Gästerna har tillgång till hela huset! Det finns 2 sovrum på andra våningen med vardera gott om garderobsutrymme. Ingår på andra våningen finns ett hallbadrum med ett stort stativ i dusch och vackert marmorhandfat. Gå nerför trappan där det finns ett stort öppet koncept vardagsrum, matsal och kök combo. Har kylskåp, spis och mikrovågsugn. Utanför köket är åtkomstdörren till en vacker rymlig trädgård som har gott om naturligt solljus. Behöver du mer utrymme? Den färdiga källaren bör göra just det! Med en neddragbar soffa / futonsäng som lätt kan vara ett annat rum för fler gäster. Källaren inkluderar också 1/2 badrum. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns också i bottenvåningen i källaren. 15 minuter från Center City, 10 minuter från Rittenhouse Square, 5 minuter från South st med massor av lokala kaféer, kaféer och matställen runt

Mitt område är ett MYCKET lugnt bostadsområde. South Philly är inte en exklusiv destination men har en rik och mångfaldig kultur. Se till att du bekanta dig med området. Vår gata är väldigt säker och jag har tillbringat mycket tid på blocket inklusive många gäster utan problem. Det är mångsidigt och har mycket att göra när det fortsätter att utvecklas. Liksom några av Philly, det finns vissa delar som inte är så bra men jag älskar det område som jag är i. Det har en stor gemenskapskänsla och alla är så artiga. Döma inte en bok efter omslaget Philly har fantastiska attraktioner och kultur. Det finns så många attraktioner i närheten som Rittenhouse-torget och East Passyunk (som är en toppmatdestination). Parkering:
Det finns gratis gatuparkering tvärs över huset. Merparten av tiden är parkering direkt framför huset, om inte bara några bilar nere. Observera att du måste parkera på trottoarkanten. Philly har smala gator tack vare dess historia och parkering på trottoarkanten är en del av Philly-livsstilen.

South Philly VRBO

Location— we felt that the original ad of the VRBO was misleading. The location was very far and not walkable to key South Philly locations- melrose diner etc. it was more in Point Breeze than South Philly. Cleanliness- the location did not feel clean, the sheets, towels etc. there were many things left over from previous guests. Additionally, there was a consistent gas smell close to the front door, like a gas leak. Overall, very disappointed with the VRBO, this was my first time using this service and probably won’t use it again.

It was a nice little house but

It was a nice little house but it didnt look exactly like the picture but for the most part it was a nice Super comfy spot, pretty clean for the most part,its perfect if you wanna a quick home away from home getaway!! I would say though The only problem is I feel like it should have a rooftop or something for the price of one night but all in all I Enjoyed My Stay Very Much!!

Decent place for 4 only, parking terrible.

It was a nice, really cute place to stay. Disqualifiers...the neighborhood was low quality, lots of trash all around. Parking was up on the sidewalk! Only sleeps 4 comfortably, not 7.

Wonderful stay!

I was in town for my son's graduation from Penn. The place was lovely, exactly as in the photos. Beautiful new renovation, bright, super clean, easy parking, great location close to Center City and University City and very easy to get Lyfts/Ubers too. I recommend this place as a great value.

Great location in South Philly!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. It was SO quiet. We did not expect that but it is on a very quiet one way street. Parking was easy and right in front of the condo. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. We would stay here again! I highly recommend it.

This place was comfortable and clean!

The kitchen was missing a few items that might have been helpful, a grater and a 9x13 baking dish. But not a big problem. We also might have liked a coffee pot to brew our own coffee we brought along. But we were happy staying in this cheery place!

Beautiful, clean & a convenient quiet location

My husband, myself, my 16 year old son and 21 year old niece really enjoyed our stay in this house. We took a quick trip to celebrate our nieces 21st birthday and to show our son and niece around Philadelphia. The house is beautiful, clean and conveniently located. It was a 15 min drive anywhere we went and the parking space right across from the house was a plus. The outside sitting area in the back was very cute and being able to do a quick load of laundry was very helpful as well. Between the comfy beds, the bedding and the quietness of the block, we all slept like babies. It is nice to visit a busy city and not have to stay right in the middle of it or have to pay a fortune at a hotel.We went for dinner one night for her birthday and I cooked the other night we were there. I liked being able to have the option of eating in and spending quality time in the livingroom watching tv instead of going out both nights. That is a big reason I like to stay at a rental rather than a hotel sometimes. We are looking forward to staying at this house again in the near future..

Affordable and super clean.

This was my first homeaway and I was blown away. It was clean, had laundry, had soft clean towels, a great A/C unit. The place was very well decorated. Micheal was very responsive and we had no issues what so ever. Thank you allowing us to stay in your home.

Beautiful space in a convenient location.
