A we loved this property

We absolutely loved our stay at this VRBO in Mexico! The place was spacious, spotless, and had an incredible view that made every moment feel like a dream. The location was perfect...just steps from the pool and hot tub, which we took full advantage of. The host was super easy to work with (with great recommendations on places to eat) and made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend...A experience!

SSE 2nd Floor Beauty

Highly recommend as it’s located on the second floor of the east building perfectly overlooking the adult pool area with beautiful views. Condo as described with everything you need. You can walk right over to Banditos, Changos or have an awesome steak dinner at Garrufas. There’s also a great restaurant onsite with delicious food and great happy hour. I’ve rented this condo 3 times and would do so again!! Owner communication is on point! Thank you!!

Loved the resort and the condo, the access to the shops/restaurants right outside the complex was a huge plus! Beach and pools were pristine, will definitely book again!

Love this unit

This is our 2nd stay in this unit. We stayed in 2021 I believe it was owned by someone else. This unit is spacious and bigger than any other unit we stayed in. Communication with the owners were excellent, beds were comfy and we had everything we needed. We will for sure return again.

Sandy Beach great location

We’ve been vacationing at the Sonoran Sea for around 20 years. The location is great for us as it is close to Bandito’s and Chango’s. Now there are several new restaurants and retail nearby. The beach and the pool bar are our favorite spots. The resort is making some visible updates to the property - I noticed the new railings being installed and elevators. Our condo had some new furniture and newer appliances, which was nice.

Highly recommend this gorgeous 3 bedroom condo located on the second floor right above the pool. Has everything you will need and communication with owners was excellent. Don’t hesitate and book, we’ll definitely be returning.

The perfect spot

I was very impressed with how clean, well stocked and beautiful this condo is. I have no complaints on anything other than no hot water in shower..but it's Rocky Point and who needs hot water?! The location of this condo overlooks the pools and the ocean. Its beautiful. 2nd floor perfect access to everything. The owners are very responsive.

Great weekend

We had a great time staying at penny and lizzy’s condo for my mom’s birthday! It was everything I expected and more. Comfortable and it has a great view! Both penny and Lizzy were very responsive and willing to help even though there wasn’t anything we needed. Definitely recommend! Thank you so much!

Couldn’t shower/bath/ and toilet clogged in the master bedroom

There was no water in the master bath so we were not able to shower or take a bath. We were able to use the sink. Also the master toilet was clogged and we had to clean all of it on our own. The resort didn’t send anyone to help us .

Group Getaway

Loved this resort and its location. The condo is great since it's on the 2nd floor so you can use the stairs easily. Also the location in front of the pools makes the view great. The only issue we had was the AC wasn't working but hopefully it is fixed for the warmer weather coming. Will be going back in October and will definitely book this place again.

Relaxing spring break

We really enjoyed the condo and the resort. We had plenty of room for a family of 7. We decided to stay a extra night and Penny was very accommodating and made it happen. We would definitely stay again!

Great property BUT....

The condo is great and we liked staying here. Unfortunately we did not have ANY hot water during our stay......I mean not even warm water or a hint of warm water. Our attempts at showers were freezing cold water. To be fair, I did not reach out to the owner or attempt to trouble shoot the issue because we were not in the condo for very much time during our stay. I am confident that the issue might have been resolved if I had more time to deal with it, but I chose not to. I was also a tad disappointed to make the reservation for 7 people and only find 4 bath towels in the condo. The pullout couch has no sheets on it and we couldn’t locate any additional bedding/pillows or blankets. These are all small issues and we dis enjoy our stay, but these small improvements would have greatly increased the quality of our stay.

Our family has been visiting Rocky Point since time began! But really since the 1960's when it was just a sleepy finishing village! It has always been one of our favorite get-aways! Our children and grandchildren love it here too! We hope you find it as amazing and relaxing as we do!
