieterin bezüglich Uhrzeit und Treffpunkt ist super verlaufen. Maria ist eine sehr nette Dame, die uns alles ausführlich erklärt und gezeigt hat. In der Wohnung, die in echt sogar größer ist, als auf den Fotos, war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Der Pool, welcher zur Anlage gehört war sauber und das Wasser hatte eine angenehme Temperatur (Anfang April). Der kleine Strandabschnitt direkt vor der Wohnung machte den Urlaub perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super Lage, schöne Wohnung

Wir haben den Urlaub genossen. Der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, die beiden Pools, innen und außen, sind sehr schön, der Garten ist gepflegt und der Blick vom Balkon ist je nach Tageszeit und Wetter sehr abwechslungsreich. Unmittelbar am Wasser entlang kann man über die Felsen bei Niedrig- und auch bei Hochwasser zu den großen Stränden auf beiden Seiten gelangen.

Excellent spacious apartment with great sea views

This apartment has everything for a very comfortable holiday. Clean, tidy and well equipped with a great garden and two swimming pools, one inside, one outside. Bar/restaurant on beach about 50 yards away. Good restaurants easily accessible via walks along the cliff top paths. I would recommend a boat trip out of Albufeira to see the dolphins and the wonderful coastline. We will return. PS: Weather great as well !!!

OCTOBER ALGARVE VACATION

Very clean; very attentive owner who lives a short distance away. This came in handy when we unexpectedly lost all electricity during the night due to a faulty water heater. The heater was replaced the next day. Within walking distance of old town ("party central") but far enough away to be quiet. 1.5 miles along the beach. Private beach and pool were nice. Apartment was spacious and spotless.
